Mr Noble was very professional and personable and attentive to our needs and wants. He was not pushy and made us feel relaxed and comfortable while we were trying to decide what we wanted. It was closing time but he told us to take our time while trying to make our decision he was there for us. We had to come back a second day due to us not having everything necessary to make the purchase however Mr. Noble and the whole team at Sheehy were very patient when we returned and took the time to explain the complete process. If I didnt have VIP oil changes I wouldnt ever go back! Everytime there is a problem. There is fresh oil spilled all over my engine and greasy fingerprints and a shoe print!!! How do you spill oil and not clean it up?? And why would you step there, There are running boards. The oil is pooled on top of the coil packs. Which makes me wonder if it got filled properly! Stopped at a stop light and smoke is coming from the oil dripping on the exhaust! Save the headache, go to Bill Talley or Richmond Ford. Very very poor service!

I wanted to say a big thank you to Nick in service at Sheehy Ford. He went above and beyond to get my car fixed. My car is an older model and the part I needed was difficult to find and quite rare. I really appreciated his help finding the part I needed and getting it installed. I havent had that level of customer service in a long time and I am truly grateful!

I had a very good sales experience. Rex D. and Michael J. did a great job in finding the right car for me and immediately understood that I was looking for value. So my husband went to the dealership today to check out the Ford Maverick as they have a demo. We already checked with a the dealership in FL and went to Sheehy as he previously bought a vehicle from them a few years ago. Only one on the lot and the sales person was dismissive. No additional information or anything. Great way to treat a returning customer especially an out of state one.

TERRIBLE experience with this place. Edson was probably the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I had a truck shipped down from Manassas that I was ready to purchase only to find the entire undercarriage rusted out. No one - from Manassas OR Richmond mentioned anything about rust. It’s embarrassing that Ford would even sell that.After we turned down the truck, Edson was showing us a few other vehicles on the lot. We were waiting for him to get the keys outside to test drive a truck and 10 minutes went by… still no Edson. We look over and saw him helping someone else with a car!!! Spoke with the manager and ended up going home. NEVER heard a word from anyone since I left that day. Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers only the $$$.

Purchased a pre owned vehicle.A knowledgeable and dedicated sales team and sales manager, keen to get all customer issues addressed.The communication between the sales and service departments could be better. We purchased a Honda so the dealership had to get it serviced by a Honda dealership which was 45 minutes away. We could have saved a few days if one of the issues we noticed was communicated clearly.

It was a simple and easy process. Everyone super friendly and efficient!The price of the vehicle was unbeatable. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade. We did work things out prior by phone and text, but still no surprises. Less than one hour at the dealership. You cant really beat that. The dealership was over one hundred miles from my home and was well worth the trip! I highly recommend this dealership if they happen to have the vehicle youre shopping for.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I wasnt even planning on stopping at this dealership as I was driving through the parking lot, but a friendly wave from a salesman made me decide to take a look. Honestly great experience, they had the new explorer in stock I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me and gave what they could for my trade in. The explorer is quicker than the Subaru wrx I had wanted previously but this can fit the whole family.

Wow, bought a car without stepping into the dealership! Everything was done virtually and it was a pleasant experience!! Our sales agent was named Edson. He is young, works hard and is willing to do what needs to be done to make his customers happy! I would highly recommend using him if you get the chance. The only drawback was the trade-in value on our vehicle (not Edsons fault!). We ended up not trading in our vehicle and fully financing our new car. Luckily, we sold our vehicle the same day at 4 times the trade-in offer.

Got to see the mustang GT. They pulled out their laptop and asked me to buy the car before going over any details. When I asked to go over specifications, they said its all online and they dont have any brochures in store, nor do they know their line up. When I asked to test drive before buying a $55,000 car they told me its against policy. I guess ill be purchasing else where

My wife and I went into the dealership to get an appraisal of our truck, we also wanted to work a deal for another Truck that was listed for 60,000 online. Jerry the salesman was great but when it came to the man Patrick behind the door he decided to mark up the 60000 truck by almost 4000. Who in their right mind pays over sticker price for a car.. Patrick would not come down and made excuses for the mark up! Needless to say we walked out and wont be back. Please take your false advertisement elsewhere!!

Edson was our sales rep. He did a fabulous job and had everything ready for us when we went in to look at trucks. He was knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to do. The whole process was seamless and easy. Thank you. There were no surprises. I am glad that I dont have to buy a vehicle every day, but when I did have to buy one, Edson worked hard to make sure that everything worked out well.

I visit this location on a quarterly basis to get my oil changed and a quick and dirty inspection. The reps are always very professional and quickly take care of your needs. It is important that you call in to make an appointment because the chances of getting a walk-in are slim to none. The techs take good care of your vehicle and treat both you and your vehicle with respect.

We took our car to Sheehy Ford after it was at another repair facility. Nick was our service adviser at Sheehy Ford. We proceed to explain to him what had happened at the other repair facility. After showing Nick the invoice from the other facility and the so called work done by this them and explaining to him that this had been going for 5 weeks, he assured us that he nor Sheehy Ford would treat us the way the other facility had. Sceptical by this time we agreed to let Sheehy Ford assess what it was going to take to repair our car. A technician named Brian was assigned to diagnosis what was wrong with our car. Brian was not only a first class technician but a very good detective. He wrote a 2 page report on what the other facility had damaged on our car. Yes damaged not repaired. He found missing parts damaged parts replaced parts that didnt work among other things all of which we paid the other shop for. Brian checked all the parts the other facility told us we needed and informed us we didnt need them, we only needed the parts damaged by the other facility to be replaced. So having no choice at this point we told Nick to go ahead with the repairs. Nick apologized for how long it was taking but parts had to be ordered. In total it only took 3 days to repair our car, it took the other facility 5 weeks to damage it. We were able to talk to Brian about all that he had to do to figure out what the other facility had done and how to repair the damage. This young man is an incredibly capable technician and a bit of a magician. He repaired our car and it is working flawlessly now. When he explained everything he had to do to diagnosis and repair our car we were incredibly thankful that he was assigned to work on it. So now the cost, we paid Sheehy Ford less to fix our car than we paid the other facility to damage it. Nick was true to his word nether he nor Sheehy Ford took advantage us although they could have easily done so. When we left Sheehy Ford our faith in customer service was restored. Nick did an incredible job keeping the cost within reason. Brian did an unbelievable job repairing our car inlight of what had been done by the other facility. Yes now i know i should have went to Sheehy Ford in the beginning, and yes if Im in need of repairs in the future Sheehy Ford will be my first choice.Nick thank you for the honesty and the integrity you provided us with during this process.Brian thank you for your diligence, skill and detective work to resolve this issue.To Sheehy Ford thank you for employees such as Nick and Brain who made this incredibly difficult situation bearable.Nick and Brian i cant thank you both enough for what you did for us.Thanks againWilliam Anderson

We had a great experience working w/ Rex. I do not enjoying looking for nor going through the process of buying a new car. I told Rex what we were looking for, he sent me a list of cars that while searching I did not see on the website and they all met our needs. We purchased a car the same day. I also told Rex one of the reasons I disliked buying a car was how long the financing process took. He sent me the paperwork to be preapproved and once in the door we were out in 45 minutes. Great experience with both Justin and Rex. I was looking at truck that was at another location up in Maryland. I came to the Richmond location because it was closer. They had the truck I was looking at moved down to Richmond through the service department and detailed within 2 days. They were not pushy and didn’t try to get me into something I didn’t want. I have bad experiences at other dealers being pushy and trying to sell you anything they can. Definitely a great buying experience.

Buying experience was great (of course, they want your money), service was not even close. Purchased a 2020 Explorer ST that has the worst seats ive ever sat in. Causes literal pain in your thighs due to bad bolstering. Took it to the dealer for them to fix it so i dont feel pain after 30 minutes of driving. Was told its Fords design, nothing they can do, live with it. So... yeah, happy to sell you a $60k vehicle, not so interested in making sure it works well enough to not cause you pain while driving. Was my first Ford, undoubtedly will be my last.

Looking for a vehicle can be a huge pain. I spent about 8 months looking for a vehicle that caught my attention. I wanted color, type, and had to be new. When I saw Sheehy post the vehicle, it immediately caught my attention. I went there to see it in person and sadly pictures do not give it credit. It was everything I wanted and some. This being my first new vehicle, it was very easy and explained in great detail what to do and what to expect. The technology used for documentation and everything else was better than the military even has. I highly recommend Sheehy. Just ask them and they will know the answer.

The Service Department...there are no words. Ive had 2 years of the worst treatment ever. Ive been told my premium warranty covers nothing, been treated disrespectful over and over by Donny, and have had to fight tooth and nail for every service. Literally, the worst Ive ever experienced. I bought my truck in South Carolina and have had to call them every single time I want to use my warranty here, and ultimately Ive had one repair covered. Sheehy just doesnt care. I wish I was still at OC Welch.

We really had a bad experience @ Sheehy Ford Ashland.When we purchased our for Mustang convertible in 2019 the promised us if we take the protection plan (which costs around 4K) they will:1 . Look after all the issues with care and due diligence2.whenever I will drop my car for a service o will get a loner carNone of the promises were met.I still have an issue with my Mustang for the last 8 months . Whenever I am going over 70 mph it’s vibrating like anything. I have reported it three times,No care was taken till today.Loner car — just forget about it. Every time I have to wait for 5-6 hours in the service area to get my car serviced.I am really very upset on making the choice / decision to buy my favorite car from Sheehy.

Justin Seay is a spectacular mechanic. Very thorough and has my familys safety in mind. He found a major control arm problem when I put the van in to repair the AC. Would recommend.

When looking for a new car to purchase, I was not sure where to start. I worked with a young man named Edson who helped me out a lot. He showed me around and tried to find me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Overall it was a great experience!

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Even GM would not return my email when I complained. Bait and switch operation all day long. They tell you what you want to here and change it up when it comes down to making a deal. Found the truck on line. they advertise one price and change it when you try and make deal. I was looking at a truck and asked for a value on my trade before i drive there from another state. Was getting ready to do the deal and gave them the correct mileage on my trade which was a few thousand miles off which would affect the value by a few hundred. they tell me its 4000.00 less. Then they change the price of the truck on line. They also tried to tax me on the whole vehicle without trade credit. NO ONE CARES THERE ALL THE WAY TO THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO DID NOT RESPOND TO MY CONCERN!! LETS NOT FORGET THE BOGUS FEES THEY CHARGE!!

I was looking for a Ford F 150 with a 5.0 V-8 for my company and could only find F-150s like this at Sheehy of Richmond. I contacted Mr. Quinton Kirk about the trucks they had in inventory. Quinton was very helpful, listened to my needs and was able to help me find the right truck for my business. After reviewing the company finances we decided to hold off for a while until things stabilized more. Quinton was understanding about this and when we do go to buy a truck Sheehy will be the first place we look even though it is a two hour drive one way from our business.Thanks Quinton for not being a high pressure sales person and taking the time to work with us and making sure we had everything lined up before we purchased. We will keep you in mind when we go to get another truck for the company.

Edson was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and communication before and after our purchase was 10/10. The dealership as a whole was very nice. Clean, spacious, friendly. The finance process was easy and very fast compared to other dealerships I have used in the past.
