FOR CURRENT SERVICE HOLDERS: Employees dont know what theyre talking about when it comes to phone features. Do your own thorough research before this place screws you over with a phone you dont want. In the event you do get scammed by them, good luck getting any kind of help from the manager of the store who is only looking out for his money at the end of the day not the loyalty to his customers or prospects of new customers. FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: Do not recommend this service to anyone no matter your budget. Not worth the headache when an issue does arise. If you absolutely have no other choice then steer clear from this location at all costs.

Employees are completely unfamiliar with their phones, plans and fees plus the insurance they offer is a scam. Youll pay an insane deductible for a refurbished outdated phone that youll have to get from a 3rd party insurance company. Good luck getting that in a timely manner. You can just buy a brand new current model phone for the same amount of money youll waste on premiums and the deductible. Cellular/Data coverage is sub par.

Their return policy is a scam. After being with them for 3 days they refused to refund me 116 dollars because I had my number ported out? Where is that in the contract I signed? Because me and 2 metro employees couldnt find it yet I was still denied. And so either I lose my number which all of my profession contacts, drs, potential employers, relatives, and friends have or I dont get a refund? Thats pretty shady. You know its bad when I couldnt wait to sign back up with sprint. Yes, you read that right, Sprint has better customer service. Metro PCS, thank you for screwing me out of 116 dollars. I sure hope it was worth it. After this Im going to the BBB, corporate, and every possible review site. Oh, lets not forget all of my friends and family who have metro who already arent too pleased with them. Oh well, you get what you pay for. Scam artists.

This store is a joke, the employees are rude as hell, even you walk into the store the girl acts like youre bothering her. I talked to the manger on duty who then wanted to argue with me too. I asked for his managers name and he refused to give me that info.

Horrible customer service both times Ive been there the KIDS working are lazy, rude and very unprofessional!!!! It doesnt seem like the employees or Metro by T-mobile dont really care about loyal customers who pay their bill on time every month for years, I dont recommend this service to anyone!!!
