Were driving to Seattle from Los Angeles. While we were driving down the mountain from lake Tahoe our car suddenly and strongly smelled of gas in the cabin so we found the closest Mercedes dealership.We arrived around noon and they were backed up because of the covid nonsense so we werent sure if wed waste our vacation there waiting for the car to be repaired since they didnt have any loaner cars available.But theyre so awesome they pushed our car through in a few hours they had fixed the fuel line leak and now were on our way to Seattle again!These guys rock! I recommend this service center 💯

Grecia our service advisor was fantastic! She was professional and efficient. She had a loaner car waiting for us and she even turned the heated seats on for us. We had our first basic service done within an hour and half and our car was even washed! Very outstanding customer service. Thank you Grecia and the staff who worked on our car.

I worked with Eric Hjertquist over the phone and through email to look at my options for getting out of my lease and into something more reasonable for my needs. I live in Fremont California and after many emails and texts with Eric. I decided to make the 4 hour drive to Reno to make it happen. I had tried working with multiple dealers in San Jose and found that they lacked the knowledge, integrity and personal service I received from Eric over the phone. When I arrived at the dealer I walked in and they had my car ready for me on the showroom floor. Everyone I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful.. Nick was great and very professional he walked me through how to use my car and all the cool Features. Tucker was also helpful and very patient with all my questions on the financing etc.I would make that drive again in a heartbeat to work with such a professional no pressure type buying experience. In all my years of buying cars Ive never had such a great experience as I had at Mercedes Reno!

Sadly the service here has gone down hill.We were in at 8am for a oil change . We didnt receive our car until 11:00 and they didnt wash it like they used to. We were told by the service writer that they no longer give out loaner cars.Waiting in a crowded waiting room for 3 hours with a mask on was miserable.
