The staff at River city was professional, and the end result was high quality.

David Pastran had my 4 chairs since April 2020 along with the very large deposit. After countless phone calls, texts and emails to no avail, I finally had a friend call and schedule a fake appointment with him. I found my chairs buried, water damaged and unmarked (he never would have known who they belonged to) and asked for the deposit back. He signed a payment agreement 3 months ago. He has never paid me a penny. He is dishonest - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!

River City Upholstery has been one of the most delightful experiences ever! The customer service is beyond professional and the owner is very caring and fluid in all of your needs. The furniture and upholstery that I was given was done excellent! I would recommend River City to anyone!

River City Upholstery took pew cushions from Creator Episcopal Church, ruined some, never returned the others (is that STEALING?) The Church SUED and won a judgement against the business. This is public information in the Hanover County Courthouse. There is a summary judgement against them for incomplete and shoddy work as well as property never returned to the Church. Check the County records. If you use this company you are supporting people who have taken food from the mouths of the poor and aid from those in need.

Sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with this company. They made multiple commitments on meeting with me, missed the meetings, and did not even inform me they would not make the meetings. So, very poor communication. I do not recommend this company.

David is a consumate professional with a great deal of experience ! He does fantastic work, is a great guy and a Vet too !
