It was wonderful from start to finish. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 star was because I had to drive so far to complete the process. The people were beyond nice during the whole thing. I had my daughter and her ESA animals and they didnt care at all. Jesse the person we dealt with was the best I have ever encountered. Jesse was polite, sympathetic, and all around a blessing. Hanna was just as good on her end. She worked her magic and helped us get approved when we didnt have any hope we would. Ive worked so hard to support my family and I just kept getting denied and Hannah was able to not just help us get approved but get a lower APR then we have now. WOW just wow. I just want to thank each of them for helping us and making our experience so much more then we expected. We will definitely return to them in the future.

I was very recently in an accident and my smaller older model car was a total loss. After renting a new Hyundai through Enterprise for a little over 2 weeks I decided to purchase a much newer one through Enterprise Car Sales. The great crew at the Renton location had the car I ended up buying from their location sent to Lakewood for me quickly with a new radio antenna. I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend both Enterprise locations. Great service and they stand by their word!

I had a good experience in May 2021 renting from this branch, but when I tried to make 2 reservations for Sept. 2021 they called to tell me that I couldnt rent with them because my address wasnt a Renton address. Ive never heard of this kind of policy before and I had no trouble renting in May. They even said when they told me I couldnt rent that I AM verified to rent at this branch. This is clearly a cash-grab policy to get people to pay more since its at least $20 more per day to rent in Seattle. I will NOT patronize any Enterprise branch again.

This is my second car purchase from Enterprise. The most professional place get your used car. They handover the car to you as good as new.Cole was the sales representative, as before. We were looking for a vehicle that would accommodate our two walkers.We were given several options at a fair price. We are very happy with our selection. The service was timely and friendly.

I dealt with Chris and he was great (5 stars for him). My car was brought over to the Renton location from the Seattle sales location. It had a couple minor issues and Chris was quick to take care of it. My key broke in the first couple days, the windshield had a chip right in front of the drivers view and there was paint overspray on the front grill. Chris didnt question anything and was quick to take care of it. I bank through Sound Credit Union which partners with Enterprise car sales, but it was not very apparent what benefit that had. The process was quick and painless. This was my first car purchase and I love my new car. The reason I did not rate 5 stars overall is because the set backs with the minor issues on my vehicle that should have been addressed prior to purchase.

We recently purchased a car through Enterprise and had a great experience with Oscar and Walter. After deciding upon the car and terms we were looking for, Oscar was able to source the car for us and both Oscar and Walter worked diligently to make sure our experience was positive, including helping to extend our rental car agreement until the car we bought was ready. While we have only had the car two weeks and this weekend will be our first road trip in it, we are very pleased so far. We purchased an extended warranty and while we hope it’s not needed, we would highly recommend both Oscar and Walter and would work with them again and with Enterprise in Renton.

This was by far the easiest, stress free car buying experience I have ever had! In the past I’ve purchased cars from big dealerships. I’ve felt pressure and then spent an entire day doing paperwork and then being pressured to sign up for pricey warranties and having the fear of God put into me if I didn’t. Enterprise started off the whole experience letting me know there would be no pressure from start to finish and even gave me a 7 day grace period if I changed my mind. It took only 2 hours from start to finish to purchase my car. They showed me the purchase price with and without warranties and GAP insurance and let me decide what I wanted with ZERO pressure. I have never left a car dealership hugging them sales associates until Enterprise. I love my Jeep Compass. I am confident in my purchase and extremely happy with my experience with Enterprise.

They Held the care for me when I called and said I would buy it and that was great.The manager called and talked to my ins. company and got a statement from them about how much the check would be. They let me have the car then and as soon as I received the check and deposited it I notified them and they were then able to electronically transfer the money to Enterprise.It was really quite easy. The care runs great and got my sons approval and all is well again. I would consider using them again if I wanted a different car.

The website for Enterprise let me book a car rental for 7pm on a Thursday and when I showed up nearly an hour early at 6:10, the office was already closed!! What a huge hassle.

I figured that cars in their fleet are well maintained and routinely serviced. The people were very kind and helpful. I did not feel any pressure to buy from them, the salesman listened to what I was looking for and showed me several options. I found one I liked and the finance guy was also helpful and courteous. The price was comparable to any dealership for price and actually below Kelly Blue Book. When you purchase from Enterprise you also get the added security of knowing the vehicle was serviced and maintained. For a very small price I was also able to extend the manufacturer’s warranty.

Came in to check out a vehicle. Looked at two, and Hanna was very helpful. But decided to wait to purchase, like any normal person, and think about it. i mean - do you marry the first person you see? No! She had John, who was the financial person there, come speak with me. After telling him how I felt, he was trying to push the sale and asked why did I need the time. He asked me who I had a loan with my prior vehicle. I told him. And was specific to give me time to think about this and not run my credit. Now I am receiving a bunch of credit loan applications I did not authorize. If you are just window shopping, do not disclose any information about yourself. Hanna is nice, but the management there needs to be replaced.

Ive purchased my last 6 cars at Enterprise. Im always glad I did! Their customer service is unbeatable, they only sell cars in great shape, the prices is genuinely hassle-free, and their prices are always good!I was tempted to look at a dealership last week for a car they had with extra features for a great price... but I was reminded why I only buy at Enterprise. The car had an undisclosed very large dent which they called small (over 18 inches across easily) and even though they claimed to have no sales people, the experience was full of confusing mixed up ways to write the numbers, and repeated dishonesty. Wed agree on something verbally, and twice they came back with a very different agreement and tried to get me to sign without reviewing it. Then when I pointed it out, they tried to say it was what we had agreed on. So maddening! Oh, and they offered $2000 less for my trade than Enterprise.So I went right back to Enterprise, and although they didnt have the car with extra features, they were SO easy to work with and I dont regret it at all! I love my car!Hannah was very polite, helpful, professional, and didnt push me at all. Jim in the finance department was very clear, direct, and thorough with the numbers... no games, no middle man going to check if the boss accepts your offer... no hiding whats on the paper... I never should have wasted my time at the other place. Im a customer for life!

Dishonest with representing the price of the car after the extra 1500 warranty that I was told was already included and the financing fees. I worked with the manager, a sales rep, and somebody in finance and they all assured me it would be for the listed price plus tax. When I got the bill it was different. I should have had more due diligence in reading before signing but at the same time I was mislead verbally and am now paying the consequences. Buyer beware - be thorough with reading the agreements.

My experience was Ok, I do like the vehicle, although I have discovered that somebody had smoked in it at some point, the smell of cigarette smoke is coming through the detail smells. Another point I would make was that I was told by the sales person we sell all vans for sixteen five but at the last minute when all the paperwork was done and I had been there for a couple of hours it was sixteen five ninety nine, when I pointed it out I was dismissed and the subject was changed by the sales person. I could have walked but just wanted to be done.After posting above Walter at Enterprise was very accommodating offering to replace cabin air filter and I received a check for the difference I discussed above. So all is well and the vehicle has been great. So Im going to upgrade to 5 stars.

When I came in there to see about purchasing a car, I was not very confident about getting one, since my credit report right now is awful. However, Hannah and the Credit Manager there were able to get me financed, for a Nissan Rogue, which is a very nice All Wheel Drive Auto, and I couldnt be happier.I would recommend Enterprise sales to anyone who is looking for a car. Also their cars are just like new. Not a mark on the one I purchased and also low mileage.

My wife and I worked with Kayla Willms and Walter Poole. From our first phone contact to the time we drove off the lot, the service was perfect. We never felt any pressure to buy. Accommodating, polite, and prompt.

I was having trouble with my truck, so I took it to my mechanic to get it evaluated. While it was at the shop I went to Enterprise to rent a car for the week. After a few days, my mechanic called to tell me that it will cost more to fix my truck than what it is worth, and suggested that I look a purchasing a new vehicle. When I went to return the rental, I told the associate what my mechanic said. They expressed their empathy, then asked me what kind of car would I be looking for. I told them that I needed a truck or an SUV. The associate then sent an email to the Enterprise sales division about my situation and told me to expect a call. The next day, I got a call from Drew in Tukwila. He told me they had a couple of trucks for me to look at. I told him that me and my wife would stop by after work. When we got there, he showed us two nice trucks, but we saw a Chevy Suburban that caught our eye. The no haggle price on it seem reasonable. Drew took the time to look up the blue book value on my truck for trade in purposes, and told me that they would honor the full blue book value if I wanted to trade it in. However, we were not sure if we needed a vehicle that big. We told Drew that we wanted to look around more before we make a decision. He was kind and told us to take our time and contact him if we wanted to move forward. The next day we went to another dealership to look at a Chevy Tahoe. After a test drive, we determined that we liked the Suburban better. The dealership happen to have the exact Suburban on the lot. However, the price was much higher than the on we saw at Enterprise. In addition, when the salesman looked up the blue book value, he told me that they would honor the blue book value less reconditioning. We told the salesman no thanks and left. I called Drew from my truck and told him that we were on our way back to him to purchase the Suburban. Drew and the staff at the Enterprise in Tukwila, were very kind a professional in helping us get the paperwork done. They kept their word on on giving us the full value of my truck as a trade, and the price was just right. I went to my bank the next day and got the checks to purchase the car and we drove away a happy. The Enterprise experience from renting a car while mine was in the shop, the associate making a call to see if the vehicles I wanted to look at were in their sales inventory, to Drew, Walter and Shantell getting the paper work done was amazing. I have been telling everyone I know that if they are looking to purchase a certified used car to go to Enterprise in Tukwila. They are the best.

Earlier this month, march 2016 I purchase a Ford Focus from Mandy at Enterprise Car Sales. No big deal. Right? Wrong. Its a very big deal for me. You see. I have not purchased a used car in the past fifty years. The fact is that I was on my way to pick up a new Ford Escape at 30% off the sticker price and 0% financing. Instead, I bought a used 2015 Ford Focus from Mandy. Ill not give away any details because that would be unethical, but trust me that without negotiation I got a sweeter deal than the one for a new vehicle, or the one that my bank offered me, and I still got the loan through my own bank, and Im elated.There were always little things that had to be tweaked and adjusted with every new car that I purchased in the past, but Ive been driving the car for a couple of weeks and everything is perfect. Satisfied? Absolutely.

I worked with Chanelle at the Renton location and she made the process absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took all the pain and drudgery of buying a car and got me what I needed quickly, efficiently, and without trying to sell me on anything that wasnt right for me. My girlfriend and I decided to randomly buy a car one day and we came to Enterprise Car Sales. The associates here (Especially DeShon) were extremely helpful and nice. They did everything in their power to assist us in getting a vehicle that we had set our eyes on. The staff here are friendly and provide top notch customer service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a car. Honesty is hard to find from Car Dealerships, but not this place. They really stretched it for us since we didnt have all the funds right-a-way. Which we are really thankful for.

Purchase process is quite easy and no haggling is involved at all. There is a bit of extra services offered but they are not pushy.After purchase there is a period where you can still return the car and I suggest you use it to check with other mechanic. I actually found some (minor) issues with my car and got back to them. They took it back in, repaired it to pristine condition, and gave me some extra period to check it out.Six months later, no issues whatsoever.PS: I dealt mostly with Chris Lee (original sale) and Chris Potter (additional repair). I cannot say a bad thing about the either.
