Just ok to get services here, because they have mechanics to repair or take other problems of car. But thats it. I asked to a service department employee when I should get other service soon, they gave me a piece of paper and said it shows you. So I asked WHEN I should take other services, and they said I have to make an appointment then they will take care of car. So I am thinking I have to have problems then they will take care, not before I have problems. It was not a responsible and professional answer. However Dealers are nice and kind, but they dont have enough to sell cars in stocks, pretty empty. Only one thing I like here, they have a big, wide, clean and nice waiting room.

These guys did an amazing job. I have a 2010 genesis coupe and these guys did a whole engine swap for me, and continued to help me out with oil and their great customer service. Big shout out to Andy, Chad and all the tech there that helped with my project. Y’all did amazing and I wanted to write this to let everyone know if you guys need service done the right way! This is the spot ! Very thankful to have my car back and have them on my side !

Horrible service department. I have been so inconvenienced and disappointed by their lack of customer service and communication I would never buy a vehicle here again. They do not return calls, I tried to get in for months for warranty work. Then I learned they no longer do courtesy vehicles so I had to reschedule so I could have a ride home (40 minutes away). When I do take my car in for work they tell me they cannot do it because it’s another make but the warranty transfers. I was never told this upon purchase of the vehicle, purchase of the warranty, or scheduling of the service. I had to wait months to get a call back, move the appointment because apparently covid makes it so they no longer provide a loaner, bring my two kids along for an hour and a half round trip during a work day so I could have a ride home to be told they can’t help me. Frustrating to say the least.

Im in between 2 and 3 stars because its about the principle of customer service. Although I truly appreciate them taking in my old car as a generous trade in, I was EXTREMELY displeased the customer service, its the predictable shady car salesman tactics especially from the Finance Manager who is very shady, standoffish, and the habit of pretending to be dumb to your requests that you have to repeat 10 million times, The atmosphere in the dealership is very cold and strictly business and not warm and inviting, you feel the shady vibe right when you walk in. Excellent customer service is anticipating and remembering the needs and preferences of the customer, not non-trustworthy, dishonest and standoffish. After driving the car off the lot which I am solid with I discovered that the middle console was completely torn off and broken to where it flips over just a couple of days later and its been pulling teeth to get them to fix the stupid thing. called more than once and was promised a call back and its consistent Lies on calling me back numerous times. They can most likely get you into a good running car, but if youre looking for professionalism, reliability and honest this isnt the place. I will also say the gentleman who helped me with selecting the car (Salesman) was actually ok. Other than that. TERRIBLE!

I made a big mistake when I came to this showroom. On Sunday, I came to see what the Hyundai Palisad looks like, a manager came up to me, he willingly showed me the car. But then the terrible began, I told the manager that I was not ready to buy a car now, because I have a short credit history and not a very high rating, but the manager convinced me that this was not a problem and that they were selling cars with bad credit histories. I agreed to try, I was refused as I expected, but I was offered the same car but not a new one, they said that this car would be approved for me. I was shown another car, it was good. I provided them with the documents necessary for this, I also agreed to hand over my old car to trade in, at a price that was not favorable for me. later I was asked to make a down payment. then they said that I can go home in my old car and when the Hyundai Palisade is ready to pick it up, they will call me. It was claimed that it would take 1 day. I also asked several times that it was really my car, to which I received a positive answer “yes”. But on Monday it did not happen, I called the manager, he told me that the workshop was now busy and that he would call me on Tuesday. On Tuesday I did not receive a call from the manager. But on Wednesday I called, the manager was off, I was transferred to a supervisor, and it was a big surprise for me that my application was still not approved by the bank. But why was it necessary then to take a down payment from me. The result of my experience with a car dealership, my credit rating was lowered due to a request, they lied to me for several days that everything was fine, and my money was also frozen since the return takes from 5 working days. I am saddened by the lies on the part of the staff. I do not recommend contacting this car dealership.

First review i didnt want to include names. I sent tosha an email the same day I was told to contact her(look at their reply). She told me she would get back to me thursday.. uhhhh... which thursday? I figured it was the 14th.. not the 28th. Once again, no response. Glad I wont be buying a car from them ever again!Bradley sold me a car that has 2 cylinder misfire. This happened less than 12 hours after I drove off the lot. I asked bradley if they could fix it and no response. Going on 2 months now. They supposedly do a 150point inspection on the car but failed to notice a blinker was out as well as a brake light. I think Bradley, the salesman, meant 150 second inspection.

Had the best car-buying experience ever here on Sunday. Both the salesman Jonathan and financial advisor Maksim were so incredibly helpful, understanding and honest, I was a little shocked! Never once did I feel pressured or like I was being up-sold on anything, absolutely 5-star experience. If every car buying experience was as good as this people would actually enjoy it!

Im really not sure why the customer service for the service department has gone so down hill? Ive tried to be understanding as I know covid screwed things up. But they dont answer and definitely dont call you back. If youre lucky to speak to someone they seem very inconvenienced and theyre booked out for months.Ive been taking my car here for like 6 years since I bought it. I feel put on the back burner for oil changes now, it takes sometimes 2 hours with an appointment.I dont feel like a valued customer even tho Ive spent thousands here over the years to get repairs.I didnt even get a call back about my RECALL issue.

We had a very good experience with Car Pros. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Sales Rep we interacted with was easy to talk to and if she didnt know the answer to our question went and found out for us. We really enjoyed interacting with her. We did not feel any pressure which was important to us. When we decided what we wanted the purchase process was easy and the gentleman who took care of it was very nice. We checked other car brands and then came here to try the Hyundai as reviews showed it high. We are very happy with our new subcompact SUV. The response to acceleration was exactly what we were looking for.

I have explicitly asked for mark up on vehicle and got a confirmation that they arent charging any mark up, the made me drive all the way to the dealership with high hopes and state $6000 mark up just before reserving the vehicle.I am fine with charging mark up in current situation, but cheating customers is really bad.

I waited 4 hours for just an oil change this week. They came into the waiting area with everyones keys to take them back to their cars, and I was expecting the same. The waiting area cleared out twice before I finally went and asked them about my car, after 3 hours I was then told it wasnt ready even though I could see it outside. My car was sitting in the same spot when I asked about it another hour later and they couldnt find the paperwork, then low and behold; the car hadnt moved from that spot but it was done now. At least the employees were polite when putting me off.

Very very disappointed with this dealership & the sales people. I contacted them looking for a new Palisade. I spoke with Elija (Sales Consultant) & Zac (the sales manager) via email & he told me the vehicle I am looking for is still in transit but I can come in & start the paper work & have my trade-in appraised. I went today & they told me that the discount price on the website is the wrong price. They said they are having “issues” with the website & they are working on fixing it to the correct price. On their website the vehicle was listed for $2,169 below msrp for $48,896. I was willing to let that go but then after a few minutes they came back & told me the actual price for the car is $57k, that’s $5k above msrp. It’s so frustrating that they not only wasted my time with their bait-and-switch scam, they tried to convince me to buy a used car. Stay away from this dealership. They are very unprofessional & just waste your time.

We bought our car at Car Pros last June. The sales process was great. Got us in the car we wanted and helped us find the car we needed (slight upgrade and my only regret is that maybe we didn’t get the limited). Financing met us where we needed to be and in good time. We had a couple of issues that came up and were addressed in acceptable time. The 5 stars is really out of acknowledgement of the service team and specifically Boris. Through each interaction Boris is kind and engaging and addresses issues respectful and professionally as well as doing so in a personal and genuine fashion. He also does the single most important thing anyone in the hospitality and service sector should (speaking from my 26 years of experience in hospitality) which is listen. No matter what the situation is he is focused on the customers needs and concerns. I have checked in for service with other agents at Car Pros but I can see that Boris is always watching out for us and ready to help. This type of service is what will have us return for future purchases and the lack of which ultimately drove us away from our loyalty to a certain Japanese brand with boxer engines and a dealership of such cars just up the road in Renton. We speak highly of Car Pros for sales but are truly pleased with the service team.

My wife and I have had our car in the service department several times. They do not answer the phone and I have to call their departments like sales to get a live person on the phone. Their service department communications with current customers is terrible. We have had 3 Hyundai Sonatas in our family. We will be taking our business somewhere else that value their customers.

Service dept. was open, took quite a bit longer than they told me, but Id recommend having someone pick you up so you dont have to wait around. They gave me a print of what should be done, they didnt pester me me to do it. All very professional.

I rarely ever write a review, but this is worth noting. The service department consistently has poor communication. You call the service department and the phone rings constantly. You are able to leave a message but these are not tended too promptly. My main concern is that I had new front brake pads and rotors replaced at Car Pros (allegedly) and paid for both services. I took my car to another mechanic just 5 months later and this shop noted my rotors had grooves in them. It was explained to me that this essentially means the rotors were not actually replaced. New rotors should never have grooves in them. They have grooves related to the wear from my previous brake pads. This means the mechanic at Car Pros simply put on new brakes pads and did NOT fit them to new rotors. Shame on them.

Im very disappointed in my first service with CarPros Renton Hyundai. We took our 2018 Elantra for its 30,000 mile service (it was running perfectly fine), and walked away with a bill for $880. The service people convinced my wife that a throttle body service was necessary ($70), and apparently did a GDI Induction kit for $108, which Im not sure how they accomplished, since my car doesnt have a GDI engine.The rest was perhaps normal, though it seems disingenuous to charge a set price for the service and then add in all the parts on top of that, the alignment, and the $50 waste disposal fee. I doubt very much Ill ever return to this place, and would caution others to avoid it unless you are very careful about what theyre doing and what theyre charging you for.——— Update ———Same review. I hate that they made it look like they cared and were reaching out to me. Apparently that was just to give readers the impression that they were reaching out to me. The truth is that even though I promptly wrote to “Chad” no one ever responded.So, will you get screwed if you take your car here? Maybe, but depending on the work, probably not. But they seem to be the type in f place that takes advantage when they think they can get away with it. I won’t be back.

Totally scam as a someone that took a lease car from this location and return it 3 years later the company has been playing with me after I return my car they ask for 1400$ reasonable right ? After I pay the bill they told me I am good to go and my balance is 0$ 2 week later I got a call from You Hyundai financial company that I owe a 4500$ the company has been rude to me and wanted to send my bill to collection agency now can you explain me how I pay 6000$ for a car that cost 12,000$ one thing I promise you guys I will do my best that you not get any business from met friend and family I wish you close down your business you a total scam under “legit” company name -10 stars

We have been pretty happy with the sales and service at Car Pros Hyundai. We originally bought our Santa Fe from them when they were Lithia Hyundai of Renton. I think no dealer pleases 100% of the time, but if they make it right with the customer then that goes a long ways for repeat business. In comparison, our other car is a Mercedes and I have had my issues with the Bellevue and Seattle Mercedes dealerships at times, so like I say no dealer or independent is perfect in my experience.

I loathe car shopping. It is on the top five list of my least favorite things to do, just behind washing the dishes. However, my experience with our salesperson yesterday, Mercedes, was nothing short of fantastic. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She worked with us to get a price on the vehicle we were comfortable and happy with, and that was still fair to the dealership. We had come on the lot planning to just look and get an idea of what we wanted, but ended up leaving separately, with my fiancé driving our new Elantra. Thank you so much to both Mercedes and Francisco for helping us make this happen. Absolutely would recommend this place to others, and should we need another vehicle in the future, we will probably start our search here.

Medhi Ehsani did just that. He was able to help me with pro and cons from each car I test drove and really in the end still got the #1 car I wanted thanks to his help. When it comes to buying cars I am a very stubborn client. I take my time and I keep my cars for 10 years. I got this car and I had Russ to help me get it. I had visited the dealer multiple times before I commuted to buy this Tucson. Russ dealt with me for almost a month and always kept me on the loop looking for the car and the color I was looking for. He didnt sell me the car that was in the lot, he got me the car I wanted, the color I loved, and the accessories I needed and wanted to have. He got me this car delivered the very next day after checking on the bells and whistles I wanted. If you are looking to get a car and want a salesman who will help you get what you want and not a salesman who wants to sells you what he got in the lot, get Russ to assist you. I am very pleased with everything and the deal I got. Buying a car is a big deal so make sure you take your time and that the person whos helping you buy the car you want knows what you want and needThanks Russ for all your help. Waited for two days with no response. Lo and behold, lots of recent negative reviews for all the departments. Ill drive further for a Hyundai service department that I can actually make an appointment with.

Over the past 11 years, Ive had the best experiences with Hyundai. From customer service to repairs, service and maintenance, Ive felt that all of my dealings with Hyundai were fair and appropriate, until my most recent experience at Car Pros Hyundai Renton. Long story short, I dropped my car off with a smoking engine for diagnostics. I figured she was toast! I explained that I do not have the finances to pay for repairs beyond about $1,000 and if it cost more than that, I would simply donate her. Mark was understanding, helpful, accommodating and made the drop-off process easy for me, which I greatly appreciated! After running diagnostics, including the compression test, I was told that my cost would be around $1518 to replace various parts in the cooling system. The service dept said it does not look like the engine got damaged since we tested the compression and it was ok, because if that would have happened that would be extremely expensive to fix. After sharing these results with the people in my life who advise me on car service, they advised me to move forward with the repairs because of the positive results of the compression test. So I agreed to these repairs because of the results of the compression test. However after they replaced the parts in the cooling system and ran her for 45 minutes, they discovered their repairs didnt fix the issue and their diagnosis had changed to her needing a new engine or head gaskets. That is not possible with my budget and is an ill-advised repair on my geriatric 2010 car with 140k miles on her! So I am donating her to Make A Wish Foundation. However Car Pros Renton is asking that I pay $1600 for diagnostics, labor and parts before they will release her for donation. I understand paying for diagnostics, I needed that information to make my decision about proceeding with repairs. However I am being asked to pay for parts and labor that I agreed to based on an incorrect diagnosis, on a car that I will never drive again. I have not driven my car since the repairs and she will be towed off their lot for donation. To help mitigate their costs, I offered to give my car to Car Pros Hyundai so they could recover some of their costs through her parts + pieces at the chop shop, but my offer was turned down. So - I would like help with solutions for how to make this situation right.

This dealership lies, finance manager Maksim Martemyanov said I had to purchase their valid at a CarPros only extended maintenance warranty to keep the lower APR approval on my loan through Hyundai Finance, said verbatim that I would not have the same APR if I didn’t keep the extended warranty. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone because of these blatant predatory tactics. Unfortunately, Hyundai Corporate turns a blind eye to these tricks under the typical independently owned/operated guise of car dealerships.

This is a long story, but if you only read this first paragraph, DO NOT take your car here. Find somewhere else that has better customer service. They do not return your calls or voicemails, and if youre lucky enough to get a hold of someone in another department, theyll only transfer to you a manager that does not answer or return calls.I realize that this review sounds like a Karen thing, but I have left maybe three negative reviews on a place my entire life, so its saying a lot that Im taking the time to do this. Before I dive into it, know that I realize a lot of car places are understaffed/underpaid at the moment and are dealing with shortages of vehicles. Im sympathetic to this, I just wish I knew what was happening with my vehicle.I purchased my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from Carmax back in May. It had no issues for the first month, but the battery started to not hold a charge overnight. We took the car to get the battery/alternator/etc checked (for free), so since we were still under the 90-day warranty, I called to get this fixed. Carmax s service department was booked out over a month, so they told me to call a Hyundai dealership to get the problem assessed, the repairs done, etc., and Carmax would cover it.The first Hyundai dealership was also booked out a month, so we dropped my vehicle off at this location last Wednesday (6/23). No one called me for two days. I checked with Carmax, no one called them to update them either. At one point, I got a hold of someone, they told me they were working on it now (running diagnostics to check for a parasitic draw), he gave me his cell phone number and to have me call back later that Friday.I called. No answer. I called the service department. No answer. I texted the guy. No answer until an hour later only saying, We need more time. Since then, I have not heard a single thing about my vehicle. Ive called several times today, left multiple voicemails. Nothing.At this point, I just want my car back and to leave it with Carmax. At least I know theyll respond to my calls and get things fixed.

If you decide to buy a car here DO NOT get the lifetime oil change, it’s a waste and not worth it. Almost every time I bring in my car to get a simple oil change, it takes forever even with an appointment set. Today I even tried to come early for my appointment to avoid having them service my car late. I repeatedly have terrible experiences with this service department, to the point that I would never buy a car from this dealership again. Our other family vehicle is from Rairdon, who has excellent customer service both in the selling department and service, if you’re looking to buy I recommend Rairdons. I’m to the point that I will rather start paying for oil service elsewhere, which I shouldn’t have to even consider since I paid for this service in advance. Worst service department ever.

I’m truly disappointed as I have been using their service department for 7 years solid and have purchased 2 new cars from here. Until this last year I have had decent service with no complaints. Not sure if they have reduced staff but the service in the service department isn’t what it used to be! This past week is my last time of calling, leaving messages for supervisors/managers who do not return calls. We traded our 2013 Accent for a 2016. Francisco was a good salesman knowledgeable and not pushy.Weve had our Hyundai now a year and love it. Even named her Victoria (long story)A couple of times we went to get the oil changed without appointment and they always squeeze us in. The waiting area offers you all you need, free hot drinks, cable tv 📺 free wifi, comfortable couches and bathroom 🚽 even a station to recharge your electronics, what more do you want? 👌🏻🤓Thank you Hyundai 🚗🚙

Done my oil change recently on April 12th and paid fees. The following day, I drove my car to work on the highway, engine made a pop noise, smoking and started to rattle like crazy. I dont know what the service department did to my car, but luckily Im grateful that I didnt get into an accident and that my warranty will cover it.As I towed the vehicle to the Car Pros, they told me that they will update me. Never did. I had to literally call them what the diagnosis were. The first thing they stated was, it wasnt our fault. hmmm... strange.I even asked if I can get a rental car because of work. They said sure, we have one available and is coming in tomorrow. Ill let you know tomorrow. Never called me back the next day. I tried to reach out to them and went straight to voice mail.So, if I were you, dont even bother going to the service department. Poor communication and very delayed.

Im not in the market to buy a new car right now, I just wanted to get an idea of what is out there but that didnt deter the guys at Hyundai Renton. They listened to me, talked about options that might fit my needs in the future and showed me a couple different vehicles. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was wasting their time because I kept telling them that I was definitely not buying a new car anytime soon, but they insisted that that wasnt important, they were dedicated to being there for me and didnt treat me like a number. We brought my Wifes 2018 Tucson Limited in for service a month ago, and it failed the dual clutch test...Again.The Car was brought in for that problem last October, and it took over a Month for them to get parts, and then 2 weeks to get the repair done.It is now failing again, and they promised to call with a service date.I have been calling them since last week, like 7 calls now and nobody answers the Phone in the service dept, nor do they return calls from messages.I just called the 3rd time today, and again nobody answers, Im about to call Hyundai Corporate about this issue, as well as the failed repair for the dual clutch Transmission problem that is a known issue with these Cars.EDIT: May 11th Alex called and i explained that it had been over a Month and a half since the Car had the failed Dual clutch test and the parts were supposed to have been ordered with no contact from them.He was apologetic and explained our service advisor had quit, no parts had been ordered and nothing done.He promised to expedite the parts and get back to us.Fast forward to today (June 8th) and i call again wanting to speak to him. I was transferred to the service department where i got Chad, not Alex the Service Manager.Now Chad was very helpful. He actually went to the parts department to check on the parts for me.The parts were indeed there, but nobody called us to let us know or set an appointment to bring the Car in for the Warranty work.Its now been 3 months since this ordeal started and we finally have a date next week to bring the Car in.I asked to Chad to make sure there was a loaner Car for my Wife and he said he would try and have one ready.I will be highly upset if after all this if there is not a Loaner Car for my Wife.I realize Chad probably doesnt control that, (He was very helpful) but seeing as this is the 2nd time they will have done the Dual clutch repair, (1st time last October) and the 3 month ordeal we have gone through to get the Warranty repair done, they would make sure to accommodate us.I will update this after we take the Car in next week, im hoping its a positive experience.

In 2019 I gave a 5 star rating because I had a good experience when I bought my new Tucson in 2019 at Hyundai car pro Renton. I have to change my rating to one. The one star is for the sales department, 0 stars for the service department. In November of 2020 I was not able to get a oil change scheduled in Renton becaue it is difficult to reach them by phone and when I finally did they did not have a opening for months so I had to go to another Hyundai dealership. I had to pay for the oil change even though I had paid for free oil changes in Renton when I bought my Tucson. My car was hit in December while it was parked in the street and I have had a lot of problems since. My Tucson was recalled because the ABS system may cause a fire. Twice I went into the dealership to make a appointment because I could not reach them by phone. The last time I took my car to Hyundai Car Pro Renton to fix the lift gate and to check why the engine died, Mark said they had the part to fix the recall. I dropped it off on Thursday 4-29-2021, Mark said they would call on Friday to give me a update but they did not. I called and left messages for a update on Friday and Monday, nobody returned my call. I finally got Andy on the phone on Tuesday and I was informed that they could not duplicate any of the errors and could not fix them. I asked about the ABS and he said they would have the part on Thursday and to pick up my car on Friday. I picked up my car on Friday and the faulty ABS was not repaired. It was a huge inconvenience to be without my vehicle for a week but would have been worth it to not worry about the car catching on fire and to be able to park it in the garage again. Per Hyundai it can not be parked in the garage or near other vehicles because it can catch on fire while it is parked and while driving. When I picked up my car I was told by Mark to take it to another dealership. This is my first Hyundai and it will be the last. I am 44 and have only owned Toyota since I was 17. My Toyotas never died on me and could be properly repaired after a collision. I could also park my Toyota in a garage and near other vehicles. I realize it is my own error as I should have bought a RAV4 and not a Tucson. It seems my expectations of my vehicle is to high to own a Hyundai. As soon as the RAV 4 Prime comes to Washington my Hyundai ownership nightmare will end, until then I will take it to another Hyundai dealership for repairs. Better customer service is worth the travel even though I would have to pay for my oil changes.

I traveled from out of state and they were at the airport right when I landed to bring me to the dealership. Highly recommend going through these people to buy a new or used car, you won’t regret it.

Terrible experience, charged me almost $200 for nothing. Didn’t fix anything & tried to charge me another $3k for something that only costs a couple hundred bucks to fix. Never take your car to a dealer for problems, you’re better off learning how to do it yourself.

I dropped off my Hyundai there for a minimal service (oil change, tire rotation - I specifically mentioned this one several times - and their multi-point inspection).They respected the timing they gave me, but did half what they were supposed to do. Whats the point if I need to go back there???I hope they at least did the oil change, because I obviously paid for an expensive something, but they didnt touch the tires, didnt even check their pressure. They didnt reset the dash board neither, and my car still asks me to do the maintenance.I gave them calls, left voice-mail, but never heard back from them...Im very disappointed, to say the least

I paid $300 extra to upgrade my oil to full synthetic and they have been using regular oils for me. After I caught that, I talked to them and they told me that I had to talk to finance department and gave them the purchase proof. Luckily I kept the receipt. I thought it would be okay after that.Next oil change, they did regular oils for me again and they did not have any note in the record about upgrading.I have been reminding them at least 5 times already. I normally don’t write a review. But this service is terrible. I can’t be patient anymore.

We had an issue with our genesis and Boris in service took great care of me and my family. He is a cut above almost everyone I have met in life. Has amazing integrity and character I would RATE a solid 10/10. Update: just had a tire replaced in the service department, and the folks in the service department were great… Now I can say that the sales and service staff are super great and courteous and I’m glad I chose Car Pros for my vehicle purchase and service.I’ve bought many used and new cars. Ive never considered a Hyundai until recently as I have come across more and more positive comparisons and reviews, especially on a particular Hyundai that caught our attention that seemed sized and powered perfectly for us. We decided to give Hyundai a shot, and today, we purchased a new car from Car Pros Hyundai Renton. Based on my experiences from all past dealerships, Im giving Car Pros 5 stars, which is the first 5 star rating I would give to any dealership, and if this is as far as you have time to read, I strongly recommend working with Car Pros Hyundai Renton!My first interaction with Car Pros was with the internet sales person... I had asked for pricing from 6 area dealerships, and the initial offers sent by Car Pros were actually average. Because I had never driven a new or used Hyundai, and Car Pros was the most convenient Hyundai dealership, I took a chance and visited Car Pros for a test drive.When I arrived, I worked with Mersadies Alvarado. Even though I made it clear that I was only test driving and not buying that night, I was treated with respect, able to test drive two trim levels of the model that interested me, Mersadies did their best to make sure that I had all the info I needed, and even did extra homework to find out an answer to a very specific question I had about the car (she texted me the answer later). Mersadies did not display any high pressure sales tactics. This was in complete contrast to my experiences just the week before... Unbeknownst to Car Pros, I originally wanted to buy a Jeep vehicle similarly sized as the Hyundai of interest. However, my experiences with the sales staff at *multiple* Jeep dealerships were horrendous (one sales person was super argumentative, others ignored my requests for information, and another had two sales people with the same first name, and I had a situation where one sales person tried to trick me into believing they were the original person I was worked with, until I caught on)! After test driving the Hyundai, I came home that night giving a huge plus for Car Pros for their no pressure sales team.The next day, I received the best priced offer from a different Hyundai dealership about 40 miles from my home (not convenient). I emailed the quote to Car Pros, and Car Pros matched the offer on a car that had more options! I made an appointment to buy the car at Car Pros the next day.I arrived at the dealership and found out my original sales person had an emergency, so I was going to work with another sales rep, Jonathan. They were also super helpful and respectful, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, there was one snag at the final step of finance - I used my debit card for the transaction, and the bank (did their job) and flagged the transaction. That was stressful; I was the last customer, it was late, and the bank fraud department was closed until the next morning. The sales manager, Tosha, stepped in, was super accommodating, allowed me to take the new car home, and come back in the morning to complete the transaction. Tosha made what could have been a stressful evening, much better.Earlier today, I went in to complete the purchase, and after speaking and working with multiple sales staff and finance people, my impression is that the staff at Car Pros works more like a team, all were super helpful, and I didnt observe any cut-throat attitude like what I observed at other local dealerships.Overall, I am a satisfied customer. I strongly recommend working with Car Pros Renton. Oh, and the Hyundai we bought is also a great.

My bad experience with Car Pros Renton Hyundai started with my appointment there to get a splash guard installed. They ended up charging me extra for the clips that they used and did not notify me of the extra charge until after the repairs were done. I logged a bad review for them, and they offered me a free oil change in exchange for taking the bad review down. I agreed and took my car in for an oil change. After getting the oil change done, my headlight and taillight bulbs started blowing out on a constant basis. I checked the fuse box and someone had taken out the relay and fuse that regulates the headlights and brake lights. The bulbs had gone out immediately after Car Pros had worked on my car and no other mechanics had worked on my car anytime recently before that. The car is only three years old as well as the bulbs, and after I replaced the blown out bulbs with new ones, the new bulbs blew out as well, until I discovered that the fuse and relay were missing. I tried calling Car Pros a few times after this oil change and they would always tell me they would call me back and they never did. Be careful before you take your car into their repair shop, because they might sabotage your car like they did to me.

This dealership is notorious for screwing people over, after a week of thinking i had a new car, the dealership ended up contacting me while I was at work to tell me that they needed the car back that day which was 2 hours before they closed, I talked to MULTIPLE people about this dealership and told them that they shouldnt shop at this dealership under any circumstances. I have about 30 different co workers who were looking for new vehicles and I told them to go ANYWHERE else. Even if its some random rinky dink shack on the side of Pacific Avenue.

We are buying in a new 2021, got the deal sorted but were told will take delivery in 48hrs to get the color combo we wanted...48hrs came and gone, had to call and was told maybe few more days...finally car came a week later but it looked to be a demo with over 250miles on it. Very disappointing to say the least, got a refund on the down payment and walked away.

Run from this place my new car is in for the 1st oil change and my app was @ 930am finally got my car in ! 11 and finally back on the road and was told it will take 4hrs to do the oil change and then I called Mike the service manage and tryed to talk to him but could not get him on the phone so I had to call corporate to get them inviled in this to try and get some answerstoday 2/5/2021 this Tosha called me and I told her to call the # i give her and talk to the lady who owns the car and come to find out she did not call her so she stand by her review until car pros can fix the issueThis even she did call y mom and texted to work it out so one little good part

As someone who has worked at a car dealership I understand that things happen that are often out of the control of those selling you the car. We purchased a 2020 Palisade and there were some issues during the deal. It’s easy to rush and get mad (which I did multiple times) but the way that Tasha the sales manager handled everything was great. She didn’t waste time in finding a solution. The fact that she was able to remain professional and committed even with someone as annoying and overbearing as myself as a customer is astounding. 5 stars because as rude as I was, Tasha handled every complaint and problem that I had, quickly and effectively. Even after purchase, when my wife couldn’t close the door handle and service couldn’t call for an hour, Tasha called my wife to troubleshoot with her; Well outside of her duties and on her day off. Thank you for dealing with me. Happy customer.

Update:The contact at hyundai was able to reach the manager and explain the situation. They were able to comp the battery. In the end it doesnt matter of what happened to the original battery, they did the right thing for taking care of the battery as my car was in their car for at least 6 weeks. This was the first real issue Ive had with hyundai in 10 years and they took care of it. Another reason for why I continue remaining a customer here.As a customer of almost 10 years, I used to highly recommend this place. The service has always been good quality and a pleasant experience until I had to get my car engine replaced. They had my car for about 6 weeks.During that time, something happened and my car battery died. The battery showed no issues whatsoever prior to this. They simply told me its not their responsibility and I would have to replace the battery. I disagreed and they said they could give my car a jump when I come to pick it up.They did not offer any sort of discount or anything to remedy the situation when this happened while the vehicle was in their car for 6 weeks. I called 3 times and left 2 messages for the Service manager to discuss this issue. Ive heard no response even after following up today (I was told the manager was on lunch and would call back after).This is likely not a great representation of the entire dealership location but this will be the last time I spend money at this location. Its unacceptable and Ill take my money elsewhere where the customer service is better.

Never getting a car here again. Originally went in with a trade that had neg equity. Put money down to help cover the difference. Signed initial paperwork, but was informed hey needed up to 4 days to secure final financing. I was fine with that. Drove the new car off the lot. Got a call 2 days later saying I needed to pay another 7-10k down! The initial pre-approval down payment was much less. Reporting to FTC for “yo-yo financing”

You guys were awesome from the first time of contacting your dealership until the driving off my new Palisade from your dealer lot!Josiah was the first out of all local dealers who responded with the actual offer, no games or additional fee-related dumb games. Later, he emailed me and notified me that his dealership can provide an even additional discount. So, I got a car I was looking for way below the Recommended Fair Purchase price from KBB. After I arrived at the dealership, he immediately confirmed the offer and called the sales rep - Gabe.Gabe, was very professional, brought the car to the front, so could inspect it, accepted all my concerns, and was not pushy at all about additional products. After the purchase confirmation, he set with me and went into detail on how to use all the systems in my Palisade. Great customer service!Madeline and GM Tosha were very helpful in the time of Josiahs absence and by their involvement confirmed that they are interested in a business with me.Also, the finance manager Maxim was very patient with my paperwork. I echo the poor service. I left two voice-mail messages asking the service department to call me at home. Their voice mail is actually a voice-ignore system. Neither the 10AM call or the 3PM call brought a call back.
