We love this place so much, and our kids love to visit. Only giving 3 stars because I love giving gift cards as gifts to my kids’ friends and every time I go in for a gift card, there is an issue. I’ve tried doing it at least 10 times and been successful with no issue TWICE.

Whoever the person was in the store tonight around 9pm is awesome!He greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Loved his attitude. He was very nice!

Wonderful place for a treat and for your child to get some play time. Many flavors and toppings to choose from. I wish there were more locations as this was a drive for me but my son and I enjoyed it and will be returning.

Great place to bring the kids and beat the heat! They have tons of options, including my favorite euro tart mixed with pink lemonade. Their toppings are endless and have a variety of bottled drinks. The play area is fun for all ages too. Definitely worth a visit!

Yummy lots of choices and kids vave fun climbing the toys

Only go here if you want to sit around other customers combing their hair at the table and then touching the yogurt machines with unsanitize hands after playing in their hair...yuck! No one working there said nothing to them, but had the nerve and monumental gall to say something to my son. Who was doing nothing but playing. Next time woman up and address your customers who choose to play beauty shop in the middle of your establishment, and not a child who is just playing with another child he plays with all the time. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this location.

Fun place for young kids. Several great flavors to choose from and so many toppings you will have trouble deciding. Has indoor seatting as well as outside for those cool Texas summer days :)

This is the only kosher frozen yogurt place that we know of. its got a nice indoor playground and coffee for the adults.

Great fro yo place for kids (of all ages)! Great quality fro yo, great topping selection, and a play area for the kids that keeps them occupied forever! Service always friendly and the place is clean. Decor is super cute too and it’s in the heart of Richardson (easy to get to)! Parking is sometimes rough because it shares a lot with the Tom Thumb that is always busy.

Love the setup of this yogurt shop. I can tell alot of thought was put into utilizing the space well between the play area and layout of machines/ toppings. Speaking of toppings- WAY more toppings to choose from then other froyo places Ive been too. (Plus theyre super fresh tasting) Great experience and I would def drive out of the way to come here again. Oh yeah and its clean and theres sanitizer 😷

Pretty good options out here, for me it was to much at offer. Staff was courteous & anyone who wants to try different flavors of frozen yogurt apart from Vanilla & Chocolate should check it out.

I was very disappointed as we walked in. I took my five year old nephew on Sunday afternoon for some fun but he said he had also expected something bigger than a little kids play area that had just some climbing things that had gotten a lot of beating. They only had 14 flavors of yogurt icecream none of them tasted any good but they did have lots of toppings to choose from. The waffle cone wasnt fresh and one in the dispenser seemed like it had been put back by a customer who might have changed their mind because it had a bit of yogurt on it. I dont think we are going back there again.

Monster Yogurt is my favorite place to take my kids! The yogurt is delicious. The toppings are perfect. The store is always clean and the employees are so friendly. There is also an amazing play zone (called the monster cave) that my kids can play for hours in. We go there often since we enjoy it so much and the prices are amazing. I would give monster yogurt more than 5 stars if I could!!

This place has the best tasting dairy-free flavors of any fro yo shop I have been to. I loved that there were 4 flavors to choose from and you could actually do a swirl. I really appreciated they had both dairy-free chocolate and vanilla and not just weird fruit flavors. Great selection of toppings. Will be returning. However, their bathroom definitely could have used some attention.

First visit yesterday with my daughter. Very great place to take your kids to play while having some time for yourself. The play area has glass wall so your kids can be seen from outside while their screams are contained inside. They also have a party room. Yogurt was delicious and has live cultures.

Weve always loved coming here! The play place makes this a unique yogurt shop for sure! The yogurt and topping selection is amazing! We recently attended a birthday party and it was so great for the kids!! Such a fun idea!

Awesome flavors with many toppings

Over priced the workers were not helpful in explaining the choices,and the charges. $18.00 for 2 ice creams is too much. The workers act like the were scare to communicate with my wife and I. One of the workers asked for a tip to help her get a car. My best advice to her would be learn how to communicate with the customers your tips will come without asking for them. My wife and I will not be back. I did notice a family of European Americans inside when we got there they abruptly left when my wife and I enter the establishment.

There were only a few yogurt flavors, as couple were out and it seemed the employee was trying to get them running. Lots of topping options. The play area for kids looked fun, but my son was too shy to try it out.

It is very nice to serve yourself on the various options of topping/flavors they have, the fruits sometimes dont look perfect or fresh, maybe its just the time of the day you go. But the smell of their playground in there makes the experience a little bit ... weird, when you first open the door the smell can be overwhelming. I never eat inside there. My coworkers were like dont go there, it isnt good. But so far, I liked the yogurt.

Great place when I first discovered it, transparent cover between the servers making the ice cream for you to watch them roll your order up. You build your own ice cream by adding the toppings in etc.Favorites are Cookies & Cream + Honey, oats, whipped cream, strawberry, graham crackers. THE LINE IS HORRIBLE IN THE SUMMER! I cannot do the wait! Great tourist hotspot.

You can mix and match your dessert here and pay per pound.They have waffles too. Good concept!

I have to say its always a pleasure coming to this location doesnt matter if its day or night all of the staff is very kind. We are a special needs family and have rambunctious kids in every time its a great experience. Thank you for the great service and quality product

This was a fun little spot for a great treat! We went ad a team outing. I havent done fro-yo in a while, and have recently discovered that I am celiac. Walking in to food places Im always a little worried about not finding food that isnt contaminated. The fro-yo clearly calls out allergy friendly foods on the fro-yo. I probably should have opted out of open fixings due to unintended cross contamination, but it want too bad.I would totally bring my kids here too because they have a little play place with a bridge that goes over and entry-way.

I LOVE this place! I have never had better frozen yogurt than here and every time I can sneak a visit, Im there! Their yogurt is always low calorie or non-GMO which is great. They have so much variety, from the yogurt flavors to a whole wall of different toppings to add. It is always very reasonably priced too. I would definitely choose to go here over sweet frog, as they are a mile better and the quality is better! Great place to take your kids as they have a play area! Love it!

This is our favorite place to get frozen yogurt!! All the toppings are great specially when they have pomegranate. The kids enjoy the playground and us to relax a little. It has been like 3 months we haven’t been there. Until recently. The place is not getting attention. The floor was dirty and all the tables. The trash can was so full, all of them. And the employees don’t really care.Update 09-29-18Thanks Managment, the new girl at the front is so nice. This is the second time we come recently and she is super friendly.

They are always packed. There yogurt is good. A little pricey but maybe thats because I put way to much of there fresh blueberries in mine. They charge by weight. Lots of kids so I dont hang out there but if you need to find a place to go with your kids Monster Yogurt is the place.

Took my two kids (2 and 4) to a birthday party here and they along with ourselves had a great time!Very clean, good free coffee for adults, party room, awesome yogurt. They even had dairy free yogurt for my wife.We were very impressed and highly suggest this place for parties and having a night out where you want to talk while the kids have fun in a clean and safe environment.Ryan W.

We used the party room for my 1 year olds birthday party. The only thing I would recommend is outlet covers for the party room. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Play area is nice, altho the dead end can confuse kids, as well as create a traffic jam of kids trying to go both ways in the tube. Toppings are amazing, and frozen yogurt choices are good. They also have a nice patio outside.

Monster yogurt is by far the best yogurt I’ve had to date. The service was phenomenal as well. Yonah was so nice and actually helped my sister craft her dessert. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and dessert options.

Disgusting!!!!I have had frozen yogurt from a couple of different places Pinkberry and Sweet Frog. I work near Monster Yogurt and I was super excited there was frozen yogurt nearby as was some of my coworkers. Well, I normally get the euro tart and it tastes like the machines need to be cleaned out thoroughly. I was talking with a coworker and I figured it was just that flavor, but she had a chocolate flavor and she said it has the same taste. I gave it a try twice and had the same results on different weeks. I will not go back again frozen yogurt shouldnt taste like mildew. YUCK!

When its over 105 outside, this place and its air conditioned playground is a life saver. The owner is frequently manning the register herself, has always been a polite, friendly host. Been taking my kids here since it opened.

Well...there are gnats all over the fruit toppings. When pointing it out to the associates they just silently stared, then continued to do nothing. This place is incredibly underwhelming and pretty nasty if they allow gnats to infest the food yet do nothing about it.

We love the Monster Yogurt on Coit & Campbell. We use it as a networking space thanks to the great Ava Skipworth, & her whole team. We love that the product are kosher and that the service is great. The freshness of the yogurt and fruit is great too. We are so grateful for Monster Yogurt and the impact it has on the Richardson Community.

Great environment, good customer service. Yonah Roth helped me figure out the perfect mixtures of yogurt and toppings for a delicious dessert.

We spent $15 on yogurt that I ended up literally gagging on. We threw it all away shortly after My date and I both experiences yogurt that was either tasteless or DISGUSTING. We will never be back.

Decent selection of flavors and lots of topping options. All three times weve been here, there has been an unpleasant vocal child throwing a tantrum. In this small shop there is no escape from the crying and or screaming.
