Best experience, 10/10. I needed to replace the screen on my iPhone 7+ but couldn’t make it in till 6pm when they close at 6:30pm. The owner assured me he could get it done, but was willing to stay passed closing for me. He did a superb job, and the screen quality is identical to the original display. He was very friendly and truly cares for his customers. I recommend both store locations, this one and the one on San Mateo!

I was really nervous to get my screen fixed but I had a really great experience! It was still kind of pricey only because I have a newer phone, but the price was still lower than other places. Stopped by to get my iPhone fixed after I dropped it. They told me what was wrong and fixed it accordingly. Very cool people that know their stuff and really helped out a lot! Definitely check them out if you need a repair done.

I took in my iPad because the screen was cracked, but it worked fine. Although the service was fast and the people were friendly, I had to return my IPad to them because it started to randomly type on its own and wouldn’t let me do anything. I took it back, and they returned it with another screen, but it is still doing the exact same thing.Update: my son took the iPad back to them and explained what was happening and they did a factory reset on my device so it works now.

I have never been so satisfied with a technology repair store. I had several broken iPhone and an iPad. Instead of upgrading our phones we fixed our old phones to keep our monthly bill with Verizon the same. It is much more cost-effective to fix your phones rather than to spend money on insurance and device fees. Genius!!!!

Came back to buy a basic but more reliable case because I dropped my phone since my previous visit 3 days ago. Luckily the LCD is safe because I had a clear screen protector and a somewhat decent fancy case.

Fixed a phone that was ran over a few times, what else could I say.

This experience was very disappointing. I took in my MacBook Air that wasn’t working. I explained my issue to the tech working and was told it would be ready the following day. After not getting any information for three days, I called with no answer, finally I got a text asking what I needed, I explained in text I was the one with the MacBook, and was told again it would be two more days. Five days later I got a message saying a part needed to be ordered and the laptop would possibly need soldering. I showed up nearly three weeks from original drop off and was told “the part came in this morning I was just about to call you”... I asked for my laptop back. I took it to a different shop, and it was fixed in three hours. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Cloud9 is definitely the best place to take your device for a repair. Today they repaired my iPhone XS Max replaced the front and back glass with one as close to oem spec as possible AND with the the lowest price in town. I called just about every shop in Albuquerque and Rio rancho and this is the only one with a laser machine to open your phone with out using a heat gun. Don’t go to a shop that dosnt have the right equipment to repair your stuff and charge you double the amount. These guys get it done right the first time!

I went to see Everett. After listening to me describe my phones ailments, he told me he expected he would have to replace the battery and the charging port. I full well expected him to replace both, whether they needed it or not. But I was pleasantly surprised less than an hour later when he texted me saying it was only the battery, . He could have easily told me he replaced both, which would have cost more than double, and I would have never known the difference. Its nice to find an honest business.

Owner was super nice and easy to talk to. Initial quote was very competitive and after I dropped off my ipad for repair (broken home button) my expectations were exceeded as he was able to discover that the home key was not actually broken so the repair cost less than I was initially quoted. Seems like a very honest strait forward business guy that you can trust. I will go back to him again and refer others to do the same. FYI, 6 months later now and my ipad is still functioning properly.

Greg was very friendly :) i dropped my iphone 11 in the street & although there were no cracks or scratches, the screen had lines underneath . they repaired it in 30 minutes !! i felt like i was in & out, they even accepted my cashapp payment and installed a tempered glass screen protector for only $10 extra .

Well i needed a basic screen repair. I came by the shop, and the door physically says there open mon-sat 10:30am-6:30pm.... but they arent open at all.... I called them, no answer... guess ill take by business elsewhere? Not sure if this shop is actually open for business.
