This was the best experience I have ever had when I needed to purchase appliances. I bought a refrigerator and an electric stove top. Both were delivered very promptly and the stove top when delivered was installed without any problems. All the employees there are very efficient and extremely helpful. The crew that delivered my appliances were the best. Very efficient as well. Sean the manager is an awesome manager. I will use Sears hometown for any purchases they carry in the future. Keep up the good work!

We recently had to purchase a new washing machine. And this store has always been our choice to purchase any appliances for our home. The staff has always been welcoming an friendly. The manager Sean has always been there for any questions we may have. I was very happy with the timely manner the washer was delivered an set up. I have sent several friends to purchase their appliances here as well. Great experience!!!

I came here to purchase a gas range and a GE washer and dryer set. Joshua and Jonathan were very helpful and answered all of my questions they are such great salesmen! Sean, the manager, was able to guarantee that my appliances woupd be ready for pickup on time.I highly recommend this store!

Well!I thought the I was the only one experiencing problems returning things here. A month ago, I purchased a lawnmower because it was not available at any other regular Sears store (which I never knew there was a difference in ownership/franchise)After using it to mow my lot the third time, it started shutting down. After numerous attempts to make it start, it just would not work. A week later, I was again stuck with a half-mowed yard. So I decided to return it and purchase another one somewhere else.To my surprise, the sales person promptly refused to take it back stating that they were a different franchise and had separate rules for allowing items to be returned and that the only service they could offer after the sale would be to send it out for repair.At first, I was livid. However, after finding out where I would have to take the lawnmower for service (Baytown) if I refused, we decided to just leave it there and follow along with their special rules.To make this long story short, I was called to pick up the lawnmower about a week ago, as it had triumphantly returned from service only to have it die again halfway through mowing my lawn. After setting off multiple explosions and a weird noise, it just died.Gas came out of the exhaust muffler and am honestly done dealing with SEARS franchise or not.Management, please feel free to contact me at anytime.For the rest of the readers, stay away from this store, and I will keep you posted if they every actually help me resolve this $400 dollar headache.

Just needed to get a water filter for my refrigerator but didnt know which one I needed. They just asked me a couple of questions and helped me figure out which one I needed. They really know their stuff unlike Best Buy, Home Depot or Lowes where you cant find any help much less someone who knows anything about what they sell

It was a pleasure to work with the staff at this Sears to purchase appliances for our new home. They worked with us to find appliances that fit our family at great prices during the Labor Day Sale. After our home was done, it turned out that our microwave wasnt going to fit as expected. They took it back without any hassle. My shopping experience at this Sears was good, and I got a great price on a new refrigerator, however, the installation was terrible. The salesperson put down the wrong date, but they were nice enough to come very early the next day so that it wouldnt interfere with a prior engagement. The delivery person installed the refrigerator and did a good job with that. I had to pay extra for the new lines to go with it, and I have no idea if it was installed because when I asked about it, he was very rude. They left all the trash sitting on my driveway (he told us to put it out on big trash day, which we dont have since we live in a rural area). I will not be shopping at Sears for appliances again.

I bought an LG washer and dryer almost a year ago. They are running great and Ive even got an appointment for service to come do maintenance check on them. Very helpful. Sean the manager was knowledgeable and a straight shooter.

I purchased a 21 inch craftsman push mower for my small yard several months ago. The service at store was great but I will not by craftsman lawn mower again. My cheap weed eater brand push mower cut better and more sturdy, had it 8 years. Will buy again at Walmart next time.

Awful!! Don’t call up there, the phone will ring and ring! They finally answered, put my husband on hold right after answering; was left on hold for 20 MINUTES. Never came back on the phone. In the meantime, I called from my phone, never answered the phone, but would hang up the line.He called again after being left on hold for 20 minutes as phone record shows, they answered and again was left on hold!!!! Awful!! So needless to say we called HOME DEPOT...spoke to someone in appliances right away, had what we needed so off we went to purchase!!Don’t waste your time!!

Worst store in town. Dont buy anything from here because you wont get parts when the junk breaks. Your on your own like me. Cant even get a belt for a simple riding mower. Pitiful, it was bought at this store and cant carry parts for what they sell. This is your hometown store.

BEWARE: SEARS RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLYALL SALES ARE FINALYou cannot return anything here!Very poor customer service. Once the sale is done, you are on your own.Had appliance break down 2 weeks after purchasing. Took it there to exchange and was met with all kinds of excuses and impediments to get the issue resolved. Finally was forced to accept them sending it out for service (because it was still in warranty) and now am stuck with a technically refurbished appliance with an original price tag which I had to load myself because no one ever offered to help put in my car.Ridiculous!I used to wonder why SEARS appears to be going our of business following Montgomery Wards, K-Mart, and others that have perished due to poor customer service in a competitive market.If a member of management is reading this: Customers go to your stores for the experience and your lackluster display of customer service shows why so many of us have turned to online purchases.RIP SEARS
