So a salesman by the name of Jason Larson scammed me on my trade in he made me pay the tax of a full price and then sum for a iPhone 13 pro max 140 sum $$$ and my monthly bill was going to be 20$ for the phone it is now almost 50$ for the phone. I traded in my iPhone 10 at a 800$ value he still has my old phone. Still hasn’t processed the trade In. A family member who bought the iPhone 13 pro max outright at Verizon only paid 37$ in tax and another family member who traded in there iPhone XS paid 3$ in tax. I’ve been taken advantage of and do not recommend doing business with this store they are a bunch of crooks. Hoping the management sees this and deals with the employee and makes this right.
This Verizon location is wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. Last week my parents went there and got new phones and had a great experience. I had to go in today to get help setting up phones, and the sales associate was awesome. I didnt catch the associates name but they sit right next to the door on the right side when you walk in. I will definitely be back to that location for anything in the future. Thanks for such great service!
I wanted to try new phone the galaxy z. But I couldnt because I had to pay $180+ just to get it. I love how they uses to help balancing the bill and help you get new phone but no help at this place. I have pay my phone very gud never got behind. Also the service are no good no more I get non service all the time.

We visited our local Cellular Sales in Rio Rancho, to upgrade our business line. We were very pleased with Jacob Coleman, as he went above and beyond with making sure we were getting the best plan/product for our business. Terrible customer service! I purchased 2 S20 phones and transferred a new phone line. I was offered a buy 1 get 1 half off promotion. They had to order one of the s20 because it was a s20+ so I took an s20 in the mean time. When it came in we made the switch all is good untill I get an email later saying my promotion is now invalid. I go back to the store and they tell me they will take care of it, they need to get a hold of Chris but will take a few days. So about 5 days later on the 14th day and the last day I can return my phones I get a text from Emily saying she has a ticket in to fix our bill credits and will update me when its fixed. Two weeks after the text no update. I call Verizon. Verizon puts in a request on their side to fix it and says I need to go back to the store and request again they put in a request to Verizon to fix it. We go back to the store and are asked what do we want them to do about it! Emily tells me she is being ignored by Chris the person who needs to fix the issue. Well that is exactly the problem! Find someone who will fix it! I keep getting excuses that its after 5, well most people work till 5. Ive been with Verizon for 20+ years and have never been treated like this.
Good customer service. Ive never really enjoyed going into the stores because of how pushy the sales associates are. I get that theyre just doing their job, but I often dont feel welcome there just because they always try to sell me more things than what Im wanting even after stating I dont want those things. Again, I understand theyre trying to give me as many options as possible, which I appreciate, but it can be a bit encumbering at times. But they are very knowledgeable about their jobs and are helpful!
Miguel, who sold me a new phone and helped set it up several months ago proved to be very helpful once again. I was having an issue with voicemail and couldnt find a solution online, so I took it back to the store. Miguel helped me get it corrected, even calling Verizon Support for what turned out to be a somewhat unusual problem. Very professional!!!

We didnt come in to buy anything -- we needed help with our malfunctioning phone. Unlike at some other places, the fellow who helped us was unhurried and friendly. He listened patiently and assessed the problem, competently corrected it, and we were on our way. What a difference from places and employees who dont have time for technical support or anything else but sales and you can be sure that when were ready to make our next purchase, well return here.

Carla is a blessing to have there! Let me tell you about my day.My phone had fallen and the screen cracked making it un usable. My phone is my life, I work, monitor my kids schooling and all my documentation is done through my phone. So when it broke I was in a panic. I went to another location by the Walmart in Rio Rancho. The person there was very unhelpful, and did not seem to really care to help me. With barely any effort in to helping me. I left in tears worried about how will I be able to afford this and not lose work, photos and the rest of my data. Not willing to give up.I went to Carlas location. She was friendly and realized I was upset and relieved my stress in a professional, caring manner. She listened to my concerns and fears. She search and found the best and affordable options for me to resolve my phone situation. She took care of it in a quick and effective manner. Carla gave me knowledgeable and clear answers all my questions. She even helped me complete the smart switch prevent a major loss of 9 years of photos and data. Carla is wonderful person and I am very thankful for her time and patience. I will be a constant customer of hers for all my Verizon needs. Thank you again.

My wife needed to get a new phone right away and Cellular Sales Rio Rancho was able to schedule an appointment in an hour. Everyone was masked in the store and our sales person Jaimie Walker was excellent. Choosing a phone is not an easy thing and Jaime helped us make a good decision. Went in to check out an iPhone to ensure all was okay with it (obtained from a close friend/co-worker). Representative immediately asked me if I found it? He made me feel as if I was an inconvenience for coming into the store, was more concerned about his conversation with his co-workers and ignored a question I asked. He handed me back the phone with, perfect match its an iPhone 7 and have a nice dayas his reply. Not trying to be overly sensitive about this visit but it indeed lacked the luster and refinement of Verizons exceptional customer service Ive grown to admire.

Jeff Meyers made my daughter and my experience extremely painless at our visit to purchase new phones. He was extremely knowledgeable of both the I-Phone -X and the LG-V40. We purchased both phone. This was not a good experience. I went in to get a new phone that I had ordered. I waited for over an hour without being helped and finally walked out. There were only three associates on the floor and they were not doing anything to move their customers along.

Isaiah is the best. This was the best customer service experience I ever had and Ive been in Retail and Tech Support for 30 Years. Isaiah met me as I was climbing out of the car. He got even better from there. He helped me fix admin issues on my account; I brought my own smart phone, he got it set up for me, migrated my contacts from my ancient flip Phone (yes, really). He hooked me up with a Tablet cheaper than I could have got anywhere (I aint tellin). He then got me the best rate for unlimited service.
Every time I have an issue, I go see Jaime. She makes sure my problem is fixed before I leave the store. Jaime knows everything about this business and even reviews my account for me and always applies the best deals, like the insurance on every device and even found me a loyalty plan that I didnt know existed. I refer all my friends to her.

I lost my phone and Nate was able to deactivate it and get me a new one before anymore damage could be done. Well going in later in the week, convinced me to switch to iPhone from Samsung. He also made the setup easy and fast and switched everything over with ease.
Nice Store, Friendly staff! I went in to get a replacement glass screen for my wifes phone. they didnt have any that fit her phone because its not a Verizon phone but they did have a new tech, a new kind of chemical that you just wipe on the phone and I went with that. I was able to sit down and visit with the guy while we waited for the chemical to cure on the screen of the phone.
I came in to have my protective screen replaced. Jamie took her time and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this store. Ask for Jaime. 😎

We have a Moto Z2 force on our account that stopped working. It powered down and did not turn back on. We went into Verizon that day and placed an order with Motorola to get a free phone under warranty since the phone was not old. We were told the phone would be shipped to us within 5 days and we would be without a phone. Verizon kindly lent us an older phone in the meantime. After day 5 and not receiving any information, I reached out to Motorola requesting an ETA. They advised they never processed our order. They also advised the model we have is being recalled and they were going to stop producing the phone. After multiple days of arguing with them, we went into the store again and met Isaiah Garcia. Isaiah assisted us in no time. He contacted Verizon and got us a phone with the company within 2 days without going through Motorola because it was still new and under warranty. I really want to thank him so much for all his help. The experience was more smooth for us and got us another phone in a timely manner. He turned my negative experience and problem into a quick solution. I would recommend him to anyone!

At age 64 I came to get my first smart phone. I was nervous because of my lack of knowledge. Mark, my sales rep, quickly put me at ease. He is not only has the knowledge he has the ability to share it in very easy to understand language. He told me to come back if I need help and I have. Each time the staff has answered my questions, given me more instruction and most of all treated me with respect.

Though I have found getting a new iPhone is not necessarily the easiest process (from past experience), Mark walked me through it in minimum time, even with the backup from the iCloud and repairing my Apple Watch. The explanation and application of the Liquid Glass screen protector was awesome. Glad we now have our own Verizon Store close by!
Needed help with moving APS from defective phone to replacement. Tim was able to do it for me. He was very nice and explained how and what he was doing. When G5 becomes available Ill be back to purchase a new phone.
They will forget to tell you all the hidden fees, so just fyi when you get your first bill it will be about $130.00 more then what the representative have shown you. Also you have to go there about four times before well end up with all the correct information...

We are currently in this store. Have been here for about 30 minutes and neither of the sales guys has greeted us, or made it a point to say they will be with us in a bit. There is also another lady waiting and they havent spoken to her either. A couple just walked in and they waited to be greeted... nothing so they walked out. HORRIBLE customer service!
