Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service! Very happy with the service. The serviceman was able to reset our thermal detector and now our dishwashing is working once again!! Thank goodness as we thought we would need a new machine. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Ask for David he was courteous, knowledgeable, and explored many options with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. Upon installing the appliances (stove top, wall oven, and microwave) they ensured our floors were protected, appliances were level and everything was cleaned before leaving. Very professional and all future purchases will be with Little Appliance.

Great, honest service. Called them to fix my leaking fridge, they showed up on time, told me what needed to happen, then came back for a reschedule once everything had melted and took care of the problem within a few minutes. Personable local feel and felt like he had my best interest in mind instead of trying to sell me a new fridge or costly unnecessary repairs. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the level of effort in resolving my leaking refrigerator. Shawn, (Technician) was very detailed and thorough in investigating possible causes, and once identified, was equally focused in repairing, and getting all completed in a timely manner. He took care to protect my floor, and cleaned up afterwards. Shawn was very personable and represented his company in a very professional manner.

Our commercial fridge at work stopped cooling. Little Appliance came out quickly - diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed the fridge. He was on time, friendly and knew what he was talking about. Great customer service. Definitely will be my go to for all future appliance purchases and repairs!

Love Linda and Dave at #littleappliancerichmondva.com!I called Linda on Thursday and told her what I needed (my 17 yr old fridge had just died) she told me what was in stock and recommended a a Maytag, I bought it and on Friday Dave and his assistant (I’m so sorry he was so nice and I didn’t catch his name!) delivered, set it up and took away the old one. Done and done! Thank you everyone!!!

Wow, Ive been dispatching for many years call this company to make an appointment and was told they could only give me a date and not a time, which is the weirdest thing Ive ever heard. Call day before nasty tone and gave me my appointment time. I said that is not going to work do you have another window of time NO THATS IT I am a single mom with four kids at home under 16 and I can just leave work in the middle of the day. So that is why I asked 5 days before if I could have a late afternoon or early morning, not very accommodating.

I purchased an Amanda refrigerator from Little Appliance in 2018. The refrigerator did not work when it was delivered. The service guy came out and put refrigerant in and within 2 weeks the refrigerator stopped cooling. The service guy came out again and discovered there was a leak in the coil. I was shocked because it was a brand new refrigerator. He did some work on the refrigerator and it worked for some months. I requested a another refrigerator and they told me to call the manufacturer and make the request. Of course they denied the request. The manufacturer stated 3 service calls were needed before they would replace the refrigerator.I recently asked the service guy to come out recently because once again the refrigerator stopped working. He came out and stated i needed a new coil. He also stated because i didnt purchase a warranty, i could not get a new refrigerator. I was charged $80.00 just for him to come out and say there was nothing he could do. He didnt even bring refrigerant to help me out.My experience has been very disappointing because i was actually referred to Little Appliance. I will say that i was treated nicely every time i went in the store. However i wont be purchasing another refrigerator from them again.

Witnessed excellent customer service the other day. An elderly lady came in and wanted to buy a heating element for her burner. The ladies at the service counter tested her element and found that it was not the problem. Instead of selling her a part she did not need, they advised her on what the issue with the stove was and how it could be fixed.

Or just come back and say I am still looking. You try to give a small business your business but I am not going to beg you to take my money.

Called for a problem with our gas range that another company wouldnt even look at until the gas company would. Sean came out and diagnosed the issue and the parts were ordered and repair scheduled quickly and conveniently. Polite, clean, knowledgeable, prompt and easy to work with. This place is awful! Went in here to purchase a refrigerator, walked in and two salesmen were standing around talking, they never said Hello Can I help you or anything. I began looking at the refrigerators, opening doors, checking them out, still no offer of assistance not even a single word to me.Then a Caucasian couple walk in. immediately the salesmen run to them and say hello, how are you, what can I help you with today! Needless to say...I walked out!I guess because of my skin color I could not have possible had any money to buy anything. But your loss, went to Lowes and bought not only a Frigidaire refrigerator but a stove as well! I am sure you work on commission! Your loss! I will never step foot in this store again!

My refrigerator had an update from the factory and Little Appliance was the local servicing company. They were on time! They were professional! Gave great explainations of the what and why. Also, allowed me to clean some things while it was apart. Highly recommend.

Little Appliance was the worst referral I have ever received. 1. Three receptionists, seemed not to have any answers for any ? and said, You have to talk with the technician before he ever came to my appt when I asked about pricing for a part, the companies ability to remove H20 from my washing machine and whether the $80 diagnosis fee is a credit towards the repaired service. 2. I set the initial appt for diagnosis giving them notice that all parts and labor would be postponed til my pay date. The Tech Rep. didnt even come with a wet dry vac. He stated its common practice to leave the H20 in there til they come to do repairs. I didnt want my machine to rust. I had to be in debted $80 after he already came just to get that info and the pricing of a H2O pump which is obvious and for a control key. Needless to say he left, didnt come back and the dirty H2O remained. I called the company back to report what just occurred, they ask did I talk with the tech and would I like to speak with him again. What a lack of customer service!!! I hung up with that response to discuss with him the same thing we had when he was at my home. I called another company as I told them I would, who came 2pm the very next day, (I even called Little again just to see if they would rectify getting the stinky H2O out and they said, They decline service to me. They already had my $80) The new Technician directly tested each setting on the machine (doing what Little As tech seemed to fumble with),and Drained out the H2O, the part (only H20 pump needed) was delivered in one day with a 2nd appt scheduled and complete repair on the 3rd day. Ill never recommend Little Appliance to ANYONE.

I got them to come and repair my washing machine that wasnt draining properly. I was unable to be there but left a key out for them. When the guy noticed I had a camera in my kitchen he rolled his eyes and got angry. After he unclogged the drain he decided to take a clean pan out of my dish strainer and put the stuff that was clogging the drain in it. He just left it there for hours until I got home and threw it away myself. It was so unprofessional and disgusting. He fixed the problem which was good but I wont be asking them back out for anything.

The scheduler left a message wanting to change dates. I did not call back because I was out of town. She sent the installer out there anyways. She was completely rude. The installer ordered the part that we needed and I had to interact with her again. Terrible customer service!!!!!! I will be sure to let Whirlpool know.

Little appliance came to the rescue when I was in a bind... Had a rental property with a broken dishwasher... All other repair companies were 3-4 weeks out and Little Appliance came to the rescue and was out to the property in 2 days to diagnose the issue, and then had a new dishwasher installed, 2 days from that! Super happy with their services!

What a big MISTAKE I made coming here! Nothing like Lowes who had excellent customer service and delivery personel.Delivery cost $50 instead of free like Lowes and my front door threshold busted when they dropped my machine down using a handtruck incorrectly, handrail bracket busted loose by hitting it with my new machine when attempting to go upstairs and lastly water not even turned on to new Speed Queen Washer.I still have not gotten any repairs after 2 weeks of going back and forth. Apparently Speed Queen has little interest in my problems with this dealer as I have heard nothing back as far as a proper solution from them. Do yourself a favor and try another Speed Queen Dealer or better yet use Lowes and take your chances with a lesser quality machine, NOT WORTH THIS HASSLE!!Update: Finally they turned into insurance and I got repairs completed correctly. Speedqueen washer itself a very nice appliance. Recently added a speed queen dryer but certainly not from here!

Avoid at all cost. Rude counter help. I visited them because they are in the neighborhood and when I entered and went to the counter in the back of the store (no one up front) the girl at the counter yelled out can I help you? I needed a part for a whirlpool electric stove, which I had in hand. She asked do you know the part number? No I dont, (thats why Im here). She picked up a business card and handed it to me and said they would have to order it when I find the part number and returned to her seat. Here I am ready to give them my money and they dont want my business. SMH

They say one thing and than do something different I gave them.the right part number the girl at the desk put the wrong number in than they say they can exchange the part for the right part but no they didnt they want to double charge for one lil part I need where it was on 53 dollars to 100
