I went to the shop in early December 2020 for a door replacement. Angel would always tell me it would be done in a few days and call me when its done. He would NEVER call. I would call to follow up and it was delayed and delayed. So it took about 3 weeks to replace the door. I can forgive that. What I can not forgive was what happened next.When I got the truck back, the inside door panel was missing and the door raddled a lot. So I took it back in January, they did fix the raddling but could not find the interior door panel. They said they would order it, and would call me. So 6 weeks went by no phone call so I went by the shop to ask about it. Angel admitted we was not sure if he ordered it or not. He said he would order right now, and would call me. He never called me. I just went to the ford dealership to get the inside door panel replaced which he lost and would not replace. To me that is terrible service. I paid him to replace a door and I got part of a door, and had to pay some else to complete the job. I gave him 4 months to fix this before I write this review. A complaint will be made to the BBB about this. I hope some people will find this helpful.

The shop manager, Angel, is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their shop to anyone who gets in a little fender bender to more intricate work. I’ve taken two cars through here and got them back in fantastic condition! Looking better than when we bought them.

Amazing people. Incredibly went out of their way to help me out before ev n getting an estimate. Truck was at the tow yard after an accident. After only 4 days the bell was over $600! The Body Shop told me to bring it over and I could leave it there free of charge even if I ended up going with a different collision center which I will not be!! Will update after repairs.

The. Best. They took care of my sons car. Excellent work. Excellent price. Excellent service. Excellent people. This was the first shop we stopped at and it will be the last. Fair and professional.

This time my husbands two year old impreza is in the shop...has been for some time ...the communication is not that great! My husband was told the car would be ready today, then I called, the car wont be ready till next wed. 🙄... thats a big difference... Meanwhile... Weve been doing the phone tag with Angel.

The owner I talked to was super friendly and helpful I needed to get in and out quickly with a completed inspection and get back to the DMV the guy was prompt and even gave me some tips on filling out the forms. Great place!

I have brought my Honda SUV in and I just got my brand new SUV Lexus out of shop....Angel gives great service...😊👍

I have used The Body Shop a few times now for my repair work. Jeff is always very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He has helped me navigate the hurdles of insurance and completes the work in a timely manner. I would recommend The Body Shop without hesitation and thank them for their great work!

Great customer service, always kept me in the loop. They even dropped my car off at my job when it was finished. I was worried about the paint being a different shade but they got it spot on. I went to Adecco first and got quoted just over 1000, and without mentioning anything The Body Shop quoted me at just over 800. Great place

I got dinged by someone who was backing out of a parking spot, and The Body Shop of Reno Sparks was recommended by the insurance company. I followed through with them and everything worked out to our advantage. There was not much time lost before the job was done and the workmanship was good. They also guarantee the work and followed up after which was good.

Awesome place and great people they do great work

Weve been using The Body Shop, Inc. a couple of times. Theyve been very prompt when they say that the cars going to be ready. No ifs, ands or questions. We live an hour and a half away from them, so when we make an appointment with them, we know everything looks good, which makes everything that much better. We were just looking around for a body shop when we went down and talked to The Body Shop, Inc. We liked the way they treated us, and we decided to have our car repaired there!
