I ordered two scoops of Salted fudge (non-dairy) in a waffle bowl and muah ! It is soooo good!!!& yes it is just as creamy and savory as a salted fudge traditional ice cream! However, I was very, EXTRA disappointed that I could not tip my ice cream guy after a payment using card, let these workers collect tips at every payment opportunity Baskin Robins!

Very disappointed the last few times I have been there. For years I could always count on getting a large chocolate milkshake that was good size and very thick. But lately, it seems the recipe they have been given to make milkshakes has changed. The chocolate milk share is now more like chocolate milk. A straw wont even stand up in it. I guess my family wont be going to BR anymore.

It was a great experience and this is rated by a three-year-old who had the sugar-free pineapple coconut ice cream. He said it was ALL FABULOUS.

Thanks to TMobile Tuesdays I was inspired to walk into Baskin Robbins to take advantage of a $2 off coupon. Because I am Vegan, I am always looking for places that provide options that are dairy free. They had a chocolate chip cookie dough vegan dairy free ice cream and it tasted like a million bucks to me. I dont miss ice cream because of flavors like this.I chose 2 scoops in a cup and for 3 people only paid $12 for three cups.I only wish they had more than one vegan option. With 41 flavors, there should atleast be 5-10 dairy free options. I think I can speak for all vegans by saying....Work on that Baskins! Lol.

Just bought Rainbow sherbet and gold medal ribbon quart packs on a T-Mobile Tuesday promo. Lady was very sweet and offered great friendly service - not something I find when I redeem an offer. Parking is at the back. Open only for take home during COVID. Hope the flavors are as wonderful as the delightful service...

Never try their ice cream cake its worst than the worst completely money waste.

I have to drive 10 miles just to get here because all the other BR near me are closed. Store is well hidden and not easily accessible. Parking is a mess. Staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patience.

Second time coming here unhappy it was only two people first off no mask on one at a point in time and no hair net for either one also the one taking care of my order didn’t have any gloves on (can’t say if the other employee did or didn’t) In front of me and one person behind. They were rushing in an insufficient way getting orders wrong then took the person behind me order before mine. When I had got to the register she didn’t give me a bag when it was clear it was needed and when she went to go grab the spoon she grab the spoon where I use to eat. Sad part is the guy before me was still in there after I left because they kept messing up his order. Will most definitely call customer service about this COVID-19 is still here and it’s sad the store does not take the necessary precautions seriously.

Per Governors guidelines its required to wear a mask unless you have a health issue or eating. Also they cant ask if you have a health condition. We were denied service because of no mask even though we were going to be eating and told to leave. A health condition that I have doesnt require me to have one on. They went completely against guidelines. Manager was rude and said leave. Will not come here ever again to support a business.

Brought my 7 year old here for ice cream to celebrate his birthday. A song came on Old Town Road and my son being 7 began doing a silly dance at our table. We were right by the window, the lady behind the counter went and changed the station. We were the only two in there at the time. Why do that to a child?

Me and my family went there yesterday because we don’t have a Baskin Robbins any more in Charlottesville Va. me and my grandma shared a banana split and it was absolutely delicious and excellent service we can’t wait to go back there again!!!!!

As a member of their rewards program I received a free birthday scoop of ice cream. I was greeted upon entry and was helped without any hassle. Fresh and delicious ice cream.

Now THIS is a Baskin-Robbins! all the traditional flavors, and more. Friendly service, steered me to a balance of Calories and $$. On the 31st I got a discounted single scoop of a very densely packed assortment of flavors and additions! Very happy 👐. Then I sat outside on their patio to enjoy.

The owner or manager man is nice when hes there but when its just teenagers theres been times when I wait at the counter for 5 minutes or more and dont get helped because they are hiding in the back so I leave. The most recent time I got cookie dough ice cream and it was freezer burned. Almost every bite I was crunching on ice. The rest of the ice cream looked like it was kept out for an hour and then refrozen.

I’ve frequented this location over 20 years now. It’s not far from Willow Lawn. This location is small so it can get crowded if a lot of people come at the same time. The staff are friendly and do well handling the small crowds.This location accepts Apple Pay.The do have an app, which has various deals and discounts. If you have a gift card and add it to the app, you can pay directly from the app. It’s very convenient.

Wow. Such Ice Cream. Very 31. Besides the doge reference this place is literally the best BR out there. I can vouch that this location always has the best flavors, freshest ice cream, and awesome customer service!

This B&R has been there for decades. The current owner is sweet and quite helpful. Be careful ordering toppings as they are marked up really high.

Small place. Good icecream. Server was so nice but once she got busy, the line was out the door. Waiting was only about 15 mins.

That James Tormey is such a dream boat. I began to fantasize so deeply about licking that luscious face of his that my ice cream cone had melted on the floor. He came to mop it up, and he truly was my knight is shining, vanilla armor. I will never visit another Baskin Robins again unless The Tormes is in town!
