They have nice variety of drinks. There is option to replace caffeine with sparkling water, and that made the drink even more tasty. Tried that option with the citrus blast and was amazed! The area is also very simple and cute.Would definitely try it another time! ❤️

Many people are familiar with bubble tea, which is usually a iced, milk based, tea beverage that has chewy tapioca boba. The boba usually doesnt have much flavor, but the texture is nice. If you havent ever had boba, then give it a try. They also have grass jelly, which is not grass flavored, I promise. Its like a soft and neutral sort of flavor. The texture is wonderful and gives some excitement to your tea. Everything Ive tried is great, but the taro milk tea is my favorite. Its almost like fruity pebbles and milk flavored. This is my favorite bubble tea place. Go try it!

I come here for the fruit teas, so this is what I base my review on. Much of the appeal of the teas had to do just as much as how they looked as much as how they taste. I dont get that anymore. I used to get fruit teas that were appealing to the eyes in which large slices of fruit could be seen. Now it just looks like any other tea shop with some pulp mixed in...

Please train your employee to not fool around with friends while working. Its unprofessional. We visited around 6pm this week, a white cashier was there chatting with his friends and didnt realize the drink was ready. When he finally realized he used a tone that was almost joking and started laughing with his friends. In addition, he was the only staff not wearing mask. Also, that group of friends was blocking the counter the whole time (they weren’t ordering) when more people came in but couldn’t order, he didn’t ask them to step aside.

Best milk-foam tea in DFW area. Their cup sizes are bigger than other drink places but the price is actually cheaper! Their sea-salt foam is amazing and so is there matcha milkfoam! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. They personally bring you the drink to your seats :) I just wish it wasnt all the way out in Richardson 😢

I come here with my sister about 4 times a month if not more. We love the tea here. Not to sweet but not bitter. The fruit infused teas are the best. The must try is the citrus tea with Orange and lemon and lime. The cow cake is also an amazing snack that wont be overly sweet with the tea.

Feng Cha is really great! Really great teas, really great customer service! I love that I can make a milk tea out if any of the bagged teas that they have. I love getting the rose milk tea with the lychee jelly. Their taro milk tea is also really delicious. Even though they use a powder to make it, it doesnt taste like a powered drink that I could make at home like other places do.

If one of my friends didnt tell me about this place I probably wouldnt have found this for another couple of months. Im so glad Im addicted now! Their drinks arent overly sweet and its clear they put their time and effort into making teas with fresh ingredients. The boba are nice and chewy, not overly sweet too.The place is a bit hidden away in the back of a (surprisingly) serine plaza. You may have to park in the back, but its only a short walk around the building to the main door. I love the decor in this place. Its simple yet elegant, and the high ceilings with the hanging lights help create a warm and welcoming aura.Definitely check this place out if you have the chance. If youve been getting less than 100% sugar at other places, youll definitely wont have to worry about getting less here.

I always enjoy coming here to snag some tea and sweets!Every employee I saw wore a mask and gloves, and they even had tape marking where people could stand to be socially distant. I really liked that! The guy that took my order was nice, but the service was just average. Its hard to go all out when giving someone tea.I ordered a Large Black Tea with Cheese Foam, and the cheese foam is always my go-to. Its so sweet and it reminds me of cream cheese, so it gives any drink a cheesecake type vibe. I really like the slight bitterness of the black tea along with a tiny bit of sugar and then the added cheese foam. Mixed together, its the perfect balance of flavors! I also really like their taro milk tea, but I didn’t get it this past time I visited.I always enjoy coming back, and hopefully soon I can try their boba cakes when they’re not out. It feels as if they’re always sold out. If there’s a high demand, a business should always order more to compensate.

I had the jasmine green tea with taro milk foam and boba, and it was delicious. The employees were very helpful, offering pairing suggestions and samples. The space was gorgeous; definitely a place I’d want to spend time.

Saw this place while pulling in for lunch at Shadys and knew I had to try it out. This place is a hidden gem. The staff was friendly and the drink speaks for itself. The smooth finish on the cup and the branded plastic top are all modern touches that make the experience even better. The bubbles are the perfect texture and the ratio between bubbles and tea is spot on (you arent left with a ton of bubbles after the tea is gone).

Excellent new milk and fruit tea place near UTD. Great location and spacious interior.Ordered the lemon black tea and was very fresh and came in a huge cup. All of their fruit drinks are naturally sweetened without syrup with the exception of the Apple tea.They offer 8 different choices of teas to use for their milk teas and they have samples of each to smell, which is very cool. We got the Jasmine green tea with the matcha milk foam and boba. Overall, flavor was very fresh and creamy without being overly sweet. They are still new but apparently will have a bakery later so looking forward to that. Def top notch and will be back!

Just moved to the area and this place is right around the corner where I live. Came in and got the Classic Boba Milk tea (4.25) and the Mango Au Lait (4.50$). The drinks came out fast and it looked great. I love how they design their cup to be very sturdy and possibly reusable. The decor inside also looked great with adorable stuff animals laying around. With that said, the issue for me here are the drink themselves. The tea that they use to make the classic boba milk tea where not very good. I mean it is probably the easiest thing to make and they didn’t get it right. The Mango au lait was way too sweet and just wasn’t that good. So sad. Also, I am curious about the way they make their cup. When you order a large, you get this tall and long cup that made it looked like you are getting a lot but I’m pretty sure that you are being played. Just something to think about.

They made the drink extremely slowly. I waited for 40 minutes for my two drinks, and I had to ask why it took so long so they finally started working on one of my drinks. There were only about 2 to 3 groups in front of me and fewer than 10 drinks that they had to make for them with about 5 bartenders. The bartender was apparently not sorry and kept on their slow work. The drink they made taste differently (worse) from the drink made from another store in Carrollton. I would definitely recommend skipping this store. Go to another store in Carrollton if you are into Feng Cha.

This Feng Cha used to be my milk tea go-to place, as a loyal customer been supporting since they opened, I left a 5-star review previously. There are quite few milk tea store in my area, but I would drive 25min to here to get one drink.But now the drink quality and service just went down so much. Tea flavor is not rich. breeze drinks taste watery, for example, purple reign tastes very little grape flavor, not much yogurt. No cocoa powder anymore on Dirty boba. I feel they are cutting down the ingredients portion compare to before. The lady who takes order is impatient every time I was there. Later on I found out the owner has changed and that explains everything. Sadly, I have to go to other Feng Cha locations or other places

7 months ago -- 3 StarsI usually heavily recommend this place as I love the drinks. However my past two purchases haven’t been properly fulfilled. I ordered 10 drinks last time and got 9 instead. This time the large matcha drink I ordered could have been filled more( was missing a 1/4 -1/6 liquid) and the outside of the cup was dirty from the boba syrup.Edit: Was a three star review for said occurrences but I changed it to a 5 since overall I love this business and they offered to fix it right away however I did not see it until now. Love this place and my favorite go to for boba, especially the fruit teas.

We ordered 4 drinks. Definitely very good quality and the price is right, however we thought the ginger milk tea didnt have as strong a ginger flavor as we would have liked. We appreciate that they used real ginger as opposed to syrup though. We will return.

Heard it is a popular Chinese Franchising milk tea shop, so we made a special trip just to try their tea. Drink was just okay. Not very flavorful, cant really taste the tea ingredient.I ordered their most popular and pretty drink called bursting dragon fruit tea, it looked really pretty, but disappointing, I almost didnt taste any ingredient that they listed on the drink. I also ordered a classic milk tea with Boba just to try out the flavor, but the milk is very light, I like my milk tea very intensive and rich, it didnt deliver the expectations I had about it.Even though the drinks are bit disappointing, but the service is excellent, after I told me I didnt like the flavor, the manager came immediately and apologized and consulted with me what else I would like to try after I indicate the unsatisfying experience. I really appreciate they value their customers and willing to work things out with me. Just for that i would come back and give it another try.Feng Cha does have nice ambience, it is also pretty spacious, great place to do some computer work or just for friends to hang out.Hope I will get a chance to try their other items next time.

I genuinely love the place. I do. I can’t get over the fact that yesterday I was told they ran out of strawberry castles and to come back today on a Monday. Suspicious, I asked the manager if they had enough to make strawberry castles, and he told me they still had enough. Seeing as how I am a new customer as well, I thought they were open today and came by and found out that the store was closed! I should have checked first, but the fact that the employee working the cashier lied to me is completely unacceptable.

Amazing place to study, great drink and nice ambiance. The sitting arrangement is comfy and stuffs are very courteous. We love their Mango Au Lait drink, a light drink thats a must try. They have plenty of board games options, great for group hangout! 100% recommending this place!!!

The taste is good. but the price is high. in China there are many tea house selling milk tea or bubble tea. the taste is average in China, i mean if its open in China, it wont survive the competition with its price and taste. but here is the US its quite easy to survive. good luck.

This is an awesome shop! Im a bit of a boba/tea/etc. newbie so I had lots of questions while ordering, which the cashier answered patiently. I was telling my friend about needing caffeine and then ordered something that was decaf without realizing, so she explained to me and offered to add green tea if I needed some caffeine. And when she handed me my drink she said if you dont like it, let me know and I can make you something else which was really sweet! The drink was amazing so I didnt even need to take her up on it. Very relaxed atmosphere, good selection of games, quality drinks, and fantastic customer service.

My gf and my favorite teahouse! We love the foam milk teas and their different desserts. We enjoyed going before COVID-19 while running errands as a fun addition to our day. Now we have a once a week limit because going to Feng Cha was becoming a bad habit 😅

One of the better boba shops Ive been to. Highly suggest getting any of their milk foams, the tea is flavorful and the boba is consistently good. Also they have good prices and a student discount! However, Id avoid their cakes.

Favorite tea house by far. My favorite is the cheese milk foam with peach oolong tea. The milk foam is amazing and really makes these products stand out. I also love trying the different food items they put out. My favorite so far has been the chocolate croissant, which was both delicious and the presentation on the fancy plate was impressive. Just came in for their soft opening. The employees were very nice and tentative. Gave us a whole walk through of their teas (even though they were about to close). The fruit teas are very refreshing! They use real tea with fresh fruit unlike the typical boba places that usually use powder mixes. I love the atmosphere and the simple decor so far. They plan on having more events in the future so Im excited to come back and try everything else on the menu!
