Coach Craft is great! I had a big crunch on the side of my beloved Nissan Xterra. After they finished the repairs it looked absolutely perfect. They were professional and friendly. I will absolutely use Coach Craft again!

I was extremely satisfied with Coach Craft in repairing body damage to my Tesla. They were professional, friendly, and fixed it up great. The repair was completed on time. Happy with selecting these guys, hopefully I dont need body repair anytime soon, but if I do Ill be coming back.

They did such a good job repairing my Subaru! I highly recommend using this body shop. There was a lengthy wait for my car to be done but they do suck amazing work theyre always pretty busy. The repairs were to the passenger side front but they did a full detail to the inside when they were done! 5*s!!!

My husband and I had top notch service from Katie and the team on two occasions. Theyre professional, timely, and provide quality service. They went above and beyond what no other shop would do when we were experiencing a family medical emergency and were very accommodating. Their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.

My hood wont stay open. Im thinking they replaced my working and functional hood shock from the damaged hood with the shock that came from the replacement (likely used) sourced hood which came with a busted hood shock. Not impressed. I wish I had popped the hood when I picked up the car, but no one walked me through an inspection and approval of the final work when I signed for the keys. They just handed me the keys and said your car is parked over there. Not very professional IMO.

This place is AMAZING! They are kind, honest and caring! I went to them a few years ago and they did some body work and painted my BMW X5 and oh my goodness it was so beautiful and the paint stayed beautiful for years! The day i sold my BMW the paint still looked fresh like it just came out of the paint shop! This place knows how to do quality work! I will be taking my Truck into them to get it painted shortly! I took my 2004 Prius into the shop - it had been rear-ended and side swiped. It was horrible to look at but was structurally OK. Rick was very straight forward, he did not treat me as a dumb woman as many shops do when they see a single woman come in. He was very clear in his estimate, his workers are very polite, the shop is spotless. Attention to detail shows at every level. I lived out of the area, so he sent me photos everyday so I could see the process. He was thorough, meticulous, kind and I recommend him highly.

Super friendly staff who helped me out in an emergency - a can of paint was accidentally splattered on the outside of my car and even got in the inside through an open window! I rushed to the closest shop and Im so glad it was Coach Craft. The team greeted me as I pulled up, I hurriedly explained what had happened and they immediately jumped into action and in thirty minutes had my car looking like new. Total lifesaver!

These guys seemed very helpful and I was looking forward to doing business, but they never called back with a quote so I went to somewhere else.

The staff at Coach Craft is amazing. They took care of my truck that had some front end damage from hitting an animal. I took it back a few months later for some scratches from some roof shingles, and they removed the scratches within 40 minutes of me pulling into the lot. Shane and the crew are the epitome of what great customer service stands for - Cant say enough about them.

After having a long and frustrating wait, I finally got a good Adjuster who gave me a list of body repair shops around the reno/sparks area. I spoke with a few shops and found out the wait times were long... months long. So I called COACH CRAFT and spoke with Cory Whitaker. He was so professional and the shop was clean with a beautiful fish tank and smiling faces. He got me in due to the company finishing up some cars sooner then expected. He also called and had the rental car company come pick me up. Later, when I picked up my car, i was shocked at how great it looked. You could never tell that it had been T-boned at ALL. IT WAS DETAILED AND CLEAN- inside and out... wheeles shining. In fact they fixed some small things that had come unclipped under the seat that I had been trying to do on my own, I hadnt told them about it at all. I got my car back sooo fast- 2wks fast!... THANK YOU CORY AND COACH CRAFT! IT WAS A BLESSING TO FIND YALL!

They are good stand-up people and very helpful! My car got destroyed by snow chains and someone from the team helped me remove the chains even though I couldnt get the rest of the car fixed there.

They wasted my time 1 week. They said they cant find part for a 04 excursion, try car-parts. com. The next shop found all the parts required in CA in 3 hours. The service guy was a DH when I called after a week to see what the hold up was on the estimate.
