Gates Nissan is a fantastic facility! I have been taking cars there to get fixed for the past 12 years and have never had a complaint. They do their best to work with you especially if you have a schedule issue. I needed my truck quick to go on a family business trip and they fixed my truck to make it in time. I will continue to return for vehicle repair and I hope to buy a new titan there someday.

Before going to Gates Nissanpeople said I would pay a higher price for services by taking my car to a Nissan dealership. Afterwards I was excited when I got the bill. It was cheaper than Valvoline on the oil change. Plus they informed me that my car 2014 Altima had several recalls that were going to be fixed FREE of charge. I was very impressed with the level of service and helpfulness of this dealership. I found a used Nissan online on Tuesday and went to the dealership on Thursday. They gave me a great deal for my trade in and I purchased the vehicle while I was there. Unfortunately my experience changed when i was called several months later by a lady named Kathy who does title work for the dealership. She called me and was very rude and argumentative wanting to know where my payoff information was on my trade in. I explained that no one had told me that I had to send it in when I received it and she raised her voice and was berating me and asking me who had told me that. If I had treated anyone the way that she treated me I would have been fired. I have NEVER treated anyone with such disrespect. I will not be returning. My entire experience was ruined.

We visited service for an estimates of repairs to our older Nissan Pathfinder. As a result our transmission is going out and repairs are going to be more than the value of the vehicle, so we will most likely be purchasing something else in the near future. I made a fair offer in the middle range of what KBB considered fair pricing range. They wanted top dollar for a used car that is nearly 5 years old. If youre not willing to be took avantage of, they dont want your business!

Nick Simmons is the best sales manager I have had the pleasure of working with. He is very professional and polite and believes in truly taking care of his customers.
