Our son and his wife bought a vehicle here and the day they test drove it, the power steering never made a sound. They made their punch list for things that needed to be done, took it home and the next day the power steering was whining like no other. Took it back and wanted them to make it right and they argued with them about it! Didn’t want to make it right!Forward from there just 4 short months, the engine seized up and had to have it replaced. Now it doesn’t work at all! If the engine was considered good by their mechanics the first time, I’d suggest not buying there at all!Having talked to other people, that have had similar experiences, these vehicles seem to be their money makers and you don’t get to drive them very long after that.Go somewhere else!No stars, spread the word!

Great place!I got a phone call from Rob, about 3 months ago, and he asked what I was interested in (I applied for a car loan) was very patient with me and what I was looking for. Went to Gates Auto Outlet not really sure what I was looking for...was greeted by Lucas, one of the sales guys on staff. There sales people are extremely friendly and helpful. The building and restrooms are clean and well maintained.The vehicles are priced very well and a bit below blue book however if you are wanting to trade your car in I highly recommend choosing another dealership. They will definitely under cut your vehicles price and then talk really quickly to get you to sign before you realize what just happened. Update: since the dealer felt it was okay to put my personal info out as I was trying to be kind in my review I must add that they had the same car with the same mileage on the lot for $9000 and offered us $1500 for our vehicle. Again I was trying really hard to not put their true colors on here but since they put my personal business out there there here it is. Ive paid $1500 for scrap vehicles for parts not a perfect driving vehicle.

So I bought a 2009 tacoma from here. After driving for a couple weeks noticed some issues with the truck. I had it inspected and was informed a couple parts were bad on the truck. So I took it back and talked with the GM . he was very understanding of my concerns. He took my truck asap gave me a loaner car at no charge. They fixed the concerns asap for me and made my truck correct. At zero charge to me what so ever. If you are looking for a used car go see these guys.
