Stopped by early with a problem motorcycle stereo issue. Issue was professionally diagnosed and fixed in minutes, and was done for next to nothing as far as costs are concerned...(Best Buy quoted me $300!) Highly recommend this place, owner is a very nice guy too. Thanks again!!

I was struggling to get things done to my truck I went to Best Buy a couple of times to try to get a remote start and alarm in. They sent me what they suggested for my vehicle and when I went to get it installed by them, they said I purchased the wrong one. They suggested another system, they couldnt install it because of COVID-19. I went to another place to install it, it was incomplete. Stopped by Pro Sound audio to see what he had to say. He gave me a suggestion, I purchased it, after a couple of days and many alarm systems later I had everything I needed. He let me know that this alarm system he wasnt too familiar with but tried it anyway. HE DID IT, he made it work, after some time it worked. Great customer service he kept me updated as he finished parts of it, had to improvise with others, taught me how to use it properly, and even fixed a couple of loose ends a prior installer had left loose. For sure will be coming back for a sound system and I do recommend them.

The guys here are most important of all honest and hardworking. I came into the shop in need of security because my catalytic converter had been stolen and they actually wanted to send me to another guy who specializes in catalytics. They could have made a lot of money off me, well they did end up making money since I wanted an alarm system regardless. And because of their honest integrity I even bought a new stereo and some speakers . We’ll be doing more business in the future

So happy with the service I received from Mr. Salvador at Pro sound. I had to replace the radio in my vehicle because the stock radio had stopped working as it turned out my sound system was a premium sound system that required some additional wiring, Salvador was courteous and quick while doing a good job of practicing social distancing. I lost my remote control and bought one on amazon. The gentlemen were really nice and respectful. They programmed my control in like 5 min, quick and easy.

I recently installed my new Pioneer stereo in my car couldnt get it to sound right. Called around an everyone wanted so much money to adjust the sound . I called PRO Sound and the owner said Bring It On Down he made my Pioneer stereo all my speakers and my JL Audio sub sound awesome. At a great price. I suggest you let him hook you up.

I went to Pro Sounds a few days ago and the staff was very nice. I wanted them to install my new stereo I bought. The installation was $75 because I even bought the mount and cords needed. They installed it in an hour. Definitely coming back for them to install some speakers.
