My wife and I recently upgraded our phones. The staff at the AT&T store were super friendly and helpful. Our sales associate was Christian L. He was an excellent representative. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the transition from our old phones to the new ones very simple. I highly recommend this store and its staff for their professionalism and customer service.

Christian Lebughe was a truthful, kind, considerate & compassionate man. He took almost 4 hours working with myself and my mother, helping her to choose the best phone for her needs. She says that was very unusual for someone working with a senior citizen.

Christian L, at the Rio Rancho location did great. I had a replacement phone sent to me and need to activate and get everything transferred. I unfortunately had issues with my last representative and this new gentleman, got everything taken care in no time!

The store rep, Ryan, was friendly, courteous & informative. This store had little or no waiting time. It was an excellent experience.

Christian was amazing and got us all set up with a new phone for our daughter and Brandon was also very helpful with this process!

Edwin was VERY VERY helpful. When we entered the store he was very welcoming and attentive. The whole visit he went above and beyond with his customer service and made sure all of our needs were met. He is a great salesman!! He was still handling all other customers that came in, in a very professional way. He was the only one in the store at the time and handled their concerns in a timely manner. We will only handle any of our AT&T business line concerns with Edwin. Arriving at 6:58pm 2 minutes before closing I was assisted by Christian B. he went out of his way to stay a couple of hours after closing to get the job done! I highly recommend him!

I went to the AT&T store by Cottonwood. And associate in that store said my Apple Watch cannot be converted over. So my son went to the Rio Rancho AT&T store. I need converted his watch right away so I went home and got mine and they fix the problem. You should have that associate train other associates how to be confident and know what they’re doing.

Alejandro L. from the at&t store in Rio Rancho is an excellent employee. He is thoughtful and patient and so knowledgeable. He gave us the best service and his attitude is exemplary! Congratulations AT&T for having Alejandro as an employee!

I like AT&T the service is good. Customer service on the phone is excellent they always resolve the issue. But STAY THE the HELL OUT OF THIS LOCATION!!! Matthew is the worst! Hes incapable of owning his own mistakes and has to accuse customers of lying instead. No one there had any knowledge of any product that wasnt made by Apple. Pretty sure I can get better, more knowledgeable help from monkeys in the zoo.

Yesterday, Kate helped me and my partner get him a new phone and both of our smart watches hooked up to LTE. Since we had a list of things to take care of, we didn’t end up walking out of there until about 30 minutes after closing and Kate was welcoming and gracious the whole time. We didn’t feel rushed or burdened at all, and for that we are appreciative. She was awesome at explaining our new phone plan, and even got us free HBO Max. We’ve been to other AT&T locations, but this one always is the most helpful and has the best staff.

We went into AT&T back in mid September looking to get a phone for my husband. Jo Castillo sure did know his stuff. Very professional, very presentable. Matthew was also a good help. He actually let Jo do everything regarding our possible sale, but was very patient and helpful. We werent able to get the phone that day, but will return to this store for anything in the future.

I experienced the most friendly environment here at this store! From staff to store cleanliness, the organization was very much so well kept. Phone shopping isn’t easy, but they make the process so much more bearable! Highly recommend this location..

This store is very clean and has very helpful customer service reps. I would recommend getting service set up at this location. The young lady Monique was very helpful as well as Brady and Zach. I came in with little hope that the agent would be able to help me as I had spent hours on the phone and visited one other location. No one could fix the problem with my phone. Within 5 minutes, the young woman working at this store fixed the issue. She was professional, highly knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The worst att location Ive ever been to. They only care about their sale and couldnt care less about first customers. Sold me a phone and set up an arbitrary pin without informing me what it was and didnt tell me all the information related to my questions then gave me attitude when I went back to correct the issue.

I recently called the A T and T store in Rio Rancho NM, regarding a complaint I had about a worker in their store. I was immediately contacted by their manager, a man named Mathew, and an A T and T corporate representative named Helen, who took the time to hear me out and to address all my concerns thoroughly and completely.I must say I was quite impressed with Mathew and Helens immediate attention to my grievance--which only proves that despite my initial misunderstanding, the good people who work at A T and T surely care about their customers.In closing, anyone who does business with A T and T should rest assured that if you have a complaint, you will be heard. In my case, they not only followed up with me on my complaint, but were also even kind enough to give me a $100.00 gift certificate for my trouble and for being a good lifelong A T and T customer.I urge all reading my review to shop at the A T and T store on Southern and Unser in Rio Rancho for all your phone needs. They clearly appreciate their customers and their service is outstanding.

Fast friendly, We worked with Briana and she was wonderful. Easily the best rep in this place. The guy with the deep voice came off as rude so we will always ask for her. Not too busy, we were there before they opened and they opened on time. Didnt mess up anything on the account everything is great, insurance carried over, wonderful service.!!

Girl tried to tell me my galaxy s10 had customer induced damage because the display wouldnt turn on. The phone has not a mark on it and samsung gladly honored the warranty. They found no signs of physical damage. Please train and educate your employees. This one was not helpful at all.

This was an above average ATT store during my visit. They werent busy first of all, which goes a long way because all the other stores nearby always have lines. Maybe more importantly though, they didnt make a mistake on my account or to one of the phones on the plan while getting a new phone.

First they told me it would cost around $80 for the taxes on two phones, then a day later when I actually got the phones, it was around $120. Hows that make any sense? But they were nice and professional.
