I have had my Toyota repaired there two times now because of people who like to crash into the back of me. Concours fixed it perfectly with no issues both times. They are super knowledgeable, polite, and do the job in the time they say they will. When unforeseen problems arise, they work with the customer and proceed to satisfaction well. I really appreciate the way they go above and beyond to satisfy me. This body shop is on the major insurance list and nationally certified. All work comes with a written warranty certificate. I was unfortunately rear-ended this year, my Lexus ES350 had damage on the rear bumper, tail lights and other areas including a some sensors. Concours body shop did an excellent job with the repairs and it looked and felt like new. They also had a very friendly staff that made multiple calls and emails to ensure everything was on track. I had an issue with my rear sub speaker after the accident and they ensured that this was fixed as well. Great team and great service. I hope not to get in any accidents but if I do, I know where to go.

I had Concours replace and paint my front and back bumpers on my STi. The pearl white was perfectly matched, no orange peel texture. They also cleaned my interior while they were at it. I couldnt be happier with the money I spent.

It was my first time needing a Body Shop in Reno, so I was pretty concerned at first on who to pick, but Im glad I picked Concours. My Truck looks brand new again, had an issues with a part they installed a few days after pickup, but they did me right, they went out of there way to make sure I was happy, they installed a new part and everything is perfect now. I will be a return customer if Im ever in the need for body work in the future, I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are the best! I brought my vehicle in because of a fender bender and my right front headlight was all messed up. I got my baby back faster than expected and it was like nothing ever happened to begin with! Everyone was courteous and friendly. They really know how to treat their customers. Id recommend them 10/10.

Work was good. 4Runner was in shop for most of Oct, ridiculously long, however, it appeared to be an issue with receiving parts. Mechanics arent the best at keeping customer advised, however, I dont worry about the small stuff since they do good work & I called them for updates. The work was good -body panel replacement, damaged suspension and wheel. Was properly aligned, lights were properly adjusted. Long wait for parts during COVID probably not their fault. Yes, would recommend. .

They were a great help to steer me through what it will take to complete the repairs on my truck from someone backing into my door. From what parts and labor are needed, how long it will be to get the parts, when to drop it off, estimated time it will take for the repairs, and arranging for a car rental. Also, they do not mind taking it over to a car detail shop for me when it is done so it can be detailed in and out and I live out if the area. Thank you very much.

Heather and her team instantly make you feel like family. They ordered my parts the day I came in to have them look at my vehicle. I was notified as soon as the parts came in. They had my vehicle for a minimal amount of time and returned it looking brand new! I cant thank them enough. My car was clean and had been disinfected. Thank you all for an amazing job. Concours Body Shop came highly recommended by a couple of well-respected guys in the sales business. Their recommendation did not disappoint. Heather and the guys are fantastic and very professional. Some lowlife backed into my vehicle at CVS and left. I did not leave a note or anything. I went to see Heather and the guys, they assessed the damage and gave me a quote, as well as a time frame to get it done. After negotiations with my insurance company, the appointment was set, and I dropped my vehicle off. During the whole duration, Heather or a staff member kept me posted on the progress of the job. After the gig, Concours was on schedule and completed the job. When I picked it my vehicle, it looked as good as it did the first day I bought it. Concours washed and sanitized my vehicle as well. All work came with a warranty which they give me paperwork for. I am grateful and delighted with Concours work. I would recommend them if a person asks me about getting any bodywork done.

After getting rear-ended, the insurance sent me here for repairs. When I went in for an estimate, Jace was quick to get me an estimate and a date to bring the car in for drop off. They had my car a week and even with a holiday approaching they were able to get it back to me before the holiday! Everyone here is nice and helpful and I would recommend them for any repairs.

This shop by far is the best in Reno! I never had to call to figure out the status of my vehicle. They called with timely updates, they did a beautiful job fixing my Charger. This company does excellent work. My Challenger RT sustained a major quarter panel and a little passenger door dent. Concours went to bat for me with my own insurance company regarding replacing the quarter panel due to the extensive damage. I highly recommend this company.

If you had your car fixed here take it to an actual reputable ship like elite customs or coach craft and have them put it on a frame rack they will let you see the frame rack test and five you information unlike concours. When you get your car back even though it looks perfect to the eye it could be terribly wrong. They fixed my car never put it on a frame rack car came out crooked when another shop looked at it. These guys just want money and will fix your car as cheap as possible. Their welds work was garbage did not even penetrate and the way they apply sealant and pinch welds lets you know they dont care about workmanship. If you fell into their scamming tricks I recommend you get your car checked by another shop and call your insurance if something is wrong. Gill is the most unprofessional man Ive met. He wont admit his faults and get you taken care of if it was his fault he will call your insurance cheap. Luckily my cheap insurance is exactly who made them fix it right. Avoid this shop at costs. They also charged me for an alignment and never performed one. They work with a variance in their body work where a good shop will make sure your car leaves better than preaccident. These guys dont care will take a month just to do a terrible color match and unleashed work. The more time you spend measuring is time saved on actual repair. Not sure at all why an insurance would recommend this shop.

I cannot believe the lack of service Ive experienced here from the second I walked in. Bryce This guy was so rude and short with me. I can believe I am being treated like this. Im just going v to say it terrible service!!!! Dont go here go anywhere but here if you want to be treated decently and want HONEST work done on your car.

My car has been at their shop for 2 months and is still not fixed. I’ve been given four different time frames when I car would be fixed and it has been extended 3 weeks out and probably will go longer. The employees have told me different information about the status. One day it’s in paint and will be ready in two days and two days later it’s in paint and “the goal” is in a few days. They act like you’re bothering them by calling and lie about what’s going on. Worst customer service. Slow to do repairs. Insurance issued check more than a month ago and they try to blame it on insurance company. Hopefully the work is worth the wait because this experience has been beyond frustrating.

Gil, please FIRE BRYCE. If you bring your car here and get Bryce, ask for someone else! As an owner, Gil is a wonderful, understanding person and in the end, paint and body do a wonderful job. But, Bryce in the office needs to go and looking at other reviews, Im not the only one who thinks so. Hes rude, unprofessional, cocky and does NOT keep in touch with his customers. When confronted, he said it wasnt his job to contact his clients and blamed some lady on the office. For the people that are at the mercy of having to pay for a rental car daily, I would have just taken my car back, waited for parts to come in and THEN brought my car in for repairs but instead my car sat for weeks because of Bryces inability to communicate.

Rick Z. was incredibly rude to my wife. He was sexist, condescending, and very short with her. Once she finally made it through his man-splaining, they werent even able to do the work for another month.Her family has been using Concours for years. As you can see in the other reviews, theyve obviously undergone some kind of change in management that has caused their service to take a dramatic decline.

Vary good work and on time and clean when you pick up the car

We have been going to Concours for 15 years or more. Even though its more expensive, we thought it was good quality work and great people. Taking every accident (4 kids) into Gils for repair. And its been a considerable amount. My youngest son, who is a trained mechanic, took his 2011 Subaru in after an accident 2 years ago. It was never aligned properly and the tires were ruined after a few months. They did not take responsibility for this. The same thing happened again. This time my son went over the whole car. It had to be kept longer because the hood wasnt lined up properly. We came back a few days later. He expressed his concern about the allignment, because he had slid on ice into an iron gate. We were assured by Mark Leonard, a shop manager, that he would guarantee proper allignment. He told us to take the car and if anything went wrong to bring it back and he would personally take care of it to make it right. Well, a month later and the belts are showing through on the front tires. Gil refused to take responsibility for any of it.He said hes not in the business of replacing ties. He said my son must have hit a pothole on the drive to Truckee. There are no potholes; I drive that stretch 3x a week. Service and quality of work has gone downhill extensively in the past few years. I also had to pay over $600 for my truck front bumper be refinished, because all of the paint chipped off after a few years. This bumper had been replaced by Concours after a previous accident. They chose the bumper, I later found out it was plastic. I will never go back, nor will I recommend them to any one. It used to be a great place to take our cars, but now, sadly, there is no accountability, even to long standing loyal customers.

I took my truck here around February, 2500 Duramax, to get my front end fixed, was in a minor accident. The mechanic used channel locks on my tire rodes, then gave it back to me saying they fixed it, drove it for a few days and it was still not fixed, I took it back and then gave me an outrageous estimate, so I went with it and then they said they fixed it once again, there was still some play in my steering wheel, and now here I am balrey 2 months later getting told my pitman arm and tire rods have play in it and are going bad and need to get it changed, that’s what these guys changed and didn’t do a good job 👏 thanks now I’m spend pretty much what I paid y’all to get fix it to get it REFIXED now again!

I honestly wish I could give them 0/5 stars. I have used this autobody shop in the past, and have been extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. That has, unfortunately, gone out the window. Gil, the owner, has always been great and gone above and beyond for his customers. Chris is awkward and gives off a vibe that he could care less about anyone which was proven today when he stated to me that he wished I had taken my car to a different shop. Me too, buddy, me too. I took my 2016 Subaru STi to them after being rear ended. The only damage was to the back bumper in the middle under the license plate. After speaking with them I was assured color matching would not be an issue (it is btw) and they would do the best they could to fix it. I have some after market parts on my vehicle which were never addressed and the shop never asked for info on them or for me to take them off or anything, so I was under the impression they could handle it. Pretty simple stuff; mud flaps and rear spats. I dropped my car off on Tuesday October 25th in the morning. I was told it would be done that Friday, but I couldnt pick it up until Monday. I went in on Monday to pick up my car only to immediately notice the right rear spat was barely stuck on to the car. Then I noticed the mud flaps were reinstalled incorrectly. The clear plastic (clear bra) which goes by the trunk was not placed on the car. When they attempted to fix the right rear spat they used a chemical that stripped the plasti dip that I had sprayed onto the piece off. They decided to keep the car overnight to fix said issues. The next day I was called to pick up the car, so we head on down. The rear spats were reattached to the car with some type of glue adhesive but ok the right side they overdid it so it looked poorly done. It was at the time I noticed a scratch on the brand new bumper cover through the brand new paint job under the left tail light, so I bring it to their attention. Along with the fact that the color match, doesnt quite match (weve been telling them this since Monday, but they dont care...clearly). So with the scratch they say they need to keep it overnight AGAIN to correct. So today I go to pick my vehicle up for the third time, and they simply tried to touch up the scratch. Now, keep in mind that scratch did not exist when I dropped my car off. This is a brand new bumper cover, and has been painted so that shouldnt be there. Gil, the owner, admits fault. Cool, fix it. All the while we are still arguing about color match. Fine. Whatever. Itll never match. Fix the scratch which is your fault, place my clear protector and Im out of here. Both Gil and Chris wanted to continue to argue over the color match because I have insurance headed out to look at it. Yes, the color match is an issue but at this point there are bigger issues such as the inability to fix a scratch in a brand new bumper cover and paint job. Ill deal with paint match, but I will not stand for completely trying to get one over on me with the scratch. Not to mention the horrific customer service and professionalism. I admit I lost my temper today, but this is day 3 of me trying to pick my car up and it not being fixed as they stated it would be. I have pictures throughout this process because none of those guys in there seem to keep their stories straight when going back and forth with me and insurance. If I were you, I wouldnt take your Subaru or any car here for that matter. Besides with Chris telling me he wished I had taken my car somewhere else, it looks like they dont want your business anyway. Look elsewhere.
