My experience here was amazing. Great customer service and they knock vehicles out left and right. Pricing is amazing and so is the quality of the job. They did a lift kit leather seats wheels tires full system rock lights and exhaust and wrap for my truck. Best pricing in town to get your vehicle tooted up.

I just want to thank Jamie and his staff for the excellent job that was done on my Bmw m4. I like quality sound and I’m very particular. The price was reasonable and they kept me updated. I also had a wheel that I had slightly damaged and they were able to have it repaired also. They are the real deal.

It is appalling to have to rate Jaime a 1. When you’re a returning customer multiple times, communication is poor, and you have someone’s vehicle for days with no progress, then you have to expect recourse. Not only did he have an unprofessional experience in front of another customer while on the phone with me, he attempted to match wits with an angry customer to whom he has lied on fulfillment of a service. Don’t take customers to appease them, and make them waittttttt! Did I say wait! Another customer was told to come back to finish work in my presence the other day. That’s a problem. It’s a compliment to be busy like that, but it’s very insulting when you call, he looks at the caller ID, and ignores the call because he can’t face a customer being upset about waiting yet another day. Go back to the days when you were waiting for business and couldn’t afford to do that, and things will change drastically. Get help if you need it, but being transparent with people in general goes a long way. Stop telling people another daytime or by Monday and deciding for them if they can wait or not. The exchange today should have been recorded as a warning to others. Poor customer services Jaime - strictly horrible!!!!

Used most of the larger car stereo shops in Richmond & Ive been bringing my car/s here for 15 years now. Theyre knowledgeable, fast, fair, do quality work & their prices are really reasonable, they wont try to sell you stuff that you dont need like some other shops. From basic to unlimited budget, they can do it all, & they wont treat you like crap if youre not spending a lot of money; theyll treat you the same, with courtesy & respect, if youre just buying parts as they will if you intend to spend thousands. Dont think Ill be taking my car anywhere else as long as these guys are around. Only giving them 5 Stars cause I cant give them 6. From the outside they may not look flashy but dont judge a book by its cover. Give them a try, you definitely WONT be disappointed.

It was ok, I went there yesterday and was told to come back today only for the obnoxious fat man who every other word that came out of his mouth was a curse word to tell me that it was gonna be a 3hr job that he had to do when he couldve looked at my car the first day I came up there to tell me that. And then he said he couldnt do it until one day next week which I have to work during the week so its pretty much impossible for me to get that done. So Ill be looking around else where somebody who can possibly be up for business on a weekend. He gave me two different prices, both times I went in there he was the only one working so Im not sure how he even keeps that much business when hes the only one working. But this shop has been around for awhile Ive just never needed to go in there until now. So if I do decide to let him do the job Ill give you guys a review on that episode..........Im not with the back&forth especially with someone whos supposed to be a professional But I am going to defend myself and say Im very aware of what I wrote on the internet and will do it again. I was not plan on coming back to your business theres no telling what other underhanded activities may even go on in there. I swear I thought those slot machines couldnt be up in certain establishments but who knows I could be wrong, but back to the subject at hand if your suppose to be the professional why should I tell you whats wrong with the radio in my vehicle doesnt that suppose to be your job to let me know whats going on with it. And if it was as simple as hooking up a few wires which thats what type of job you thought it was, yea I couldve just took it to anybody on the street or I probably couldve did it my self.... But being that you never even looked at my car the first day I brought it up there you just assumed it was gonna be an easy 175 or maybe 275 job, bc Im very positive if you knew it was gonna be a 3 hr job in the beginning that price wouldve changed very quickly...And last but not at all least I never told you that I didnt know if the deck I had worked or not. As a matter of fact I told you that somebody just recently hooked it up to a battery and checked it so I knew it worked. You took it upon yourself to check to see if it worked, I wonder why... from your nasty response to my post it probably was to slap on another fee when the bill was due.....i dont usually even post things on the internet but Im so glad I did. I wouldnt dare give you my business you saying your not gonna the job and you have a 2 1/2 star rating on yelp.....you are definitely not the only audio shop in Richmond, Va..... Your probably the only one that the rest are sitting around laughing and talking about. Im not gonna name any names but Im actually at another audio shop right now and in so many words it was meant for you not to even try to attempt install anything in my vehicle.....who hangs summons on the wall for loud music lol...so you guys just glorify the fact that you can make someones music so loud that they can get a ticket for it...now thats corny, juvenile, and unprofessional at its best.... Ive said more than enough and next time you be careful who you respond back to on the internet. Mr obnoxious oh an fat!

DO NOT GO HERE. Appalled at the blatant sexism I experienced at this establishment. I walked in because my cassettes player was jammed, and I just needed it unjammed. He asked me about my car and I didnt know one question so he response to me, youre a girl, of course you dont know about that stuff, then the question right after I answered correctly and he responded with, knew that one, didnt you? Then while continuing to treat me like an idiot, without even looking at my jam told me itd be cheaper to just get a new and tried to charge me $200. Was never kind to me, did not smile once. If you have any respect for your mother, sister, wife, the women of your life, you will not go this misogynistic hell hole.

Store is very small and has very little display items/speakers/decks set-up to test. Customer service is very good.
