I was there last week wanting to order custom fabric from one of the books. I was there over 45 minutes, and not one person spoke to me or offered to help. Three staff members were gathered at the front desk chatting. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I’ve had work done here and have been happy with the result, but the “service” is non-existent. Sadly we have few other choices in the area. But whatever the choices are, that’s where I’ll be going.

Visited the showroom this afternoon for first time in a while so I was looking forward to it, however, I could not believe how poor the customer service was. At least 4 people working on the showroom floor either walked by me or looked straight at me and said nothing. I was in the store for at least 20 minutes. Im in retail sales and couldnt believe it. Great customer service goes a long way and starts with a friendly, helpful greeting or any greeting at all for that matter!

Thousands of wonderful fabrics, but the staff is stubbornly unhelpful and downright rude. I browsed for at least 30 minutes and not a single person greeted me or offered to help me. When I finally found someone to ask about some specific types of fabrics, she basically told me to just dig through them on my own, and when I asked a very general question about upholstering a chair, she told me she could not quote me anything unless I was having them do the work. I even asked about buying a chair and she seemed irritated at my question. It was as if I needed to prove I was a real customer to get her attention... Not sure if I was not dressed in convincing attire or what, but she certainly had no interest in my business. I had been prepared to drop some real money on my project but Ill be glad to take it elsewhere. A very ugly experience.

Kelsey really came through! We had Ufab design and build a custom ottoman that was very large. We had some issues with the original design but Kelsey took care of everything and delivered an excellent product. Ufab will continue to be a 5-star operation as long as Kelsey works there, I am sure of it!

First time at Ufab based on a recommendation from my friend. I walked in and asked the person behind the counter for help in having custom drapery made for my home. She told me to go look at the fabric that was organized by color. Over 30 min later not one clerk or salesperson spoke to me although several walked by. Taking my order for 7 colonial windows with custom boxed valances elsewhere.

Wonderful company! Even in the midst of the pandemic they have done a remarkable job with pivoting to making masks. We ordered masks from them to provide to our small businesss employees. The masks arrived quickly and were good quality. Customer service was excellent. I was impressed.

U-FAB did not have material I needed but they were helpful with advice.

Lots of fabric!! Beautiful store. However, don’t go unless you look like you are coming from the west end. Went In today, was there for 20 minutes, and no one even spoke to me. I finally decided just to go stand at the counter and wait for somebody to come back to try and help me. I had a picture of some fabric that I liked, and was looking to see if they had something similar if not the same. The woman was very rude and basically told me no they didn’t have anything remotely like that. She then told me it was a novelty fabric, and I should look on line or go to Joann fabrics. She was rude and clearly had no interest in helping me. Sad part... have almost 15k in savings and ready to redecorate everything in my house. Curtains, chairs, bedding.... oh well! Guess I’ll go to Joanna’s Fabric!! I am sure they will be happy to help me and take my money:) #dontjudgebasedonlooks

I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by the worker, who let me know shed be close by if I needed her. Theres a good selection of fabric, and upholstery is available if one does not sew. I have bought fabric many times.

Hands down the best design folks and upholstery team around. The ideas are superb and the place is refreshing and full of great ideas. The fabric to recover is the best I have ever seen. A wee bit pricey but I think you pay for what you get

Talk about delivering on a promise! The folks at U-Fab have done it again. We recently had them not only reupholster our Morris Recliner but also had them build new cushions for it as well. As you might imagine, they knocked it out of the park. Our Morris chair has a new lease on life and I am thankful for the creative ability of the entire U-Fab team!

Beautiful store! Great inventory of unique furniture and accessories. Huge selection of fabric. Was there for a CARITAS fundraising event but will definitely return as a customer.

Immediatly dismissed when we told them we were only looking today. Staff did not even get up from the desk to help us look. Ended up finding a couple we liked and then going elsewhere where we got better service and a much better price

I was looking for curtains and could not find anything I liked. I googled curtains and this location popped up. I had never heard of it but decided to give it a try. They were very nice and have thousands of options for curtains and upholstery. I took home some samples and measured the windows and will return to have curtains made.

Everything I could ask for and more. I own a service business myself and have very high expectations for company promises and follow through as well as customer service. Ufab exceeded my expectations in every way. There is no other place to consider, I am a customer and patron for life.

I guess I am going to be the negative one here. I went in to have some chairs upholstered. I called ahead of time and was told that each cushion would be $45. When I arrived and brought in the cushions and fabric, the cost went from $45 a chair to $110 per chair. I have no problem with an upcharge for replacing the webbing and foam rubber, but for the cost to almost triple is inexcusable. They also wanted to charge me a upcharge because I brought in my own fabric. All of these potential fees should have been mentioned on the phone before I wasted my time going over there. I ultimately took them to great family owned business who did it for the quoted $45 per chair - they did add on the cost of additional materials (and told me so ahead of time) for a total cost of under $55 per chair...No upcharge for bringing my own fabric either! Sorry Ufab, Ulose.
