Love the people at Auto Check! Car issues suck but they make the best of any situation. They are truly a gem and I just wish I couldve found them earlier. Santi is awesome! They are honest, transparent and will spend the time to make sure you understand the issue and optional solutions. Highly recommend.

Went here for my first time last week...heard about this establishment through a member of my family were good work was done to this family members vehicle. I needed maintenance amongst other issues regarding my vehicle. I spoke with the sales rep Rick over the phone and dropped my vehicle off by tow. Car was in the shop for a day and they thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle letting me the issues going on with it. They provided pictures and detailed descriptions of what work was needed and a variable time frame of importance for each issue. Iv been to a lot of shops unfortunately for vehicular work though this was the most informative and I was pleased with how they treated my vehicle. It may seem a bit expensive however thats what you can pay for good quality work and honest feedback. Rick I did find my hubcap it was in my backseat so I do apologize to you and your crew. If I can afford it I will have this establishment work on my vehicle to fix current and possibly future issues if it is necessary. Thank you for taking care of your customers!!!!

I was out of town working and my wife needed an alignment because we got brand new tires, so I told her to take it to the shop they were extremely nice even took my wife home while they worked on the car called her and picked her up from our house when they were done at no additional charge. I had state inspection of both 2 cars and oil change on 1 car done at Auto Check in Richmond. The service was great. Vladimir was very friendly and honest. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They made recommendation but did not pressure me to buy anything. The waiting area was very clean and accommodating. I would recommend this place to those who look for trustworthy services.

I had a troublesome check engine light that wouldnt go away, after a few days Vladimir and the crew diagnosed the issue and found the install I had done at a different mechanic was incorrrect! Kudos to Vladimir and AutoCheck I really felt they were on my side as they didnt quit till they got the issue figured out and resolved. Ill definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again guys!

Arrived at this place to try to get an alignment and inspection.Two guys at the front desk & a mechanic.Mechanic told me he might have to order parts for my alignment,hadnt even looked at it yet.That was already a red flag for me.I told them that I just wanted the inspection then.The guy sitting down says how come you dont want the alignment?Sounded like he was trying to force me to get the alignment.I told them I just want the inspection and if they couldnt do it, I could take my business elsewhere.He told me our inspection machine is broken.I knew that was a lie cause he should of said that in the beginning,so I left.It felt like their trying to rip people off and they get offended when you tell them like it is.Poorly ran business and it starts with the owner.And dont bother responding,you would be making an excuse and wasting your time.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for inspection but the check engine light was on. The codes were small air leak. They ran a test and found explain to me it would cost 450.00. Paid but they said I had to drive my Jeep another 50-80 miles before the light came off. Came again. And said i has to drive it more. Finally the light came off after and got my inspection. After driving it for 3 weeks the light came on again. They wanted another 600 dollars. Are you kidding me!This place is a rip off!

One of the guys, Michael, was extremely helpful. I came in without an appointment to get an alignment done. He let me know the amount of time I needed to wait, and immediately let me know what the results were after the alignment. Price of alignment was great. Will definitely come back. Clean place, clean restrooms, etc. Definitely recommend.

I brought my car to get inspected, the manager was very friendly and prior to even beginning the inspection asked a few questions about the vehicle to determine if it would automatically fail, so that I wouldnt be wasting my time or money. After he determine that it should be good for inspection he proceeded to input my information in. I was able to wait confortable for the car. Great place. The best part is that they dont try to sell anything other than the service you require.

Went here based on its rating and left disappointed. Not a horrible experience, but I wont go back--this place is totally sales driven--in my opinion. Went in for an oil change and to have my pressure on my tires adjusted. Needles to say after all of the selling was over and my oil had been changed, I left. After I was on the road for a minute or two, I smelled oil burning and noticed my tires were not adjusted, so I called and the salesman informed me that they spilled oil on the exhaust and neglected to let me know. He had nothing to say about the pressure on my tires not being adjusted.

This place is HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR vehicle to these people! NO STARS BUT YOU CANT post unless you give a star!I took my truck in to get it fixed, while it was there overnight it was broken into, all of the electronic equipment was stolen out of it which was worth thousands of dollars. They broke the windows and the glass was all over the ground. I found out when I went to follow up, on why it was taking so long to hear from them. The company never called me to inform me what happened. They refused to accept responsibility for it and would not tell me why they didnt call me to tell me about any of it. Refused to give me my truck keys back. I ended up having to pay them as the cops were trying to find out what happened. Which they never did. DO NOT take your vehicles to these people! NO WORDS on how they can operate a business and treat people like this! NO WORDS!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!INTEGRITY right next door is the place to go. They might cost a little bit more initially but I tell you they are HONEST hard working caring people at INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO THERE!

Auto check has always done a good job of taking care of my vehicles. Both of my vehicles get the synthetic oil changes and I like the convenience. I also had my engine mounts replaced on their recommendation. I was hesitant at first but it made a huge improvement in my vehicles ride and cabin noise.

This is the second time I have brought my Corvette with major engine work to be performed by this facility. I was very stressed as to both the amount of work to be done, and of course, considering the possible associated costs. The management calmed me down and worked out an arrangement with me encompassing costs, and the work that was done was within perfection. Seriously!I have taken my car in between visits here to a local Chevrolet dealer whose costs far exceeded those offered by Auto check, and whose work never, I repeat, NEVER came even close to the quality, professionalism, and personal relationship building of that of Auto check. Took my car to get an oil change and inspection. They had me out with in an hour. Very friendly staff and excellent service!

Highly dissatisfied with the service I received. Shawn was so unprofessional that it is not funny. He quoted me one price and then when it came for me to pay he said he couldnt do the price he quoted me. He was very argumentative with me and is a very dishonest person. He gave me a sob story of how they needed the business which is why he quoted me a cheaper price and then backed out of what he told me. The mechanic there didnt know how to work on a transmission so he had to bring in another guy to look at it. They had my car in that shop for 10 days. Bottom line they have no idea what they are doing they are a huge rip off. Take your money somewhere else and let actual professionals work on it.

Will not return, I felt like I was being ripped off by Sam roayaee. The work done on my vehicle does not match the money Ive spent. There was still issues with my truck after I left it with them for a few days and when I brought that up he accused me of buying defective parts and wanted to charge me again to fix the problem. Ive used them a few times but after this inconvenience I will find another mechanic
