This place is great! After I had gotten rear-ended I brought my car here and Im glad that I did. They are very professional and responded in a timely manner. I was out of town when my car was finished being repaired and when I came back they even picked me up from the airport to bring me to my car! Will definitely go back in the future.

I didnt have to pay out of pocket for my specific accident but the prices didnt seem outrageous if I had to. Very friendly, and helpful office staff that will guide you in the right direction if you need a rental through the insurance handling your claim.The car was clearly professionally repaired and well taken care of. They fixed my car

I am absolutely thrilled by the service I received at this location! I had major body work done on my car in February at one of their locations in California, and was very happy with the service I received. I live in Reno and recently came across some issues with the alignment, so I called their location here to take a look. Mark personally took care of my car from day 1, including driving it to the other Reno location to get the work done, making sure that I only have to be in contact with one person regarding my car. The work was done quickly & efficiently, and I had it back the next day. He informed me about the details of the work and remained in contact with all the updates. Overall, the service was genuine & of highest quality, I highly recommend this shop!

We took my daughters car to Caliber Collision for body work repair. The work was done well. They communicated with us throughout the repair keeping us informed of the status of the car. The only drawback to the experience was the estimate was one week and the total time ended up 2 1/2 weeks. They did repair more than was originally found in the estimate. I would recommend them as a quality repair shop.

They overcharge for the work they do and take to many shortcuts to to profit more money and use second hand parts to repair the vehicle and the painting is done poorly they leave way to many little details undone. I will never go back to caliber collision for the amount they overcharge the insurance they should do a better job

Floyd and his team were so awesome! I took my car in for my bumper that was damaged and they made it so easy from start to finish. They even got my car done earlier than they originally quoted me. My son dodged a deer and put my Ford Mustang through a barbed wire fence. Needless to say the whole passenger side needs to be repainted. I called and spoke to a Brock and asked if they could get me a quote for the work. He was quick in responding to my request and the price was very reasonable. Body work on my car

They do good work, however, they NEVER deliver the car when they say they will. Initially they tell you a reasonable time and then ALWAYS find more damage than the original estimate to the insurance company. That adds completion delay and then more time and more time. I would seek repairs somewhere else.

They kept me updated on my car every step of the way. I got a call twice a week to let me know how it was going. Once I got my car back, though, I ended up bringing it back in the next day because my tail light and trunk hadnt been aligned quite right when they were fixing it. They put me in a rental car and fixed it for free, so that was good. But I was disappointed that they would even give it to me the first time without noticing their mistakes. They were very nice about it, though. Based on my experience, I would use them again.

Awesome My mom was in an accident and needed to have her car repaired and was very stressed out about not having a vehicle and how she would pick her car up and how she would get home after dropping it off. One of the employees Lindsey gave my mom a ride in her own vehicle and dropped her car off at her house after it was done! That took sooo much stress off of my mom. Cant tell you how thankful we are for this shop and the great people who work there!!

My boyfriend took his vehicle to this shop I wouldn’t trust caliber Collision with my razor scooter. The fact that things were stolen installed into the vehicle disgusts me. We had pictures of the stuff even from the insurance company had pictures with the car in there possession. We have receipts they don’t know who took it at the shop. The only information we were given was a tech reinstalled everything false. Do not bring your vehicle here they are untrustworthy. It’s about making things Wright no matter what happened. We would like the money for the sound system that was taken bottom line.

This one man in particular who inspected the damage on my vehicle: he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about.. Was very nice and actually quoted the work correct, UNLIKE JAF BROS, who underestimated AND attempted to only spot paint the bumper... I highly reccoment Caliber Collision, THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST! !!

If I could give randy and this company 0 stars I would they are so rude so misconstrued and backwards it’s ridiculous they had my car in the shop a month I went to pick it up and it was obvious one of the mechanics dropped a tool on the side of my door because it was dinged and scratched my he same day I pulled out of the shop I had a screw on each of my back tires. When I picked up my car they told me the deductible had already been taken care of and now 3 months later called me saying I owe the deductible and I better figure it out. Don’t let your insurance company send u to this place. U will have more problems than when u went in and they will screw u over down the line

I have a USAA claim I keep trying to schedule an estimate but they fail to schedule it multiple times now. If you can even shedule a estimate my repair will take how long?

My roommate and I were sent here for an estimate after getting rear ended. We sat in the lobby for ten minutes without either of the women at the front desk acknowledging us, before someone from the back finally came out and asked if he could help us instead. He then proceeded to disappear for another ten minutes, before another man finally came out and offered to ask us. I’m only giving them two stars because of the man who accessed our vehicle because he was very friendly and helpful, but aside from him, the rest of the staff was unhelpful and very rude. I understand that people have busy schedules, but allowing us to wait for nearly twenty minutes without even acknowledging us was very off putting.During our visit, they also took it upon themselves to speak poorly about an elderly customer right in front of us, which was both unprofessional and outright atrocious. I’m honestly shocked by how poor the service here is. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
