I can’t say enough good about this little jewel of a place. I went in needing a dryer, they changed the cord free of charge for what I had at home. I did have some issues with THAT dryer but he replaced it immediately with out questions and delivered it for me for free because I couldn’t find anyone to help me. He said “I’ll do it for free so you don’t have pay anyone or rent a truck and I’ll take the old one when I come”. He did exactly that. Professional and respectful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They were available 3 days later, came in and got it fixed! My property manager wanted me to replace the whole washing machine for $1500. I saved so much money going with these guys. Clearly great at what they do!

I am so glad that I was laid to RVA appliances. These guys are an excellent company. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me the correct remedy. These guys could’ve easily came over and installed a new dryer and took my money. Instead, they told me what to do over the phone and it solve my issue. I am so grateful for their honesty and fantastic customer service. The next time, I need to buy a washer or dryer I will definitely get it from RVA appliances.

I have bought there for years. Matias, the owner is awesome. Best Value for the dollar. Purchased refrigerator and washer yesterday. He will deliver both to 2 separate addresses and haul out old. Maytag washer and nice ice box for 1/4 th the price of New and next day delivery.

I just bought a front load washer from here, they had a very large stock of used appliances available. I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent and they even delivered the washer to my house! I havent had an issue with the washer (and its been going non-stop for about 13 hours so far), but if I do they have a 30 day warranty and I am not worried about anything! They prefer cash and if you pay in cash you dont have to pay the credit card service charge, defs give them a visit if you are in the need of a gently used appliance!

This place is AMAZING!! I spoke with Matias over the phone about my stove issues, I was worried I would not be able to cook for the Holidays! Matias agreed to stop by the very next day to take a look, he figured out the issue and resolved it in less than 15 mins! his prices are fair which was very helpful during the pandemic. Very fair prices, excellent customer service and 30 warranty on used equipment. We bought a used stacking washer dryer from them. We set it up at home and it leaked. They immediately came out looked at it and said there was a crack in the drum of the washer. It either happened between the ride from their shop to my house or was previously there. Either way no questions asked they replaced the washer with a larger one by the next morning. I’ll continue buying appliances from them and highly recommend checking them out! We have used RVA Appliances for four separate jobs: They replaced a washing machine; they replaced a microwave; they repaired our refrigerator and they repaired our dishwasher. Each job was a) on time; b) below budget; c) done in a completely reliable manner. RVA Appliances is extremely responsive. Our refrigerator went out over the weekend and they came right away and fixed it. They are also highly skilled. They replaced the microwave in less than 2 hours. The previous installer took almost a half a day. They are at least 30%, maybe 40% below the repair costs of our previous repair person. Plus, they are very friendly, unlike some others. RVA Appliances is far and away the best appliance repair business I have worked with in the 30 years I have lived in Richmond. Use them. You wont be disappointed.

I bought a washer from them and when I put a load of clothes in it the water FLOODED my whole kitchen and front hallway! What a mess. It also will not go thru any of the cycles. Spin cycle or drain. All it did was over fill with water and flood my house.
