I got great service from Gebron! Friendly and willing to let me take my time and do what I needed to be comfortable with my purchase. Great deals here, my only advise to a future customer is to ask a lot of questions, go through the vehicle history, and test everything in the car before you buy; just because some of them were a little more on the used side than others, and this will prevent any surprises. But Gebron was very honest and helpful and answered all of my questions truthfully. Car still running great a few weeks later, no complaints at all, WOULD RECOMMEND! Thanks G! :)

Such a breath of fresh air after visiting large dealership lots. Support a small Pop and Son business. I never felt pressured while on the lot or in the office. G had the car I was coming to look at pulled out and ready for me to check out. He seemed knowledgeable about the car and was willing to pull up the CarFax report after a quick test drive. For all those people out there shopping for a car, know what you are looking for. If its on this lot, you should get it here. By far one the best experiences I have had when shopping for anything of value.

I have had bad luck with car dealerships in the past, it has really discouraged me. Let me just say this dealership isn’t one of them! They are 10 out of 10 in my book. Very kind, not pushy for sales, listened to my needs and wants. Great with fixing vehicles, communication is wonderful with them! I Now have my second car through them so I highly recommend!! I came in looking for a car, had to walk in and bug guy at computer to ask a few questions. I said I had about 10 k to spend and I live right up the road. He asked if I had cash or credit, I said it COULD be either... he seemed very busy and unwilling to help. He seemed to not take me seriously so I walked around the lot alone and he went back to his computer. I STILL need a car! And keep checking the inventory at this lot since its so close but really dont look forward to going there again if I see something I like. Also close at 5pm on sat? and completely closed Sunday??? : (

Worst Place EVER to buy a car, and I am only writing this review for the sake of others and I can probably bet money that their good reviews are made by them. I bought a car from them in October. My first car Ive ever gotten at a dealership and I guess I could have brought somebody in to help me, but I didnt. They sell pretty cars but they are dumb pieces of crap. they told me their cars are checked at a 120%. anyways long story short, they told me all the car needed was a catalytic converter, they were going to send me the part, took them 3 months to send the part. Come to find out, it WONT fit on my car, even though its a universal one, it wont fit because my 2004 Saab requires a DIRECT fit one. When I called to tell them that I needed a direct fit one, that they sent me the WRONG one, he said we told you we would order you one, so we did. theres nothing we can do for you. Not only this, but the car was in an ACCIDENT that he didnt tell me about, and the driver side tie rod was so badly damaged that when I took it to a shop they were surprised I was still able to drive on it, also there were MAJOR oil leaks. I can go on, just dont buy from these guys. They arent worth your time or money!!!!!

Gerban was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, offered the carfax before I could ask, offered to trade in my beater, and offered to help find financing. The car was in great shape, well cared for, and he offered to help upgrade the tires at cost.After the purchase, I moved to another state and he emailed a copy of my Bill of Sales, and helped track down a state DMV license plate issue. All of this way above and beyond what I would expect from a small lot.Seriously, before I ever buy another car Im swinging by Highland Auto. Best car buying experience before, during and after the transaction.

Got a car here with clean title, but after inspection find out that the car was repaired and repainted. Not cool.

Friendly service and help me get into a car at the price I needed.

Terrible! Bought a car that they said was never in an accident. Gave me a carfax to prove it. Low and behold I found out later that they bought the car damaged and fixed it before the carfax updated. Now it states that the car has frame damage. I took the car in to an auto body expert that said it was definitely in an accident and that the repair work was done poorly. Shady business practice and shame on them for lying to me. Now I have to trade this car in for something safe and loose a ton of money in the process.

I recently bought a 2004 Mini Cooper from Gebran Melki at Highland Auto. I had a great experience. Gebran was fair, professional, transparent, and efficient. I love my new car and, whereas I thought buying a car would be a horrid experience, it was instead a pleasure.

I bought a car from these guys, and Gebron or whatever his name was after searching high and low for my car - claimed it was a good vehicle for a good price. well guess what, BS... im not mechanically inclined, and yes it was my fault for not being paranoid and taking it into a mechanic to have it verified. these guys sell beautiful cars that are straight pieces of crap. come to find out from attempting to get the vehicle aligned - firestone wouldnt even do the alignment because the tie rods were amazingly still holding the tires on, driver side caliper was seized. significant oil pan leak, bad electrical. dont get me started - the bill for the repairs almost was more than the cost of the car. so, im trying to figure out where in gods name is this good car he claimed it to be? not only that -the company, Buckys auto was supposedly the ones who passed all this in there so called 120 point inspection. How? How do you pass a vehicle in this condition as sellable to the public? i have children, and this car was a straight death trap. all these issues, bell whistling, warnings within the 1st couple weeks of purchase. i called him to notify him of the issues i was having to seek some sort of resolve, and he had the audacity to send me back to the mechanics that was suppose to have cleared the vehicle on the 120 point inspection on my dime. no help, no remorse, nothing... im a single parent and we needed a car - if you are deciding to buy a vehicle from these sharks, take the car to the dealership the car is manufactured from and pay the little 80-100 dollars to have a proper inspection done before signing your soul away.
