Mike came out and fixed our dying dryer and washing machine. Washer parts took about a week to come in and he fixed it today. Very professional and quick.

Horrible, horrible company. They came out to check my dishwasher, ordered the parts and I had to harass them to come back out and install. Now, it is installed and still leaking and guess what?? You can’t get ahold of anyone with this company. Absolutely would not recommend for anyone. Horrible business. Did I mention I have been dealing with this since OCTOBER 30? No excuses!

Mike was contracted by our home warranty company. Responded in a timely manner to set up an appointment. Arrived on time. Was very respectful and fixed the problem.

This was a service call for my dryer through American Home Shield. Mike contacted me the next morning and was able to get to my request quickly. They showed up right on time and had the problem taken care of within 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again and would recommend. Great service!

Mike was awesome to deal with through American Home Sheild! he came out to fix my fridge he looked at it an told me he was gonna order the parts. took about a week to get parts in now my fridge is working flawless. idk where these bad reviews come from but Mike knows his stuff!

Exact same as reviews already posted. You make a service call through Ahs and they are Johnny on the spot. Just to get the service call assigned to them. When repair is do to be made they never answer respond, they don’t call back or answer any calls. I would rather pay out of pocket then to have these people at my house again. Not only has this happened once but 3 different times through AHS.

I agree with every review here. They deserve zero stars. I have used them 3 times from American Home Shield and are worthless pieces of you know what. Had to make 4 recalls to have them come every time. Stay away from them unless you just like throwing your money. If so, contact me instead :-)

Called 6 days ago to have a fridge looked at that was still under warranty.Was told by Lowes the repair service would call to schedule but they never did. They showed up today without any advance notice and went to the wrong address. I own 52 apartments and they went to an address from 4 years ago that had a dishwasher issue. smhThere are several concerning complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Since the work is warranty, I dont have a choice in who does the repair.The repair man was friendly and fixed the problem rather quickly. The company just needs to do a better job of scheduling.

No service. No response to phone calls. Took my $75 service fee from American Home Shield and nothing more.

Actually its zero stars! Zero stars because theyve done nothing! The repair man came to my house almost 3 months ago to do some warranty work for Frigidaire and has not contacted me, has not returned any of my calls, and has not followed up with Frigidaire and Frigidaire will not work with me until he does! I have been told this is pretty common with them as well.

Zero stars but you have to at least select one....I had the same issue as the previous review. He came out to my house said he needed to order a part and would be in contact with me in a week. Almost two months later, I havent heard from him and he wont return any calls.

Ditto all the above - warranty repair through American Home Shield- been battling a refrigerator since October- do not know how they are still in buisiness- would not recommend
