The office is clean and pleasant with a friendly staff. The equipment is very up-to-date. The eye exam seems thorough. Dr. Nannini has suggested changes to my prescription twice in the last couple years that have worked out well. Charges for service seem fair. I feel comfortable recommending Battle Born Eye Care to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I have never received such personalized service from an eye care professional. I did not feel like the doctor was rushing through the exam....or that the staff just wanted to sell me a pair of glasses and get me out of there! Everyone is genuinely friendly and they really do their job well. I bought glasses and am trying out some contacts....and there again...no rushing. They seem to really want to make sure you have what works for you. I am very glad to have found Battle Born Eye Care!

Wow! What a great experience! Basically, I needed an appointment asap; Victoria understood my situation and was able to get me in quickly. She was incredibly courteous, prompt, professional, and engaging as she took my info and completed my preliminary exams. She helped ease my concerns and was able to relate to my eye issues on a friendly level. Doctor Nannini was thorough, patient, and allowed me to ask a ton of questions! We spent a bunch of time narrowing down my prescription, and not once did I feel rushed. After the appointment, Victoria helped me pick out a killer pair of frames, and it was like shopping with a friend. The office also utilized awesome COVID protocols, and everything felt incredibly safe. I should also mention that they let you securely link to and fill out all health history forms online, and they also send all appointment reminders via text message, which is super convenient! And Victoria was super responsive to all my texts, as well. I have never had an optometry appointment as awesome as this; I won’t be going anywhere else, and I will be taking my family there, as well.

Battle Born Eye Care is THEE BEST eye care practice Ive been too; granted Ive only been to two, BUT this one is by far the best. This place is so awesome that your appointment will most likely be two or three months out (probably because of COVID as well). My original appointment date was about 2 months out. Luckily someone canceled and there was an opening to see me sooner.[About the office] The office itself is beautiful. Very modern with neutral colors. They follow all COVID rules- masks, sanitation, etc. its a very inviting and welcoming environment. Great variety of brands and frames. For the most part, everything is technology based; I didnt need to schedule an appointment to fill out paper work or fill out paperwork the day of my appointment. They send you text updates, let you know when theres an opening (if you sign up to be on the waitlist), and when your glasses are ready to be picked up.[About the staff] They employ WONDERFUL people. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Before calling the office, I emailed questions. They (Alyssa) responded within two hours and answered all my questions and help guide me through the process and paperwork. Victoria is seriously the best! She was beyond amazing. Super friendly, super fun, She made the whole experience awesome! Shes very knowledgeable and answered all my crazy questions. She and Cassie answered all billing questions and explained everything. 11/10 Rockstar staff![About the Doctor] I met with Dr. Chris. Dr. Chris is everything youd want in an eye doctor. He clearly knows what hes doing. He super nice and explains EVERYTHING. I have astigmatism. I was always self-conscious about it. My previous doctor would make me feel uneasy about having astigmatism and not having 20/20 vision. Dr. Chris was the complete opposite about it. He treated me like I had 20/20 vision. He explained astigmatism to me (very normal thing to have). He answered all my questions about it. Dr. Chris was just amazing! The whole staff is amazing! I GENUINELY had a great experience.[About the follow up/picking up your glasses] They kept me up-to-date about the progress of my glasses. I got a text update when they arrived. I picked them up curbside (dont worry they check to see if your glasses fit). My glasses came in the cutest little bag!! In the bag they gave me glasses cleaning cloth, glasses cleaning spray, and CHOCOLATE. See pictures. What I love is that my glasses case was customized. It had the cutest little saying. 20/10 recommend Battle Born Eye Care!!

Both my son and I go to Dr. Chris Nannini at Battle Born is he is great! I have some specific eye issues and he is able to set up my prescription perfectly!! He also really helped my son to get the right lenses to help relieve eye strain and headaches. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I got glasses last year and sunnies this year. I’ve nearly spent my entire career in the eye care industry and have been in many practices. I noticed immediately that this one is very different than the norm. Personal, thorough, knowledgeable and relaxed are the best words I can think of to describe them. Ive been going to Dr. Chris Nannini since 2018. He and his staff are so personable and informative! During my most recent visit, Dr. Chris made a great recommendation on switching my daily contact lens to a brand that was much more comfortable. He also recommended me to try Neurolens because Ive been complaining of tired, dry eyes and stiff neck/headache at the end of the work day. Ive found significant relief because of his recommendation. I also LOVE that I can text the clinic whenever I need refills for contact lens. So convenient.

I woke up with an incredibly irritated right eye. I guess I somehow lightly scratched my cornea. I was in pain, my eye was red and watery and Battle Born fit me into their busy schedule later that afternoon. Dr. Nannini took lots of time with me, gave me a prescription for drops and then scheduled a follow up with me a week later. I never felt like I was getting rushed service, since I didnt have an appointment.Battleborn Eyecare and Dr. Nannini are the best!

I have a tricky contact lens prescription, and had been recommended to Battle Born by a friend who also has an unusual prescription. Dr. Nannini takes a lot of time answering your questions and making you feel comfortable. Also the two ladies at the front desk, Isa and Victoria, were super friendly and helpful. I bought my glasses here 10 months ago from a prescription I got from my last Optometrist. All this time I have gone in at odd times to have my glasses checked, readjusted (because I have a dog who head-butts) and cleaned just to see how things look and to have an opportunity to work with staff before actually picking a doctor and committing to a business just because it is so incredibly conveniently located right by my home! WELL! Id love to share that yesterday was my first complete exam with Dr. Christopher Nannini! He told me everything he was doing, he let me ask questions and he explained what everything meant. His patience was wonderful! The office in back was as clean and organized as it is out front. The doctor was as kind and knowledgable as Victoria is at the front desk! She had my numbers together with insurance included for me when I was finished. Ive never had an office run the prescription on my current glasses (that I didnt purchase from Battle Born) in order to determine if I actually needed a new pair of glasses, which Dr. Nannini informed me that I did not. Great practice. And Victoria is amazing. She let me know that I had a contact lens benefit, so I was able to get 6 months worth of contact lenses for $0 out of pocket. My husband & I are both dentists & as such take very seriously our choices for medical care for ourselves & our children. We find Dr. Nannini to be very thorough & accurate in his diagnoses. Also, he .makes practical recommendations rather than trying to upsell products & services (additional visits, etc.) in order to well... be practical! His advice is well communicated, warm & genuine.
