Really easy process Ive used them several times and each time they use great tow truck drivers and make the process as easy as possible.

This is not a local company. They are not based in Richmond. Offered the lowest quote I received for my junk SUV. They behave as if they are doing you a favor, not running a business. The seller never pays title fees in Virginia but they claim that they are doing you a favor by taking care of the title transfer fees at no cost to you. They also say things like, Ive taken care of this for you. before they give you a quote. You know youre selling a car for scrap but they talk down your vehicle condition and try to devalue it before giving you a low ball quote. I felt like I was dealing with the worst kind of used car salesman.

I sold my 2005 SUV to these guys and it was a smooth and positive transaction. They even matched a higher offer that I got from another business. They took care of all paperwork. All I gave them were the title and keys. They picked up my car and towed it for free. Natalie was great. She dealt with me from start to finish. I would definitely do business with them again!

They need to change their Google listing. I was looking for a part for my Infiniti G35. Whether intentional or not, theyre coming up under junkyard so its misleading. - Also, they are not a local business as advertised. All of this is highly misleading.

This review only applies to them if youre selling your used car that is in fine working order (I cannot comment on selling junk cars to them). They first offered me $150 for my car. Then when I told them I already had an offer for $5,000, they offered me $350 and tried to convince me I wouldnt get someone else to pay me that much. I ended up selling my car elsewhere for $7,000 several says later. At best, this place preys on low income people who desperately need cash ASAP by offering offensively low offers. At worst, they are outright robbing people of money that they could get at another business or by selling to private party. It would be funny if it werent so transparently disingenuous and slimy. Avoid this place like the plague.
