I was in a fairly damaging accident that took a long time to resolve — the process was very stressful up until I took my car to Lithia Subaru Body & Paint. Larry immediately took care of me and my car; his customer service (along with everyone else I spoke to) was exceptional and he was always very kind, attentive, and willing to help if we had any questions or concerns. When I received my car back there was a slight snag, and even then Larry helped to fix it the same day and we received it back as good as new. My car looks like it did before the accident and drives just as well, and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. I cannot recommend them enough.

Took my car here for body repairs after an accident and they did a fantastic job. I’m sad to see their overall negative score because their poor reviews appear to all be old, I suspect with former employees. From the moment I first called them through picking up my car, they were friendly, communicative, timely, professional, etc etc. The final product looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They even fixed an extra door ding free of charge. They also worked directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would recommend them and would definitely bring my car back here again.

This company is a “preferred” shop for my insurance company. As they are a Jeep dealer we decided to use them for our Jeep repair. Tony, had us wait a week to ensure they would have a needed part that they would have to order. When we arrived the next week, Tony reviewed the work to be done. Then sent us on our way saying the work would be completed in time for my wife to drive it to work. After my wife had to get a ride to work, I contacted Tony. He stated that the car was in the paint shop and would be ready to be picked up the next day. I asked if ALL the work was completed and he said yes then I detailed what the work to be completed was and he said well, we’re waiting for a part to complete the second part of the repair.1) why did you not tell us the part we were waiting for had not come in for the repair?We went and picked up the car and he said he would call us as soon as the part came in so we could make arrangements to return for the rest of the repair.After a week, I called Tony back. He informed me that the part came in almost a week prior.2) why did you not call to tell us the part came in?So he wanted to set up a time for us to finish the repair....BUT we couldn’t have it done for a week because....he was going out of town.3) was he the person doing the work?4) if you were going out of town was there nobody available to manage you job?I called my insurance to explain what had transpired with their “preferred” shop.I then got a call from Tony stating they would get the job started on a specific date and time and would have a rental car available for my wife because of all the issues.5) i asked about a rental car prior and was told they don’t offer that?We arrive on the date on time, no rental car. Waited over a half an hour to be told there wouldn’t be a rental because they were closed....(they closed 6 hours after this point). I asked if that meant we weren’t doing the repair today then and he said yes.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TONY. I have no opinion of the other personnel but this guy should not handle any customer service.

I worked with Larry over at Lithia Auto Body. I would definitely return for any body damage to my vehicle. They did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. My car looks just like it did before it was hit. I’m very pleased with how it looks and the painless process to get it fixed. Thank you Lithia and Larry!

I am not sure where these people with negative reviews had their cars repaired ? Obviously not at Lithia. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Unfortunately, my family has needed 4 repairs in the last 5 years and all went perfectly. I have posted my reviews of this shop after repairs on the site that requires a confirmation that the repair was performed by this shop. Their ratings there are great!Very different than the ratings here?

Best service I have gotten. The work on my rear bumper is impeccable. Not only was the work done to my car amazing but so was the service. Everyone was friendly and returned calls within a few hours. It was a great surprise to see how well they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Absolutely the best body work I have had to get done. Jim was a please to work with.

I am not at all happy with the service at Lithia Body & Paint, and based on my personal experience with this business I would strongly recommend having repairs done elsewhere.My Subaru was returned to me in mid-January following rear-end repairs that were started mid-December. I will be returning it for a third time for repairs to the exterior electrical system, which I had not had issues with before taking my car to this shop. Furthermore, the tailgate has repeatedly come crashing down onto my skull with the most recent incident resulting in the need for dental care when it smashed my face into hard luggage that I was loading. As with the electrical system, I had never had issues with the tailgate prior to the crash repairs. I contacted the shop three days ago in order to bring the car in again after being followed home by a stranger who let me know that my rear lights are all out, and as usual I have not heard back from anyone at Lithia. It is completely infuriating.Like many people I do not have the time to repeatedly deal with such unreliable work, particularly that which costs me both my safety on the road and my personal health. I would urge you to consider all reviews of this shop and ensure you are not dismissing the negative ones as I had unfortunately done. Not only have there been repair issues, but they also managed to screw up the deductible. The entire experience has been a nightmare. I was open to utilizing a shop within my insurers Guaranteed Network, and the cost to me in doing so has definitely outpaced any possible benefit.

I found Lithia body & paint to be a complete disaster. One disappointment after another. Rude, inappropriate, dishonest, and unsatisfying. Gave me a new painted tailgate that wont close at all without having to totally slamming it shut. Isnt even close to correct and refused to make right and was told to never darken their doorway again. To take the tailgate as is and assume the position. Bad, disrespectful, ugly people. Except for Tommys clerk. She is actually charming.

Lithia body and paint has taken care of my STI twice now. Both times I was quoted with more than fair prices. The first time they told me it would take 2 weeks and it was done and ready after a week. Typhanie kept me up to date with the progress of the work. I would recommend Lithia Body and paint 10 times over and over.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the service that was provided by Larry and the team over at Lithia. I bought my new car and a month later was in an accident. They took care of everything. I hopefully will never need them again but if I do you can be sure I will bring my vehicle back to them.

I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday, had an appointment for body work to be done. Waited a week for repairs, nothing was done because they under quoted repair time waited another week for work to be performed, keep in mind this was just a door panel to be done and was told it would only take 3 days. After i picked up my vehicle i found dirt underneath clear coat, and there was STILL a dent in the same location. They also hand washed my car which was nice of them, until you see the scratches left on my hood. Along with over spray on my windshield. Ive called several times to speak with someone and havent received a call back from anyone. Keep in mind this vehicle is a 2020 Subaru WRX with under 1,000 miles.

They did a great job at fixing my rear bumper. Although I had to keep my car here for two weeks (due to the person liable for the damage to my cars insurance), they took great care of it and kept in touch with my. I was a little worried about the length of time my car was there due to the reviews left by others, but Larry, Jeff, and the rest of the lithia team did a lovely job. Thank you!

I took my car here to get the bumper replaced. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of work for the bumper thus far. However, when getting into my car I noticed that they broke my armrest, they stole the change I had in my cup holder, and also several items are now missing from my vehicle.I will update this review after they attempt to fix my arm rest.

Someone who works here stole my prescription sun glasses, and all the quarters from my coin holder. While I understand that Im liable for whatever was left in the car while they worked on it, my problem isnt necessarily that there is nothing they can do about my missing glasses.My problem is with how it was handled after the fact. I was told theyd speak with their staff and call me back. They never did. I called and left voicemail on the reps vm that was working with me, as well as their general voicemail requesting a call back. Just something to acknowledge what happened is all Im looking for. Its been 2 weeks, and Ive placed 4 calls to them just asking if they were able to find them, and have yet to be called back.Youd think a company who hold on to peoples property for sometimes weeks at a time, would be interested that they have a thief working for them.Ive done all my body work here in the past, as well as all my maintenance at their service department next door.....but unfortunately wont be coming back.

Was told my car bumper was going to be painted all over again from an accident lithia kept my car for two days turns out I look at my car bumper again and just looks like they took off the clear coat and re sprayed it. Larry lied about it being painted all over not only that but he never returned my phone calls. Very dissatisfied with this job LAZY workers very inconvenient. I’m not going back. Now the insurance needs to refer me to another body shop to get the job done right WITH NO SCRATCHES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to get paint done. If I wanted to keep the remaining scratches I would have buffed it myself instead of the cost they charged 500+ . Waste of TIME !!!

They were GREAT and my car looks like new!!! They had it for just about 2 weeks for some damage to my back bumper and Im so glad they did the work!! They found some under-bumper damage and fixed that as well! Im so please and so thankful. Great job, guys!!

I went to get an estimate. Was not planning on committing to using them. Worker told me if I left my car with him that day (Saturday), he will start working on it right away and it will be done by Friday the latest. Left my car there, called Monday to see how it was going and manager told me it wont be done for a few weeks and he doesnt know why the worker promised it would be done sooner. I asked to pick it up and he agreed. When i got to the shop, no one was there and my keys were locked in the car. Finally got back in touch with workers and they called towing company to open my car.

They dont even deserve 1 star. They had my nieces truck for over a month. Simple repair and they would order the wrong part, or the wrong part was received, or the USED part they received was not in good shape so they had to find another part. Once we got the truck back, it still was not fixed! She locked the doors and when she tried to get back in the truck, the alarm went off! No apologies for taking so long, no empathy for the mistakes they made, they could have cared less when we picked up the truck. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and the insurance company is going to get an ear full as well.

Couldnt manage to make a key for my car correctly, even being a Hyundai

Went there to get a estimate on a minor paint job on my rear bumper and was told I needed a total new bumper that there was all this damage from a minor incident with a pole. The guy Tony is a total scammer and I would never go back her for any reason.

Receptionist was nice on the phone but Larry is not one too return phone calls an get ya set up pointless to call an schedule my jeep hood to get painted

Huge disappointment, I took my 2018 WRX there and they kept it over a month and once I got it back there was literally over spray all over the place and half unfinished work!
