I have not taken my car yet. However, next Tuesday I will drop-off for a minor repair. What I like about this place is the turn around finding a solution and the part needed for my repair. Kim also shared a tip . He what to do until the part arrives. So far it is a great experience, specially because I just moved to Reno from South Florida .

Great place, no pun, but honest engines. Hines and Carlos work on all of our vehicles (six.) They are excellent diagnosticians, stand behind their work and parts, very reasonable rates, timely, friendly and above all honest. Kim is a doll to greet you and great about keeping you posted on whats going on. Havent found service like this in the area and have been here 13 years now. Awesome people, awesome service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ripped off my friend. Doubled his estimated price and I have since seen evidence of their sloppy workmanship bolts lose or missing and sealsLeaking that where supposed to be new.Drive by and look at the shop, just by the look of deferred maintenance and the disarray of the shopYou should know better.I would let my neighbor work on my car in his home garage before trusting this shop.

First took my car there over 10 years ago when I needed a quick shock absorber change. It took less than 30 minutes and for a much lower price than a large chain store had quoted. Since then Ive been taking all my business, from oil changes, to smog checks and engine work there and have never been disappointed--- they specialize in quality repairs at good prices and by nice guys that have been there for years. My wife, 2 kids and many friends have the same experience. and its nice to deal with the owner, Heinz, rather than some kid that wont be there next time you need work or have a problem. Im a licensed aircraft mechanic, retired after over 30 years with major airlines. If I was younger Id still be doing my own maintenance. I know quality work and thats why I highly recommend Monkey Wrench.

I started having some issues with the brakes (like some grabbing and noise), so I took it back to them. Turned out the parts were bad, so they re-did the whole job (all 4 wheels), turning the drums & rotors & everything - all under warranty! Very trustworthy business & mechanic.

Knows what hes talking about. Stand up guy and fairly priced. Anyone with a jeep should go to him.

This place may be a little hole in the wall shop, a little on the dingey side, and a little hard to find without GPS, but I will never take my car to another shop. Their customer service stands true to the small business they are.
