This is my local GameStop to my home so I visit this one quite often my friend is a manager at this location so to not be biased I have to say this GameStop could use a little bit more of a friendly staffing to match the head managers energy but this store is always taken care of me and my video game/pop collectible needs

This west side Gamestop is at a good location right next to other video game sources like Target and Nobles. They have great selection, good inventory with an occasional midnight releases and fun promos. Join their mailing list to get the great promos and trade-in deals.

Ive been going to gamestop for over 10 years, but never again. This business has slowly grown more and more unpleasant. The trade in values are terrible, the brutal corporate philosophy is terrible, and the employees hate their job and it shows.Theres other options. Gamers Anonymous is a great business. Noble collectibles. Hastings. Best buy. Anywhere but here. Never again.

I have a pro membership here and been buying games here for over a year and the short fat manager wont let me trade in games anymore because my dog chewed on the corner of my id, Im trying to buy games not alcohol. Im 35years old and I cant trade in video games lol And she was very rude and aggressive, made me not want to spend money there anymore. Everyone else that works there is cool but every time the short fat manager is working, Im scared to even by a game, she so mean.

Although generally understaffed, the staff is hard working with great knowledge of their inventory and gaming systems overall. Their pricing appears to be competitive and their product offerings have much to offer.

Your company needs to work on inventory showing online. My son was looking for an old GameCube controller and your online info showed you had one in stock for 19.99. We were even able to place it on hold online. To our (not so) surprise that controller was non-existent in your inventory. We where told it was a glitch in the system.We drove a ways to get to Rio Rancho. The store manager was nice enough to try to find us another. All she could do is order us one at 34.99.The other thing Id like to bring up is that the gentleman with the glasses working with her this day smelt like an old spoiled wet sponge. I know its summer and that we all sweat. We need to try to shower and put deodorant on. It was a little offensive to our noses.

Usually very helpful staff. But Gamestops systems are terrible. Their system doesnt communicate between stores in any kind of helpful way and the employees blame poor training when dealing with difficult situations.

5 stars if there was 2 people at the register becuase there was people trading in an xbox 1 and an xbox 360 for an xbox 1 x and I got there when they were already there and I was going to buy a funko pop and headphones I should have spent no more than 10 min on there bit I spent almost 35 min in there but the funko pop I eas buying was A game stop exclusive and the game stop I was at was the only one in my area and the people that were buying the xbox 1 x used 3 credit cards and cadh took way to long but the guy at the register was realy nice and said sorry for the wait and gave me my headphones for a heavy discount
