Inconsistent with placement orders.

I have had several items from rent a center in the 90s and it was easy to deal with.when I considered useing rent a center again for a sofa,I discovered that I could get a Credit card easier and buy with a lower interest rate! I dont understand why they make the process so difficult when rent to own was originally for people who couldnt get credit! Rent a center...Im confused ! You lost a customer with Good Credit !

I love them they really take there time to meet everyone needs!!!! I have some nice things from them... Lol n they dont mind. Calling u to tell u your payment is due 2 days ahead lol but overrall great ppl...💯💯💯💯💯

Service was poor:- was never called back when we were told that we were going to he called back with additional info- delivery scheduled to arrive between 1pm and 3pm did not leave the store until after 3:15 after we called to inquire.- delivery man was rude, not helpful with paperwork and dangerously careless with funiture.I would not recommend this particular branch to anyone.😡
