Since they are close to me, I take vehicle in for oil changes. Somehow from the last oil change to a few weeks later 4 of the transmission pan bolts were missing, which was discovered by a mechanic I have used for over 20 years. I took car to him because there was something leaking from under car, after car care USA changed the oil. Never had any leaks until the last time I went to Car CareUSA!Transmission bolts don’t just fall out!I called car care USA. spoke with a particular person, who told me he would talk to the owner and call me the following day. No one called.Not sure I can trust them anymore!

When referencing the workers, the shop name literally describes the intentions of the workers. Theyre really attentive to the customers needs.

Great service! Today I actually came in for an oil change with a coupon received in the mail. To my surprise I actually received a lesson regarding the different types of oil and got a better quality of oil for a savings. They also gave advise of potential problems that I should be aware of. I have to say, this is an extraordinary business. I just needed my front license plate bracket installed because I just moved here from a state that does not require a front license plate. They did a fast and very good job and refused to take any money from me. I gladly tipped the gentleman that helps me out of sheer principle. I highly recommend this business because they do it the right way. Customer service is all.

Great place for anything you need done. Great people. Just took my wifes van to them. After another mechanic said it was a sensor problem with the a/c and he wanted 200 to just look at the problem. Car care did it for way cheaper and it wasnt even a sensor problem. You can trust these guys.

My vehicle was shutting off unexpectedly - while idling and while in park. Super scary & random... so I took it to Car Care USA on my day off and explained the shenanigans. Ray Jr & their staff was attentive & responsive and clearly explained to me what their diagnostic approach would be. They found one issue and the repair cost was extremely affordable. This was my first time going here. My a/c went out (blower motor). They diagnosed the problem within a hour. After giving them the okay to go ahead with the repairs, they finished the work in about two hours! I was very impressed with this repair shop. Very honest, reasonable prices, great communication and great customer service. Ill definitely use them in the future for oil changes and any repairs needed.

Went for an oil change with no appointment. I only waited a short time. They even reminded me to update my inspection which I had completely forgot all about.

Great customer service. I took my car there on a coworker’s recommendation. I purchased my 2006 Accord last year and wanted an overall assessment of the car. They called me and explained the major needs and recommended a course of action in a very detailed way. I will definitively take my cars there.

The service here was fair. It would have been better if the pricing was a little bit upfront but not a huge difference in the quote. Received my car back smelling of cigarettes Which I really hate the smell of. Would have been 3 stars if there was no bad odor.

I’m on a super tight budget. They explained what was wrong and level of importance each item was, so I could budget my repairs. I had several Repairs done that day. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, and will DEFINITELY be back.

Was very impressed with Car Care USA! Those at the front desk where so nice and willing to chat and help me decide what I needed to do with my car. They offered refreshments while I waited and the front desk girl was so sweet and even shared her personal stash of hot chocolate with me when I asked if they had any . Did not feel pressured at all when they did a full look over of the car and came back with suggestions of what needed to be taken care of in the next 20k miles. I really appreciated this as none if it was necessary at the moment and I felt like they actually cared about what is best for me at this time and not just getting more money now. Wanted to get a module replaced. I was 1st quoted @141 then when my car was in the shop price went up to $400 then it went up to $725. No service was provided. Poor service and communication all around. I had done business there for few years but not anymore.

Ive been a car owner/ driver for 36 years. Ive followed this family run business to 3 locations through 17 years. I consider myself very lucky to have happened into their shop all those years ago. They never sell, and they never invent issues to make more money like so many places do. You need an auto service shop that is honest, with integrity, and does excellent work, this is the place. You can drop your car off there with complete trust.

Car care USA was efficient and very reasonable in its prices. The waiting area was clean and neat. Free wi fi, and plenty of reading material. I got my oil changed and I was in and out in about 25 minutes.Fast and friendly! I will be returning!

This place is awesome! I was in a hurry yesterday and needed an oil change quickly. I called and spoke with John and he said bring it up. I dropped off my truck and ran an errand with my son and returned to USA in about 30 mins. When we arrived the oil change on my truck was already done and it was parked in front ready for pick-up. Ive used USA several times and the service and professionalism has been great. They are my car care pros when I need one and I recommend them to everyone.

Thumbs up to these guys at Car Care USA. Ive always received great service here. Before today I only ever got oil changes here, but today I had them repair a muffler and an Air Conditioning sensor. They took my car same-day and had it running great in only two hours, and they charged several hundred dollars less than other places in the area were going to charge me. I have a few more jobs I need to have done on my car soon, and I will definitely take it back to them.

Just moved here from Ohio. Great experience on my first visit for emissions. They had both our cars in and out in 10mins each. But most importantly, they had very friendly and helpful customer service. Will definitely be back!

These guys are awesome! They service our company fleet and Ive been taking my personal vehicle to them as well for the past year or so. The owner, John, is great. He is very helpful and accommodating. When we send a Tech to have their vehicle serviced, they never wait. He gets them in and out and for HVAC service company, we greatly appreciate that. For my personal vehicle, I had a really bad experience at Christian Brothers (got completely ripped off!!). I dont worry about that at all with Car Care USA. I feel confident and secure using them and would highly recommend to anyone. I finally found a mechanic I can trust and that is everything.

Im glad we broke down where we did! Were from out of town so when we broke down on the toll road we googled mechanics and Car Care USA came up as the closest. I called to see if they could service a Subaru with an apparent radiator problem. John came out quickly and got us to the shop safely. After checking everything out they determined there was a leak in the radiator and it had to be replaced. They got the parts ordered and got to work.They gave us a car to use so we were able to get food and take my toddler to a park for a while. John and Donald did everything they could to distract my daughter from boredom while we were waiting at the shop. The customer area was clean and spacious with a small library.You dont plan these things but Im so grateful these guys did everything they could to make our unplanned stop an inconvenience instead of a disaster. They got us fixed up and able to drive home the same day. This morning, John called to make sure we had made it home safely. Quality service from quality people. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ive gone here mostly to fill up my tires with air and maybe a couple of times to get my state inspection. Everything went smoothly and everyone is pretty nice. I dont go here for more because I have points with my cars dealership.

Had warranty work done at dealership and they told us our brakes had 20% life left. They also quoted us at about $300.00 to replace them. Then we went to Car Care USA to get a quote. First of all these guys are down to earth people and friendly. We left our vehicle with them and about an hour later they told us to come back and pick up the car. They told us our brakes were fine and didn’t need replacing at all and explained to me and my wife what shape our brakes were in. We came by and picked up our vehicle and costed us absolutely nothing.My wife and I moved to Richmond and were worried about finding a good mechanic. Safe to say we found a good mechanic for life with these good and honest guys!

Needed to get a new horn for my husband’s truck. John gave me a quote and said they would have it within a few hours. The new horn sounded bad; so he said leave it with me and we will get one that sounds better. The new one was $30 more, but he offered to cover the difference. Who does that?! These guys were very helpful and office staff very nice. They did a great job figuring out the problem with my VW Eos and fixed it in a timely manor. I would highly recommend this place for any car problem. I have definitely found my mechanic for any future problems with any of my vehicles.

Great service and friendly staff. I took in my 04’ Chevy Tahoe for an oil change. It’s about $17 and some change. It’s a tad higher than Christian brothers automotive but the difference is you can get in and out here. At Christian brothers, you will have to set up an appointment and it take about 20-30 min for a 5 minute job. Only complaint I have is the furniture in the waiting room is really uncomfortable. It would be worth the small investment, in my opinion, to change the furniture to make waiting more pleasant.Other than that, I like the place and will take my vehicle here anytime I am in the area and need work done.

Ive been taking my vehicle to these guys for several years and have always had a great experience! Their prices are fair and the work is excellent.

Had issue with metallic grinding noise. Went in not knowing what it might be. They called me 45 min later and had figured out the issue. A metal BB had some how gotten into the drum. There was an opportunity to say I had brake problems and charge for unnecessary work, but I walked out only $58 spent for the time and quick fix.

Truly professionals...polite.....fully knowledgeable .....honest...very generous on service charges....i fully recommend them...thanks.
