Terrible customer service. Walked in with my sister and mother, saw two associates at the counter. We walked the entire store as we were looking for something specific. Not once while we were there where we greeted or asked if we needed help with anything. I work in the service industry and customer service is so important to your bottom line. They would make so much more with their business and possible lifelong customers if they just said a simple hello.

Twice I have been to this store and have taken accurate measurements and twice they have not sold me sufficient yardage. The first time it was all right since they had my fabric in stock; the second time they did not have the fabric in stock which cost me double since I had to buy new fabric (at a different store) and I have to pay the upholsterer a second time. In addition, I needed 12 yards and they only sold me 7 yards - a significant difference. Be careful if you go here that you know exactly how many yards to buy.
