The coffee shop was supposed to close at 6pm, but staff were turning people away at 5:40pm. The medium size is very large. I had the campfire mocha. It was very sweet. I would ask for less syrup and more coffee next time. There are many coffee and tea condiments and a nice selection of sugars.

Richmond Airport concourse b. Days Feb 27 time 614 am. My first time in an airport in a year. Employee had her mask under her nose. Theres a sign about mask wearing right there. How ironic!

Not sure what’s happening here. I waited a few minutes in front of the counter. No one is there. I decided to sit and wait.... for 15 minutes people come and go. Finally, a young woman appears and takes an order. Where has she been???🤷🏾‍♀️

Very yummy! I come here (jsarge campus) for breakfast a lot. The staff are very friendly as well.

I purchased a Mt. Dew drink. The employee told me it was $3.46 without ringing it up. I paid with $4.00, to which the employee put the $4.00 in her tip jar and said thank you. No change was offered. Pretty lucrative money making scheme she has going. Will remember not to patronize any other of your locations.

Love this spot! I stopped on my way to the gate to get a plain coffee and ended up getting a frozen Cabin Bar Mocha!! That piece of candy on top was absolutely amazing but the service... priceless! Thank you ladies on Concourse B for making my first experience the best!

Stood here for 15 minutes and no employees were at the counter, no sign saying they were closed and the place clearly looked open. Tried shouting for an employee in case they were in the back, and no one ever came.

When I came in at 11:35 am, the workers were starting to close the shop down. They were putting boards on the drinks, turning the lights off, etc. They took my order, took my money, and started to do random stuff. After I received my order, they closed the store and left. Will not give my business to this place anymore.

Only one person in line ordering, so I stood behind that person. They got their order and left. I approached the counter and wasnt acknowledged, I waited a minute while the associates held a conversation with each other, then another lady came up behind me. The associate greeted her and said that she is next because she entered the line on the correct side. I calmly walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Staff was somewhat rude and didn’t show a great deal of cleanliness or competence in getting my coffee. Took several minutes to have an employee even acknowledge that I was standing there in front of them. Nothing ruins a food experience when I feel like I can’t trust the cleanliness.

What a horrible experience. I didnt expect the coffee to be 5 stars, cmon it is coffee at an airport! But, I expected it to be decent enough to be able to drink it, after paying the over $4 for a small cappuccino. Nevertheless, it was not only burnt taste-like coffee but it was like the coffee machine needs a DEEP cleansing! It took me 1 minute to come back to the store and ask to be served a regular coffee instead, but the cashier told me they cannot serve me another coffee (in exchange for the espresso drink I bought). The store policy is to pay for another coffee... what a great customer service policy! - bad, bad, bad... do not waste your money in this kind of business that does not appreciate customers and cannot offer decent products for your money.

Ever since Minnesota, I LOVE THIS PLACE! their Turtle Mocha Coffee is the Business!! I would actually open a frachise in my area

Unfortunately no vegan or plant-based options. Even their oatmeal has dried milk in it. A lunch veggie sandwich with hummus to take on the plane would be nice as well. Staff is very friendly though and their iced coffee is decent.

My barista Doresha made my day! She was very friendly and helpful. She noticed i was frazzled and took the time to engage in a conversation with me getting me on a better track. Best experience i have had at a Caribou coffee!

A fruit & yogurt smoothie should be a healthy choice, but they top it off with wiped cream. The taste is really too sweet. I bet theres way too much added sugar in it. All the stars go to the sandwich. Its a 4 star sandwich. So combined 1 star for the venue.

8/26/2018 @4:10pm. Only one person on staff! Waited 15 minutes and had to leave for flight. Flight then delayed and came back. Waited another 15 minutes and still didn’t make it to the front of the line. You need to staff this location better!

Always like their mocha lottes with dark chocolate. Its a treat for me because we do not have one near us. This one is in the airport. Always great coffee.

This was my first time trying caribou coffee. It was not the best experience. While the customer service was amazing, the coffee blend was not. Too plain in flavor, more sugar than coffee, and more watery than anything. I ordered a turtle mocha... thank you for your help with the beverage ladies, yet not my preference.

Unprofessional staff; no greeting, barely made eye contact, talked to her friend on the side and acted like it was a problem when I tried to put my order in. 6 bucks for coffee and she couldnt even bother to get my order correct. Waste of time and money entirely.

Very friendly young lady wide awake at 5am what a great personality she fully engaged every customer with subtle suggestive upsell.....someone in Richmond if you are looking for a true sales person...well go get coffee at 5am

For those caffeine fiends that fly through RVA on a regular basis know that this is really the only place to get a halfway decent cup of anything. Literally thats what you get a halfway decent cup of Joe. My request for green tea soy latte was responded to with either confusion or fear either way I realized I wasnt going to get what I wanted so I quickly changed my order to chai tea. I was asked if I would like it cold or hot and as we all know things can be iced, but not cold and its always presumed to be hot unless specified. Changed my order again to drip a little disappointed. Im really not a coffee snob in that regard, but sometimes caffeine is caffeine.The barista was nice, seemed a little off her game. Not so much busy, but unenthusiastic, but thats kind of the norm for airport vendors. Everything was well stocked and organized, but the terminal wasnt busy and not likely to get that way throughout the morning. Nice area to congregate, but I do wish they cup/cover/sleeve combo as cleaner. My cover was difficult to close, the sleeve was not snug and although I didnt spill any on myself it wasnt confidence inspiring.Service is fast and they probably do better iced or blended drinks as I was the only 1 who got a coffee, everyone else went with what I call dessert drinks. Having already eaten breakfast across the way I wasnt interested in the oatmeal (smelled pretty good) or pastries. Depending on how far your drive from the airport is this may be your best bet for coffee as there is nothing immediately nearby. Probably because if you got your favorite drink for travel you couldnt bring it past security.

Wow! A long time since I have been treated so rudely and abusively,. I presume precipitated by my accent. Server thought I was so hilarious she had to leave to compose herself.and then I didnt even get my order filled correctly. I cannot believe with all the attention to racism that you would let you staff behave like this. They need training!!!
