Best car purchasing experience ever. Jason Liu made it extremely easy to get all the paperwork completed through email and over the phone so I avoided spending countless hours at the dealership. Purchased a 2021 Yukon Denali and unfortunately there wasn’t one in stock, but Jason set up a test drive with a similar vehicle. I’ve had my vehicles serviced at Brotherton Cadillac GMC over the years and the service department has always been top notch, but I’ll have to give credit to Jason and his team for going above and beyond. Customer for life!

Let me just say I will definitely be car shopping at Brotherton from now on. They took my Nissan Pathfinder which had a pretty decent amount of negative equity, combined with my credit not being so great, and got me into a really great SUV that is a total upgrade inside! I was working with Ben He 100% put in so much effort and really did listen to exactly what I wanted and what I need.Ben did not try to steer me towards other vehicles simply because they were cheaper or try to put me into something that I can’t afford. In the market for a new Yukon, and first tried a different dealership with a terrible experience, then went to Brotherton. Wineska and Nate were excellent!!! Wineska went above and beyond throughout the whole process of buying buying car, which took a few days to find the right one and make the modifications to it I wanted, and Nate got me a smoking deal on the financing and trade in! I am so excited to finally have my new Yukon, and would definitely recommend working with them!

Car spent 60 days in the shop waiting for a part needed for the repair. For the first 30 days no loaner vehicle was provided. Communication about the status of the vehicle was non-existent (only when I called to express frustration about going weeks without hearing anything). Finally did get it back after two months. The repair does seem to have been done well, just disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of having a loaner provided that first month.

Jason did an amazing job helping us find our next family truck. Salesman are notorious for being sly, but Jason was the opposite. He made sure we went home with the best (and safest) vehicle that would last us a long time. He didnt push or pry, and new EVERYTHING about the vehicles we were interested in. He also gave a thorough walk through of all the gadgets inside. From the moment I called ahead to inquire, to the final send-off as we pulled out of the lot in our new ride, he was nothing but great. Id say wed use him to buy all our cars from now on, but I believe he already sold us our forever truck. For now, Ill make sure to rant and rave to everyone I can. Brotherton employees do their best to make sure that you are getting what you want. There was never a moment I felt that they were just trying to sell me a car. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and it was just a great all around experience. I told them when I went it I did not want a run around and back and forth with sales. I left my car overnight and just needed the battery changed and a headlight changed- i left on the envelope to call me the next morning with an estimate before they did the work and to tell them to use the bulb I already purchased.. I waited all morning until 11:30 and called. When i got through to someone he told me they changed the battery and bulb and topped off the air conditioner for the tune of 450 dollars. He told me i needed about 3000 of other wotk done. I called jiffy lube and they said they could do the same work for 1200 dollars. I picked up my car (they ran my card once and said it was declined- later getting notice the tried to charge 13000 dollars)and drove to jiffy lube- my friend who i was following said the headlight wasnt working- they had never chsnged it. Jiffy lube did the work in one day and changed the headlight for free. Ive been trying to get a refund from Brotherton Dealership ever since with no luck.

I would give 1 star but our actual buying process was pretty great. Thats not what this review is for. Its for everything Cadillac stands for after that day. We have had our brand new 2021 Cadillac for 10 months now. We took it in for the 1st freebie appt to check everything out and get an oil change. At this time, our SD card was glitching, cameras are constantly going black, the cell phone charging pad hasnt worked since day 1 and we have no idea why. We called to make the appt and no one was helpful. No one knew what they were doing and this was just the initial call. It all went downhill from there. Once my fiance brought it in for the routine checkup they didnt do all of the work requested. He had to sit around for HOURS AND HOURS (like all day) without a loaner car and with our brand new baby with him. he was left walking the parking lot in the rain and stranded at the dealership. Thats absurd!! And didnt even get the car completely finished by the time my fiance said enough is enough and he had to leave. They didnt detail the car, wash the car or finish all the check list. So thats our experience. I bought a luxury car because I thought that came with luxury aftercare and luxury costumer service. This was far from and I am getting rid of this car asap or going to lynnwood cadillac in the future. I heard its a much different experience up there.

We bought our car from Brotherton and Kierra helped us out. Kierra made sure that every step of our purchase was taken care of. We asked Kierra for the history of the car and she gave it to us, she’s different from other sellers, she was very honest and showed us everything we needed to know. Even though there was an accudent on the car history, Kierra still show it to us. Most sellers won’t even share it if the history have an accident.It was a very smooth process and we’re so happy with our purchase. We’ve been car shopping for a week and every seller we met was super aggressive but Kierra was so calm and very easy to work with. Brotherton cheated us and used Covid-19 to do so. They claimed that because they cared about our safety they were now using digital signatures and then had a plastic screen between us so that we could not actually see what wed signed digitally. Then they put the paper copy of the agreement in a envelop and sealed it and only handed it over when we were leaving. What they were actually doing was hiding an extra $500 charge for a theft detection sticker and then to hide additional unwarranted fees in both the licensing fees and administrative fees. We called them immediately the next day to get our money back and are still waiting. Both Grant and Keith assured us the money would be returned but 2 months later we havent gotten anything, despite repeated calls to them.

The Brotherton team, Corey/Keith/Kim were great to work with. They worked hard to earn our business and delivered on the overall experience. Sometimes finding and buying the right car is hard. They made it very easy all the way though and were committed to get the deal done. Such a great experience! My husband and I just purchased a car from Brotherton and traded in our older vehicle. We saw the car online ahead of time and called to see if it was still available. They pulled it up front for us and told us the keys would be at the desk waiting for us to come in and give it a test drive. Keith and Corey were so personable and professional. I was in the market for a used luxury SUV and my family had a great experience here working with Patrick in sales and Kelly in finance. Patrick was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was honest and straight forward. We chatted for a day before we went into the store and when we got there it was smooth sailing. All in all we were at the dealership for about 90 minutes. Kelly was easy to work with and showed us all warranty options available to us. It was a no pressure situation and highly appreciated. This was the most no nonsense car buying experience our family has ever had. I highly recommend working with them both. Great overall experience. I dropped my new car off for a few details that needed attention after purchasing it last week (Its my third car I have purchased from Brotherton). I felt the need to write this review, even though I have had exceptional service every time, because they have continued to amaze me. I was expecting to be there for at least 45 minutes to drop off my car and get the loaner that was promised and instead I was in and out in 15 min. Ive now been so spoiled I cant go anywhere else.

This dealer is top notch and I recommend them to anyone. I have bought two brand new cars from them in the last 5 years.

The sales person was easy to work with. The turn the experience took when the paper work started was a complete turn around. Two people harass you to buy an expensive extended warranty . What they do not tell you is you have to take the car to Brotherton or you will have $500 deductible. I am visually impaired and struggle reading. So I obviously missed this fact.Then the car I bought had a plague that said it was certified where the license plates go both front and back. Now three months later I find out at another dealership that the vehicle is not certified. High pressure and false advertising completed my experience with Brotherton.

Staff was helpful and responsive. I prefer dealing with the ladies, they seem to be more responsive to me as a fellow lady who loves Cadillacs. Answered my questions and concerns. This was my first free oil change after purchasing my vehicle. Love the service area and lobby. Was able to plug in my laptop and work until my car was done. Car was washed and ready in no time. These guys have a 2013 Xterra with low miles, about 50k on it, was interested but they have it priced at 20K. The KBB is 15K tops, in the best condition and with low miles, look for yourself. These guys wouldnt budge, basically ran away when I asked them about the maintenance on the vehicle.. was a complete joke and waste of time. How and why they think they can get 20k for an 8 year old vehicle worth 12-15 k and without the timing chain and transmission work being done/ verified is beyond me. I guess they are just selling to old ladies that know nothing about cars? Total waste of time.
