I went today with my husband and kids and it was great. They had Disney channel on the TV which my kids loved and the music was upbeat and fun. Loved the fro-yo and the toppings were exquisite. The two young lady’s working we’re so nice to talk to and they let me and kids sample anything we wanted. Definitely gonna come back soon.

Add an extra 🌟 if youre bringing kids. One of those pick your flavors of yogurt and then different topping. Cost is by weight, and its easy to fill your cup up. Its pretty pricey, but the kids like it.Kept clean and lighted brightly.

We’ve visited twice since it opened, and had a great experience both times. The only complaint I have is minor: at our visit last week, there were no cones in the cone holder. There’s a nice variety of frozen yogurt flavors, and scads of toppings. You’re bound to find something to make you happy!

This may very well be the BEST KEPT SECRET in Richardson. I have been to other locations but none close to home and then one day while visiting another business in their parking lot I saw them. We now go at least once a month for a special treat.The location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They even have TVs to entertain the kids.

We love this place especially on the days that they send out their special flat rate pricing via text so make sure you sign up for that! Ive only had one not so great experience. They were out of small cups and wouldnt sell me a medium cup at the small cup price even if I only put the small size amount in there. I ended up having to get very little but pay the larger size price for my 4 year old daughter. Every other experience has been great!

Great tasting yogurt. Enjoyed the atmosphere. I got caught up in watching Moana when it was on during my time. Great place to bring kids for a snack. Selections are also nice.

The fro yo is always good and the place is always clean. But this last time I was here a little bit before closing the girls who were working did not seem to want to be there and one of the young ladies was sitting back on her phone with headphones in. I accidentally got the wrong flavor and went to go throw it away and the girl on her phone took out her headphones and rudely told me I couldn’t throw away the cup I had gotten the wrong flavor in. Then continued on her phone after.

What a pleasant surprise. Such a Fun Decor.I have visited 2 different Sweet Frog stores, east of Dallas and neither one of them, impressed me with the walk-in appearance.This store was nice and clean. The attendant was very sweet and helpful.

Very low-key, laid back, fun place. Family friendly as well as a place for friends and couples. I got as many samples cups as needed to try out the yogurts, which I needed because it was my first time.The flavors arent that spectacular or diverse but I found something to buy. Plenty of options for toppings though, including fruits and syrups.

Cutely themed place with good frozen yogurt. Toppings galore and much more. Enjoy to your hearts content.

Love Sweet Frog fro-yo. First time at this location. Good variety of flavors, and a plethora of tasty toppings. My kids are crazy for it and I tend to feel the same way.Very nice restroom. Typical bright colored happy atmosphere.They also offer shakes and some other unique things here Ive never seen at a Sweet Frog before... though I didnt order them this time.Warning that the sugar free flavors, last Ive checked, are sweetened with sucralose. I would love to see a healthier sugar alternative like stevia used instead (or in addition).

Yogurt was great, service was poor. The two girls working acted very annoyed we showed up 1hour before they were closing. They were uninterested in questions we attempted to ask about the flavors. We squeezed 2 words, at most, from them about the yogurt.

It was ok. I’m use to froyo places with really enthusiastic staff. Really nice and also willing to answer questions and let us sample. Both employees were talking and didn’t greet me when I walked in. Then when I was coming up to the counter I just felt like a bother to them. I only mention this because I work in hospitality. I’d get written up if I didn’t provide good customer service. Other than that the selection was great! Some crumbled waffle pieces would be nice!

Variety of topping options, good pricing, and constant rotation of flavors. Always something new to see! Def. Recommend!

I would have given this sweet place a good review if not for the following. We took our frozen yogurts out to our vehicle which was parked directly in front of the store front. We observed the cashier/worker wipe the trash can lid and in and around the rim where trash is put. She then used the SAME towel to wipe the chairs, tables, and the yogurt dispensers. We will not be visiting Sweet Frog again! Im sure our family and friends will feel the same way. We feel sick..... This was disgusting. Please educate your employees on hygiene and proper cleanliness in a restaurant!

My daughter and I love sweetFrog, but this place is a bit dirty.

Stay away from this place if you hate sweets. But if youre human definitely come for the ice cream in stay for the Wi-Fi.

Great place for my kids and friends, I visited last weekend and spent more than one hour, they have tv’s with kids channels and nice background songs so clean please

Food was great. Cartoon was not really appropriate for my kids.

I am not one to leave reviews but I just had to say what an improvement this place has done with everything from my previous visit. I came with my kids this Friday night and everything was great. The froyo was delicious and the toppings selection was amazing. My kids especially loved the wide variety of candy and I loved how many different fruit options they have. The new girls working are a great change from the previous staff that always seemed to be so down and just plain rude. They were laughing and having a great time serving us. One of the girls even gave one of my kids who was crying a sweetfrog sticker which he loved and got him to calm down. Loved the enviornment and the froyo, this place will definitely be my family’s go-to whenever we are craving a sweet treat. Keep up the good work !

Froyo taste was great and the toppings were very fresh and in stock and delicious! Only the staff seemed really down and not motivated.

Fine with trial coupon, but still costly enough that we choose Sweet Firefly witb young ambitious staff who exceed expectations in busy times, which are most open hours.

Walked in at 9:29 (the website clearly says they close at 10pm on Wednesday) and these 2 employees (both girls) just watched me walk in and when I got to the cups, they told me they close at 9:30pm meanwhile there are other people inside still making their cups.

Visited here a while back since the nearest froyo shop closed last year, it was really delicous and good enviroment, i recommend this.
