This place is incredible. I ordered the triple creme caramel and red velvet cake. The coffee was delicious and hot. THANK YOU for serving hot coffee. I’m so tired of other coffee shops giving warm coffee that becomes cold in 10 minutes. The red velvet cake was delicious and a pretty big slice. A woman stopped me on my way to my car to ask me where I got it from, because it looked so good, and guess what - it was rich, moist and yummy! It also had chocolate in it! The lady working there was very nice and helpful as well - I’m assuming she was the owner. One of the best coffee shops I have been to. Although I took my food and coffee to go, it’s a very peaceful and quiet place. Lots of filled tables, I’m assuming from UTD students studying there and others just chatting. The location is a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Best coffee and tea place weve been to in a while. My wife LOVED their London Fog. My son loved their strawberry bliss. I had their creme caramel! So good!

I have a growler and a howler and get one of them filled weekly with their cold brew. The lattes are good too. The apple seasonal coffee that is so good right now and the French Vietnamese au Lait is my usual. The food is really good as well.

I love coming here! The owner and staff are so incredibly friendly. I always get the iced Vietnamese coffee. The biscuit with the raspberry jam is also a favorite. The atmosphere is nice for casual conversation and work/school as well. Super spacious patio with both sunny and shaded spots!

Fantastic upscale coffee, teas, and soft drinks shoppe disguised as an art studio indoors, with open courtyard seating out front.Staff is warm & welcoming, and very knowledgable on drinks and food inventory.Very nice restrooms ( Jack & Jill ) with Koala boards. Lobby has mixture of seating, good for all needs. Counter height laptop table with 10 seats, plenty of power ports, and raised divider down the middle.Courtyard has a shady side, and sunny side, with view of Indy 500 on the PGBT190 blurring by.Ginger Fizz this late afternoon was perfect. Earlier I had biscuits & gravy next door at Rooster Town Wafflery ( I must highly recommend! ) with cups of coffee. Ginger Fizz calmed it all down now.Mellow place here, Sweetwaters.

I got a double espresso this morning. It was really good! The staff was so helpful and nice! I loved the baristas green hair. She was so sweet! As you can see it is very clean and well laid out. The coffee shop is quiet this early in the morning so I got a lot of work done. The neighborhood was very welcoming and bright. I’ll be bringing friends here to grab a coffee before work! Very nice place in Richardson!

Sweetwater, an accurate name :(Friendly and cool staff on a Saturday. They got pup treats too!Plenty of seating inside and outside, tons of large windows and lighting.We got the imperial milk tea which was quite sad. Normally when I go somewhere, I expect a shabang and wow, filled with tea flavor and sugar. But it felt very watery, like something I can do 1st attempt at home since I am afraid to dump tons of sweetener.Their Viet coffee was okay, nothing Id personally order, but my friend got and I tried. Very bitter, but slightly off for some reason. If you like Cafe Du Monde, its kinda like that.Im on a mission to try more coffee shops, and this place is a great value so maybe someday ill try their regular iced latte, but thats way in the future.

Coffee is oKAY. It’s not the best and doesn’t taste exceptionally different from Starbucks but it’s not the worst either. The inside is pretty nice if it’s not too hectic, otherwise it’s impossible to get anything done.

This is my first time being here at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea and its nice place to come study. There is a good amount of outlets here. Music is played really quietly. If you do plan on studying here, in order to get the wifi password, you have to buy a drink. The drink I ended up ordering was the passionfruit iced tea and i didnt really like it. To me, it tasted like if childrens make up as a tea flavor...

Ive been going to this coffee shop for quite a while and didnt realize I never left a review. They have a great selection of drinks (both coffee and tea, hot or cold), and every one Ive tried has been amazing. The pastries they have are great too. You cant go wrong with this place. Its definitely my favorite coffee shop off all time.

Owner is really nice she gave good advice for teas. The owner was really respectful and upon asking questions for my college project she really opened my mind into her business and how hard she works for it. The inside of her franchise felt cozy and the art work on the wall caught my eye. The tea she recommended was really good, and relaxing and her recommendation of sugar was really a good recommendation for the tea. I did not get the owners name but thank you! I hope your business keeps growing and I wish you nothing but the best with your business. Keep that positive attitude that keeps us customers happy.

They are ok, nice dining room with decent coffee and way better tea than Starbucks. They have a very nice looking selection of desserts, which I didnt try because I dont eat that kind of stuff. I still prefer my favorite local place, and this is a chain, but better than Starbucks, IMHO.

Clean, trendy, and friendly. Stopped in to hang out with my daughter who was doing some office work on the WiFi. I ordered an Americano and my wife ordered a decaf cappuccino. The barrista recommended a different bean for my Americano saying it was better for 50 cents more. To my wife she recommended a shot of vanilla for an upcharge. I got the sense this was the owner looking to increase her sales for the evening which is understandable but a little annoying when you know what you want. She told me the costlier bean for the Americano would taste better. I wondered why would you not have a good bean for your espresso drinks as standard. My wife suspected her drink was not actually decaf because now shes still wired 6 hours later.

Beautiful place with a nice menu but the staff isn’t friendly . I loved the place. There were two staff one of them was rude giving us instructions all the time of what to do and what not to do inside the cafe !!!! And she justified her weird action that this is because of current circumstances!!

Nice big cafe area for students or remote workers. Large selection of pastries and treats but I didn’t see any gluten free options, unfortunately. They carry these non-dairy milk options: almond, soy and oat milk. Fun names for coffee selection!

Cute little coffee and tea shop. They have a nice selection of coffee and teas. They make their own cold brew in house. Its delicious. I ordered a dirty cold brew. (Cold brew with a shot and a little cream) its was strong and delicious. I also ordered a breakfast biscuit. It was fresh and tasty. Id recommend this shop to any coffee or tea lover and will be back.

The staff have consistently demonstrated thoughtfulness for their clientele and knowledgeable of their products. Lots of space to spread out and comfortably enjoy a beverage.On the note of beverages, I asked for a drink Id never tried before and the barista asked if Id ever tried it and described its flavor notes for me. I LOVE this. I enjoyed the drink more because they took the time to let me know what to expect from the flavors and such.I appreciate that they take the safety and comfort of each of their guests into consideration.

Good hangout. I had the Vietnamese latte and a brownie, which were both good. Helpful staff that dont bother you when you dont need them. I was in east Richardson, but felt like I was in Denton. The hot drinks are fine, by the way, but Sweetwaters specialty is cold brew.

This is my favorite coffee/Tea Shop! I love to come here for coffee and work on my laptop. They even offer games and activities for my daughter!

We ordered delivery from here for the first time today. I ordered the spinach and feta pretzel. I knew it was either going to be a hit or miss. It was a huge hit!! Soo delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate was incredible. As was the bagel and biscuit sandwich. Our pup was even happy with our breakfast decision! We will definitely be back!!...Edit: we liked it so much we ordered again today, the very next day.The employees went above and beyond to take care of us and the food and drinks were just as good as the first time. Definitely our new favorite coffee place!! We hands down recommend this place!

To the owner: Your coffee is great but your people skills are not. Most of the time this is a direct reflection of your inner self. Although, I came in without a mask asking for mercy, because I had forgotten mine, you were passive aggressive with me. You did not let me finish my sentences trying to explain if I could just get a mask I would wear one. Even after a customer was kind enough to let me have one of their mask, you still tried to make it a point that “you were in control” when in reality you had no control over your emotions. In my opinion, you could have handled the situation a lot better. And when you offered to take my order outside and let me sit outside in the freezing cold that was an extreme low blow. I’m grateful I got to drink a cup coffee tonight and I send love your way. Eckart Tollé is a great author, as well as Bop Proctor. There are many more if you need any other personal development books to start with.

A bit pricey for drinks of all sizes as compared to other coffee places. Location is a nice one, just off the side of the George Bush before Jupiter.The place itself is spacious and nicely decorated. Light are abundant since there are lot of windows but the chairs are not comfy for studying or sitting at all!

I work across the street and love walking over to this shop a couple times a week with coworkers to grab a drink. The staff is always inviting and coffee/drinks are always tasty.

Sandwiches are delicious but ft. Or the price they are a little small. Very popular place, however, so be prepared to wait in line for a little while

Really cozy coffe shop, with modern but classy layout and decorations. Their coffe pecan cake was amazing and has various hot and cold beverages to choose from. Service was excellent, and staff keeps everything very clean, they immediately came to our table and pick up our used plates/bottles. Will be going back to try more of their products!

Shared cofee and some cheese cake with my (80+ yr old) mom there this afternoon, and the morning mix coffee was delicious.... Cheese cake not bad either! I will be returning.

Love this new Richardson gem for coffee, snacks and get-togethers! I tried the cold brew and it is delicious. They have a varied and delectable looking selection of breakfast pastries and desserts, so a great after dinner spot to satisfy a sweet craving. Its a wonderful space - very inviting and a great option for meetings too. Janella (sp? ;) and her professional, courteous staff are off to a great start, so definitely check out Sweetwaters!

I think the coffee is solid. We actually had the espresso drinks and tasted the cold brew. Both had great flavor and depth. Looking forward to returning.

TLDR: clean cafe, good atmosphere, wide selection of food, good coffeeWalking into the cafe, I am greeted by the pleasant aroma of freshly brewed bean juice. As I glance over my shoulder to the left, I admire the minimalist art and ponder it for a minute. After a while, I continue on to the front register where I spot enthusiastic, polite employees. I can tell they love their work, and they want to be there. They arent preoccupied, and the customer is king- as it should be. My order goes smoothly. The lady at the register took her time to understand my order perfectly, but she did NOT take her time making my drink. This starkly contrasts a certain other coffee shop, *cough* *uh, Starbucks* *cough*, in the speed of service and friendliness. Youre not just an order number here- youre family. ANYWAYS, after receiving my coffee (with a free smile from a barista with blonde hair) I pressed the lid to my lips. Little did I know that in the next few moments, my life would be changed forever. The coffee hit my taste buds. Oh. My. God. was the only thought that entered my gray matter. This was the greatest coffee I had tasted in my entire life. I felt unworthy. In my hand I held the chalice from which poured the nectar of the gods. Wow. That was some damn good coffee. I was starstruck. Colors seemed to be brighter, the sun was warmer, and the stress and toils of my life seemed to melt. I was honestly angry because I could never have any other coffee again. It. Was. Too. Good.I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone who doesnt want to get hooked. Seriously. Once you hop on the merry-go-round, you can never get off.
