Do not go to this business for any reason . Their prices are pretty competitive but their work quality is poor . First they put an alarm system in my vehicle that doesn’t work and when I told them about it hey said that “that’s how it works and no effort to solve my problem. They installed actuators on my door and blocked now my windows won’t go down because they installed the actuators in the way of the tracks of my windows . When I told them about that they said “ well you must have done something cause our work was good”. And last they charged me 250 dollars for tinting my vehicle. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, the tint was done horribly and I told them immediately. And they agreed but they told me that it was my fault it was done like that because the windows were dirty and it’s not their responsibility to clean windows and never redid my windows or gave me a refund when I had the remove the tint . But they gave me a call to just say they could give give me a wiring harness for a radio that cost 200 for 150 . That was my compensation prize for spend over 1,100 dollars at this SCAM ARTIST location. Avoid this place at ALL COST.

This business is very unorganized. I would not recommend shopping with them. There are far better options in the area for car audio. Overpriced and ingenue business practices with horrible customer service.

If I could give these guys one star I would. Don’t look at all the bad reviews here and think they are isolated incidents. These guys have been doing bad business by people for years. Do yourself a favor and never shop here. Over priced products, rude and unprofessional. I will never shop here again after having such a bad experience here.

They hooked up my music but there customer services is overall below average. They would try to charge u to the extreme!!!!!! The manager of shop signed me up for a snap warranty that was double the price of my music I got installed. Just to install a class a amp on hi’s they wanted to charge 650$ And I have my own amp and wires. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there for music installation.

During these hard times i have much respect for the guys a Premier Audio. They took the time and actually listened to what i wanted and exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended many family and friends and they to have also been extremely happy with their service. I bought 2 12 inch sundown audio subs, sundown audio amp, got a custom box made and installed .A+++++++

A week after getting my subs installed and radio theres been nothing but problems my music goes in and out the radio won’t even cut on somedays and the door speaker they gave me blew after a couple days

If you value your money and self respect then just go someplace else. Always a great time to go on YouTube and DIY. TRUST ME, ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR COST.

I ordered a stereo in hopes of learning how to change my own stereo but quickly realized I need other parts that most parts store did not sell and did not want to wait to order it. A friend recommended this place so I called to see if they were open for business and see how much it would cost to get it put in. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. I’m trying to explain to him what’s going on and he’s rushing me, cutting me off. I never even got a chance to finish what I was saying. With this phone experience, I will NOT be going to this store! I would rather stick with the radio I have or find someone because I am very big on customer service and I don’t spend money at places that don’t know how to speak to their potential clients!

I bought 2 12” subs from here and they awesome when they actually work, i done had to replace the fuse about 3x & yes they gave me a One year warranty but i’m not from Va i’m from Texas so once i leave here & the fuse blows again what am i gon do ( well duh get another one ) but it’s the principle of i bought some from this store why am i having to replace something everyother month

Absolutely worse company I have ever seen in my life they will take your money and charge you out rages prices for things that arent even worth $100 value your money and go somewhere else and the owner is very disrespectful.

I dont usually write reviews but this place changed that. After going to a few shops and getting the run around or just bad customer service. Seen them there for years but never stopped in. Went in 30 minutes before close told them what I needed which wasnt a small job either Got me in the next day 8 hours later Im riding down the highway beating and clear!!! Best prices in town on their merchandise and installation. My friends told me to come here and Im glad I took their advice. They were very friendly and knowledgeable also. Definitely would recommend others here for installation and merchandise!

I spent over 800 dollars with these people and still didnt get what I wanted. They are far from professionals. My amp fuse melted through my cars wheel well due to wiring my positive to a little fuse box near my battery. The ground wire for my battery was way too small for the amount of wattage I was pushing and they missed that. My air vent was damaged due to mishandling when taken off. Long story short if you want quality installation spend the extra buck. Dont waste time with the low budget shopping center audio shops. Waste of time and $$.

Had bought everything needed besides radio antenna cable brought it to them to have it installed because no one could get me in the same day.Told me 99 bucks to install and if I wanted the antenna cable would be another 15. I told them thats fine I dont need it cause I wont be using my radio. They installed it anyway!!And when I said I didnt ask for it they told me its a ground and some radios need it to power up.They will scam you !!!

The worst place to get your tint ever!! and when your tint inevitably becomes trash after a few short months they will NOT honor the warranty they promise!!! They shattered my rear windshield while applying tint on it and never gave me any money to help get it replaced!!! and it was their fault!!! The Worst place ever stay away!!

Then he say oh I let it go for 480 ... 5min later: give me 200!! ... 30min later: 130! ...when its time to pay for the product: - how much is it again? - 200! LOL there products they will selll for you guessing price and reeealllyy overcharged from brand new on the stores! be aware! their trade system is like give me your car and I give you some wires always trying to rip everyone off!
