Service is fabulous. Peyton was so personable and customer friendly. Erik is always awesome. This place wasnt great for a while but it sure has turned around. Clean place to work while you wait and they are always fast and efficient.

My experience with Loyalty collision West End was incredible. I needed to get the work done in a timely manner, and they were extremely accomodating.! All during the process they sent me pictures and texts on how things were getting along. They were very creative, and fixed things and repaired things that looked brand new without having to buy new parts!. A big shout out to Kyle for staying in touch with me during the whole process!! If you are on a tight budget like me, this is the place to go. My car looks brand new at a minimal cost!

Requested a repair to a rear bumper, got an estimate and took it in. They never called me back and I had to call two days later to find out what was going on. I show up, get charged, they pull the car up front and lo and behold they replaced the front bumper which had absolutely nothing wrong with it. The guy was even confused why the front bumper was repaired and not the back. Nobody ever said they were replacing the front bumper even on the estimate and it was clearly a mistake.EDIT: After being very proactive with them they offered to fix my rear bumper and subtract the cost of the front bumper which they did. Work was fine and they did try and resolve the situation after I pressured them. Still don’t recommend if you don’t like having to double check everything.

Ive never felt the need to write a review before but the service i experienced here was phenomenal! I work a busy schedule; the same business hours as this shop actually. It was quite easy to plan with my detailed updates from Hope, who called me every step of the way. Chris the receptionist was very polite and offered all the information regarding the process of the repairs from the very start. Im quite concerned with the virus going around, and was happy to see him sanitizing surfaces the moment I walked in. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager Brian who took time to listen to my fantastic experience, and he assured me it was standard practice. Great Job on Loyalty for such a helpful and enthusiastic staff!!

Do not take your vehicle here. I took my vehicle here to have the a/c repaired because the a/c wasnt blowing cool. I took my car in and explained that an a/c compressor may be needed for my car. The service guy said theyll diagnose whats wrong. After an hour of having my car they tell me that all it needed was to be evacuated and recharged, which they said they did and that my a/c was now working. I paid them and as soon I got in my car, my a/c is still not working and the service guy is talking about theyll have to price an a/c compressor. What did they charge me $140.00 for then? Poor service and I am pursuing remedy.

Update: As of today, 4/8/21, they still have not resolved the issue as they promised. I had to open the formal complaint with BBB to get them to respond. They promised to refund me the difference but until now, I have not seen the refund they promised a month ago. It can not take that long to do a refund. Not a very honest organization, in my opinion.. Be careful when dealing business with them...Looks like a bait and switch.------------------------------------Original Review:I had a busted mirror and claimed insurance. Geico referred me to the business. My insurance deductible is higher than I what I had to pay so I had to pay the full amount out of my pocket, which was not an issue. The issue was it took them 2 weeks long to get me a wrong mirror and then charged me extra because the wrong mirror they ordered did not fit. Whats worse, they did not disclose the extra hidden charge. They even denied it when asked. I had to go home and compared with the price they quoted against the price I actually paid to find out the difference. This business has basically low level of honesty and integrity. Basically I had to pay for their mistake. You should think twice before choosing them especially when you have insurance and have to pay the full amount out of your pocket.

I like the service at this location much better than what I received where I purchased my vehicle. When I arrived for my appointment it was nice being greeted and not treated as if a product of an assembly line. The people here are very customer oriented and the service is great. I know its not easy dealing with different personalities working in customer service, but its great to receive superb service when youre a customer that is always prepared.

Customer service is horrendous! Told us that car would be ready after driving there and then wasn’t. Then supposed to be ready next morning but wasn’t. Kept calling all their numbers and phone just rang. Poor attitude from mgr. kept making up feeble excuses. Needless to say I am fed up and won’t use them again. Car came out great but what a hassle.

So far the couple of times that I’ve gone they’ve done great work. I haven’t had any issues and the repair on my car’s side is seamless and top quality work.They can be a bit more expensive than some other places, but you’re getting what you pay for and you’re getting high quality repairs and service.They also accept Priorities for Life if you purchased a car at a Priority Dealership prior to this location changing from a Priority service center to a Loyalty service center. So that means free oil changes and state inspections which is good news and keeps me coming back!

Best not to take your car here. Insurance will say this is a one stop shop, but they will wash their hands off of responsibility so fast, you will not know what hit you and they will leave you with a broken car. Excuses galore!!

I dropped my car off because I got hit from the left side dropped it off on May 17 told I was going to get weekly updates every Tuesday and Thursday I didn’t,had to call every week for a update was told it was gonna be ready by a certain time and it wasn’t my car had minor damages and it’s been there for 3 weeks almost I called again and it’s june 1 they told me my car would be ready today I called and they said it won’t be ready till tomorrow probably they switch the date everytime worst experience ever.

Both james and Antonio went above and beyond to take care of me, i had a trade in and it was causing me problems getting financing for a different car. Antonio did everything he could and got me approved. They dealt with me calling and texting with questions but never once got upset or annoyed. I now have a new sentra and will definitely be back for future purchases and send my friends and family to them. They take care of their customers like family and it was much appreciated.

I received very accommodating service here. First, Id like to acknowledge Debbie. Im not experienced with cars and know little about them. She always explains what is wrong with my car, the function of the part that needs to be replaced, and what the consequences of not fixing it are. I really appreciate how she explains all of this truthfully and without being condescending.Second, when my service took longer than they expected and I needed to go out of town for work, she put me in a free rental until my car was fixed and I was back in Richmond. I was only charged for the price they originally quoted me. I did not look into whether it was a fair price compared to other service shops, but getting a free rental when everything else went wrong with my car made it worth it even if it was over priced. Otherwise I would have been without transportation or would have had to pay much more for a rental myself.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service.

Debbie and Erin get an A++ for Integrity. My wifes car had an issue and Debbie responded within minutes with a resolution. The premium bumper to bumper warranty we purchased, met every word in the contract. Debbie and Erin had us in and out with a rental, in about 15 mins. The shop fixed the car and left it just as clean as they got it. Most shops leave behind greasy dirty hand prints or boot marks, not these cats. I have no worries letting this shop work on the car that, my wife drives, and my kids ride in.

Bought a vehicle cash of $9000 and less than 30 days I have to get a transmission and I have to pay for it and been getting the run around for a week going two weeks before they told me that much never call back to inform me no rental car Im going to get a lawyer they are scammers customer suppose to be top priority. I want to acknowledge Antonio and Carrington for their great customer service. My daughter bought a car last weekend and after we closed the deal we had a couple of issues in the service department with regard to the car not being cleaned and detailed as promised . I went back and spoke to both of them and they assured me that we will get it right for you, dont worry they sure did!! Awful customer service and very shady. I showed up on March 19, 2018 to see if they had a car in stock that fit the criteria that I was looking for. I SPECIFICALLY stated that I did not want my credit run until I know they had a vehicle similar to what I was looking for. I was told oh we wont. I should add that one of my reasons for demanding this was because I knew I was going to have a co-signer who would meet me there once a car was found, and I TOLD THEM THIS. They were not able to locate a car similar to what I was looking for. Needless to say, I left. Later that night, I got an alert that there was a hard inquiry from Priority West End. I called and complained about it and a manager named Tony had the audacity to say to me its just 5 points. I dont give a damn if it was .5 points!!! I was CRYSTAL clear when I told them not to run my credit. I mean, whats the point of running me credit to purchase a car that they dont even have?!! ESPECIALLY when the co-signer wasnt even there yet!! Im extremely disappointed and I will be leaving this review on every site I can possibly find in addition to filing a report against them until this is rectified!

My wife and I had a great experience at Priority, found the right car for us at the price point we needed to be at, the whole process including financing was quick and painless. Our sales associate Morgan as well as the rest of the staff did a great job working for us, with our 11 month old in tow we were able to get in and out and drove home with our car as very happy customers.

Like the priorities for life but the sales guys are kinda douchey. They said they wouldnt pull my credit and they did. Wont even discuss a vehicle without an application. Put business in their lap and they gave me the run around on vehicle availability (said the one I wanted was out for the day but they have others! It wasnt out for the day they sold it.) Bought my last car from them but just couldnt get them to treat me like a valued customer this time, took my business to Haley.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!Found what I thought was a good deal online so I stopped by this dealership to look at it. Ending up driving it home and then signing the papers the following day, which happened to be on a weekend. The car wasnt detailed and needed TLC which the dealer agreed to in writing.Brought vehicle back on a weekday to complete the service and noticed the inspection sticker was due in 3 months and there was water in both tail lights. I was told from the service manager that the tail lights wouldnt pass inspection, so I asked them to fix it. I was told from the general manager that he refused to fix the tail lights. IT DOESNT PASS INSPECTION ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE MANAGER!!! According to DMV website, a dealer cannot sell you a car that has not been inspected. Guess what?! This place did. It has been 4 days and I still dont have my vehicle back, it hasnt been touched.The only reason I havent driven through their showroom yet, is because our salesperson (Kim) has done everything in her power, going above and beyond to make up for the crappy management.Conclusion: DONT BUY FROM PRIORITY WEST END!

I told them what I wanted and a good starting price. I explained that I wasnt interested in a certain car so they showed me the car anyways because it was on the lot. I asked about the second car and it wasnt available due to some title issues and of course the third car wasnt ready. They had some other car that was well over my price range and the supervisor was no where to be found. I wont buy a car from THEM.

Nick from Sales was very unprofessional and was probably aware of a mechanical issue that the vehicle had before for purchase was made. I was in a very bad situation. I had an open car loan for a substantial amount on something that I had to keep making expensive repairs on and my credit is horrible, in part due to maxing out credit cards to pay for repairs. I had given up on getting someone to help me out of the situation. Andrew called me from Priority and said he would see what he could do even though I did not have a large down payment. He was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned. He got me financed before I went up there. He told me to bring him my vehicle and we could talk about the numbers. I wasnt optimistic about the outcome. Andrew introduced me to Ryan the finance guy. Ryan was friendly, upbeat, and funny. He put me at ease and get it as real as possible. He gave me the numbers and asked if I wanted to proceed. It was only then did they show me what they could give me. I really appreciated that because never did they try to soup me up about what I could get until AFTER they got me financed. There was no maybe this or that it was here it what we have. There was no pressure. I have been at this for about a month and this was thee BEST experience of any car buying situation I have ever had. I am eternally grateful to these guys. Im not saying they can help everybody but I will say give them a chance first and save yourself a lot of drama with other places.

You guys treat your employees like grabage, false promises, gossiping like children constantly. You go to HR and then get dragged into an office with nothing but threats. The only good thing about this place is the technicians, sales, and receptionist. Appreciate your employees more, and you will get a greater response from your customers.Very happy I made the decision to leave on my own and not endure endless conversations and trash talking of other employees.

I have worked for several dealerships in my life. Most of my work was in Management and Finance. I am semi retired now. However if I was still in the business I would immediatly steal Ms. Conyers away from you. I have always insisted that the secret to repeat and referral business is mostly due to the service department. If a customer receives good service, there is a very good chance that he will not only return for more good service but also to purchase additional vehicles. I will return to purchase my next pre-owned vehicle from you. I will use Andrew as my sales rep to handle the sale and will continue to go to Ms. Conyers as my service writer. I would strongly suggest that she be used to train other writers on how to work with customers. I could go elsewhere and save money. But I come back here not only for my free oil changes but for all my mechanical work done. Again, I want to reiterate that I could get work done for less however getting treated fairly and receiving great service is more important to me than saving a couple of dollars. It has always been that way with me and I suspect it is that way for most folks.
