I dont care what anybody says, car buying is stressful and overwhelming. You got to do your research on the cars and then read up on the dealership, read their reviews. It takes time and work. So after weeks of putting in the work, I feel so thankful and appreciative coming across Younker Nissan. I mean I called and texted several times, and if they didnt know the answer, they would go find the answer. They didnt just tell you what you wanted to hear and blow the question off. They figured it out and were honest and up front. Which says a lot about their character.We were in contact with Joy, who then introduced us to Andy our salesmen. Let me tell you, we couldnt have been paired with a more patient and understanding individual. Shout out to Demetrius at Younker. He made the impossible possible when he and the finance team was able to get my mother-in-law financed for a used car. Listen, selling used cars is a tough business and I wasn’t necessarily the easiest customer. But through it all Demetrius always kept his composure and with a great attitude. He was absolutely committed to making a fair deal and relentless in making it happening. On a side note it’s nice to see the tradition of a small family owned dealership carrying on as they’ve grown over the decades. Large dealership with a small family owned business mindset.

I took my car in for an oil change and they mentioned that I may need to get new brakes the last time I was in. However, after further inspection, they let me know that I can wait a little longer. This was delightfully unexpected behavior because car mechanics are known for trying to get more from people. I appreciate that Younker has the customers best interest in mind. Makes me trust them fully!

Update:They never notified us about tabs. Our paper plate expired three weeks ago. I had to pursue them so that they could connect us with the license plates.Have sadly had mechanical issues come up. They fixed it once, but different problems keep arising. Definitely shows that they were all about money and adding a tally to their name for most cars sold than actual quality of service. Sucks.Would have given 5 stars (gave 4)Just got a car from here today, yay! Amazing car and easy financing.Friendliness of staff is above and beyond. I had car seats to juggle around and the car salesman was very nice and helpful when transporting. My husband had to step out and they allowed him to sign on the road and bring back paperwork when completing task. By far, my smoothest and easier purchase of a car. I left feeling very content about my purchase.BUT. Once money was handed over, it was on to the next customer. What was very disappointing was that no one thanked us for the sale or even congratulated us on the purchase of a new car. Maybe Im old school, but you at least congratulate someone when they get a new car or are at their peak of joy, especially when they just bought it from you.

Considering it was our first oil change and tire rotation, the work has met my expectations. Dealership was clean and quiet. Waiting area was clean and organized. Other than that we enjoyed our wait. We were greeted and introduced to our salesman, James right away. He asked questions to find out what was best suited for us, and did everything within his abilities to meet any requests we made. The WHOLE process from finding the vehicle that fit us, to financing, to driving off the lot was stress free and quick. Everyone is always friendly and very informative. When I received my vehicle back after service. My break controller was left hanging not put back together. The plastic piece covering the wires in my engine bay was also left unattended. Worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I was also quoted the total amount including taxes and service fees over the phone and agreed but upon picking up my vehicle it went up $100 more dollars that I did not agree too. They dont wash or spot vacuum your vehicle for customers. May I suggest if a customer is paying $500 + you might want to offer a complimentary wash at least. I do not recommend this specific dealership to anyone as a vehicle service option.

I waited a few months to rate my experience just do be sure it wasn’t too good to be true. I have people in my life that are very experienced with buying cars and how it works with sales people and I can’t explain how AMAZING our experience was with Dimitrus. He is such a great person! We didn’t felt pressured or overwhelmed at all and we spent more than 6 hours trying to get the perfect cars for our family! We are both in love with our SUV’s and we owe that to Dimitrus. Everything was smooth and he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions without leaving any confusions. The appointment ran 30 minutes late. Not a big deal normally, but when you have used your 1 hour lunch break waiting there and it goes over an extra 30 minutes. Then it becomes a big deal. We all have jobs and stuff happens. But talk with people and let them know if you are running late. When you are late, then I am late and who I help are now late, and so in and so on.....

I was there for my appointment at 11am and i showed up 10mins before 11am. I was told that my oil change would take 1.5-2hrs due to short staff which is understandable. I was sitting in the waiting area. I started talking to another customer whose appointment was 1130am. We just talked about how it was short staffed everywhere. At 1230, her car was ready but mine was not. I was very concerned because i was there before her. She told me that i had to keep asking them because thats what she did. I was quite disappointed. I got up and went to talk to one of the service specialists (the check-in person). He kept checking multiple things and finally found out that my car was ready and the paperwork was in a pile on another check-in person’s working station. If i didnt ask, i dont know how long i had to wait. It was disappointing to get my car after someone who got there after me.

It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. Tom Thoensen was the sales person who helped me. I should say its a completely different car buying experience compared to what i experienced with other dealers. They showed me different cars in different price ranges, tried to understand what my price range and car preference will be and worked with me to find me the best car in my comfort range, got me the best loan rate. Signing process was very clean, all options put in front of me and left alone to read, take decision and sign without anyone pressuring me. Love the experience and will definitely recommend all my friends to go to Younker for Nissan/Mitsubishi or used cars first. I only had to work with Tom Thoensen for the entire process which was great.

Car buying experience as it should be. Very straightforward. I wasnt quoted an Internet price and then crammed for unwanted dealer adds. I got a straight up quote for out-the-door price. That is exactly what I paid. Shout out to Alyssa Tlusty for the patience with which she provided quotes on almost every Leaf on the lot as I went through various trims levels and packages. Alyssa stayed late well past closing time, got the car rewashed - stubborn bird poo, charged it up fully, and delivered it to us. Earlier, she had two Leafs ready and waiting for us to test drive and choose from. Great attention to detail. Thanks Alyssa!

I bought what I thought was my dream car except after the first 400 miles it started stalling whenever I took it out. After 700 miles I took it to a shop which repaired my vehicle for $1076.63 and all this started within 30 days of purchase. I asked the sales manager about my $11,000 purchase and he said that I didnt pay the $3,000 extra for an extended warranty and I bought the car AS-IS so he wasnt responsible for my new used car not running. My car only had 38,000 miles on it and I wasnt prepared for it not running good even 1 month after purchase without major repair. My suggestion to any used car purchase is to take it to a mechanic and have the cars computer hooked up for analyses prior to buying and require Younkers to do repairs prior to purchase or deduct the price of required repairs from your purchase price and take the car to a reliable mechanic that you trust. My car I use to drive my 94 year old dad and 79 year old stage four cancer significant other so it has to be reliable and now it is but I would not have paid so much if I had seen the cost of repair to return to working order for my Verano. It is my dream car now but dont trust this dealership to do even one more thing after the sale except send you, your new license plate. I now have 750 miles on my car and it runs good now and even starts when I park it at the store, what a relief.I need to mention after 8 months of driving this car and 2500 miles on it that I am happy with its reliability after repair, but wish the dealership had reimbursed me for the cost of repair since it happened within 30 days of purchase and within 400 driving miles. I am very happy with the Car today and plan to keep it now. TY

UPDATE: after reading other reviews, I would like to add that I agree the service staff is not very friendly.I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH IN YOUNKER NISSANWent in for a safety check and it was suggested I need new tires and bearings. Replaced those and the steering column isnt centered.Took it back in, found a new problem: bad tie rod . Fixed that. Still crooked.Took it back, they told me it was fine when they drove it on the flat parking lot so I insisted they drive it on the highway and uneven surface streets. THEN they found the new problem: worn controller arms that can get offset in less-than-ideal driving conditions.Fixed that. Still crooked....No matter how clear I make it that I DO NOT WANT TO COME BACK....they seem to never find all the issues that contribute to my steering differential problemAnd I am STILL having issues.I have RETURNED FOUR TIMES for necessary repairs, and spent more than $1500.I do not care how much the repairs cost -- if they are necessary -- after all, I drove this car across 10 states last year alone. And I drive alot for work. So I would expect accelerated wear and tear, etcBut it would be nice if the technicians would identify ALL of the problems and fix them in the same appointment (or schedule another one because the repairs will take longer) because I dont have the time to keep coming back in just to be told there is no problem.DO NOT do business with Younker NissanAt this point they are either lying to me about my car so ill keep buying unecessary repairs OR they dont know how to assess a vehicle.

Derrick Albrecht checked me in for issues with my CVT Transmission in my Nissan Rogue. He advised it may need a whole new transmission after I assumed it needed to just be serviced. He advised it will most likely go out very soon and he was correct. The cost to fix this was over what I could afford, he gave me great advise and took care of both my car and worries. He advised I look into my Warranty with the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from, which let me to calling Nissans Corporate Office to look into their Extended Powertrain Warranty on CVT Transmissions. Nissan contacted me within 24 hours advising they will cover my repairs. This resolution and precise diagnostics were all due to Derrick and his teams diligent work. If it werent for them I would have probably been broke down on i5 somewhere. Thank you Younker Nissan!

Mike told me my service would take half a day so I had to schedule that during a work day and have a friend drop me off. However, when I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be about 2 hours. Edit: Younker took the trunk in a third time to repair the leak. It rained last night and it doesnt appear to be leaking currently. However, I am still left with a soured experience. The staff were polite enough. They seem to have gotten the problem resolved for now.Be warned.Bought a truck from them in summer. Everything was fine. The first time it rained, it was discovered there was a leak in the window.Took it in, they said the rear window needed to be replaced, but instead they just resealed it. The leak underneath the upholstery still persisted.Took it in again, they replaced and resealed the rear window. The leak still persists to this day.I am moderately satisfied with this dealership and their customer service, and service department.

Came in, mid afternoon on a Monday to get my plates installed on my new 2020 Murano. Plates installed immediately. Asked if they could wash my car too. I was told it’s not a service they provide when picking up plates, plus wash service was backed up 5 cars deep. Told to come back early on a weekend. They openly admitted they could have gotten us a better rate but already fired the paperwork (after we told them not to) so it was too late. I had issues with setting up an appointment online but I sent you an email and the rep fixed my email and set up the appointment for me. When I came in I was told that it would take approx 45-60 min for an oil change and I dont think it took 45 min. I was pleasantly surprised. Called in and notified Andy (Manager) and shortly after I received a call from Kristian to notify me that the car was dead in the water!At that point and time I’m thinking, great what do we do now. I had an issue with my 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo not starting at times. I noticed my brake lights did not light when I pushed the brake pedal. I managed to get the car to start and drove directly to the dealership. Alexa Jackson in the Service Department assisted me. We couldnt duplicate it at that moment however Alexa wrote down everything I said and scheduled for a technician to evaluate. She put me in a loaner and I was on way. They found the problem and replaced the brake relay switch later that afternoon. Alexa called me to inform me of the repair and my car being ready for me to pick up. I returned the loaner the next morning and picked up my car, repaired and cleaned. YEA to Younker Nissan and the staff.

Andy and Mike were great! Made the process as painless as possible and worked quickly. Worked with Andy before I arrived so was able to test drive right away and were able to get me in the car with everything I wanted. Didn’t make pushy sales attempts and clearly explained all my add-on options during the process. Really appreciate the experience at Younkers!

Zero star if I could. Just horrible service, girl in the service department kept on saying shell call back but nothing. Finally heard what was wrong with my car 3 days later with $175 diagnostic fee whatever, that I need a new transmission roughly 5k, shall we order the parts? Hello? Did this so called diagnostic whatever you guys do for $175 covers all sorts of checking??? Fluids? Belts? Etc. Disappointed.
