I have used this service center 3 times, 3 different cars (small repair work each time). Each time they were very fair and work quickly. Recently I took a car that my daughter backed into a trailer in for a quote. I didnt want to go through insurance (the trailer was not damaged) and they said they could fix the dents for me for $2,500 and it would take 10 days. I went to Liberty Collision and they said it would be a $10,000 dollar repair and take a month and I would need to go through insurance! I about died at that quote. Well, I went with Bill Pierce Collision and it was fixed beautifully in 6 days! They saved me a lot of time and money. I appreciate their expertise and that they fixed it instead of replacing it! Liberty said it had to be replaced. One small dent was going to cost me half the price of the car with Liberty. That was ridiculous. Thank you Bill Pierce for being fair and experts! I would never go anywhere else. Communication with them was top notch too!
Completely unprofessional, they gave me a quote and an estimated time to which it would take to find the part for my car, but never receive a call back, it’s been two months already. I had called to follow up if they had obtained the part after some time had passed and was notified they could not find it but would call back, still no call. I was assured they would do the job and was utterly disappointed, they didn’t even have the decency to call and say they couldn’t obtain the part.
Sharlene immediately analyzed the issue and had my car fixed on the spot! It was much less of a problem than I had thought.
Was recommended to get my car fixed here. excellent customer service and honest people. highly recommend to anyone.
Horrible customer service and their repair turnaround when from 10 days to 30 days due to constant screw-ups by their repair crew. The adjustors they have there are a joke. They tried to return my car two times; once with cracked headlights and the second time with a golf ball size hole that they missed during the repairs. Lastly they constantly ordered the wrong parts and I had to further wait for my car.
Very efficient staff
Minor collision work done on my Honda. Workmanship done well. Office help even better!
Wow. Excellent Excellent Excellent! If you go anywhere to have any collision repair this is the place. My CLK 230 Cabriolet looks brand new. The customer service from Sharlene Walcott, Kim Oliver, and Carmen Campbell was sensational. I highly recommend this place! The only gripe I have is a referral to Sierra Wheel Repair with Roger whom came down to Bill Pearce to look at my wheels. I agreed to all terms we set in place to have wheel repairs while in the shop. He never did it, lied, and never called me back. Dont use him! Other than that thank you Bill Pearce! Posted google as well!
Made a claim went through my insurance this is the place they suggested went to pick up my car- they hadnt put the bumper on right it was sloppy at best and they put a beautiful 2-inch scratch/dent on my driver side door that wasnt there prior to bringing it into their shop. Theyve been telling me for three months now that they dont have a loaner car available...
My vehicle was vandalized by a group of people. The windows and the window frames were ruined. There was a dent in the back. I was distraught and was freaking out about what to do. The insruance company gave me a list of places to go and I called Bill Pearce Collision Center first. I wanted to know how to get my car in as fast as possible becuae I was going to be paying for a rental in the meantime.First of all, they told me they were going to take it in right then and there. Second of all, they told me not to worry about paying for a rental because they would let me use their loaner for free.I just picked my car up and I was blown away with the work that was done on it. It literally looked brand new. I am so grateful for the service that was given to me. I would refer them to anyone and everyone that asked me for information. They made a freaked out college girl feel like everything was going to be okay and they would handle everything. They were quick and kept me updated throughout the process. They even called me to tell me about a leak in my radiator that I needed to get fixed. They did not try to puch a new car on me, or rip me off. I will forever use them for any car service that I use.
Terrible customer service. Communication is lacking to say the least. Didnt repair the car correctly and had to take it back in. Same issue happened within days of the second repair. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
They had my car three times longer than estimated, and moreover at the end only finally finished it because I started following up. It also annoyed me that it was only after I paid the deposit to order the parts did they tell me they couldn’t start until several weeks later. That said, the actual work on the car seems fine and the folks who work there were pleasant (besides their dubious time management skills)
I was actually referred to a different shop in town, but they were so backed up that I would not get my car back for 2 months, so instead I decided to use the body shop for the local Porsche dealer. While the car was in the shop I called and asked about fixing a scratch on my drivers side door and asked for a quote. They ended up fixing this scratch for free, of which amazed me. The other body shop wanted to repaint the entire door and rear quarter panel. Honestly, I cannot even tell where the 1/2 scratch was before and they did not paint the entire door and quarter panel - just painted the scratch area. Fantastic job and thank you!
Amazing customer service! Saved a courtesy vehicle for me that accidentally was borrowed and instead of rescheduling my appointment, they ordered a rental car for me! They definitely go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Al & Kim are so, so nice!
They did a great job with my BMW. Sharlene kept me updated on my vehicle, it was finished when I expected. Sharlene and Kim handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. Kim did a great job keeping me updated as well. Overall my experience with the Collision Center was very positive. They made a stressful and frustrating situation very painless and my BMW looks good as new. I highly recommend them. If youre looking for quality work and very friendly employees then this is the place.
Bill Pearce motors and collision is horribly run. They do not communicate with customers and can not meet their own delivery commitments. We damaged the door on our Honda van. Our first appointment was 12/26/18 to evaluate the door. The tech ordered and replaced some damaged parts. Unfortunately the door itself was damaged and would not close right, it had to be replaced. I okayed the estimate told Jeff (our estimator) to order the door and I would make insurance claim. The insurance company accepted the claim and estimate the next day (12/28). I called Jeff on Friday asking for an update on when the van would be ready for pick up the following week. Jeff told me after the door is ordered they should be able to fix the door in a day. I asked Jeff why the door had not been ordered. He did not have an answer. I asked when can they get the door. He said he would get the door ordered but the New Years Day holiday might delay shipping from the Honda Warehouse. Fine I said get the door ordered and call me when it arrives to schedule the repair. I took the van home. Tuesday 1/2/18 I called at about 3pm and asked if the door had arrived. It had! The receptionist asked when do you want to bring it in. “Tomorrow I said” she asked that I bring it as early as I could. On 1/3 I brought my van in at 9:15am and dropped it off. On Friday, I called for an update. I was told the van door had not yet been started and that the repair would take 10-days. I was upset and complained to the manager. My van sat for a week at Bill Pearce with no progress!!! I picked up the van. In hindsight, I should have moved to another body shop. But I rescheduled thinking the manager would straighten out the scheduling issue. I was wrong! On Friday 1/19 I called to verify that the shop would be working on my van and get an estimated completion date. Sharlene my new advisor checked the schedule and said that she thought they could have it completed by 1/26. We will call you if there are problems or things change. I said great see you Monday morning. I delivered the van at 8:15am. I heard nothing from Bill Pearce all week. I called Friday 1/26 at 1:45pm and asked when my van will be ready. The receptionist said “it should be completed Wednesday”. I went ballistic! I arrived at the shop 15 minutes later. No apologies just a belated effort to find me a loaner car. Which I was told Monday that they would not have any. They found one, which in the end I did not use. By 5pm when I was to pick up the loaner car I was so mad, frustrated and disgusted at Bill Pearce I could not go borrow a car from them. I complained bitterly to the manager and owner about their complete lack of communication and “Courtesy” and got zero satisfaction or apologies or anything. In the end my van door was repaired, but the hassle was infuriating. DON’T PATRONIZE Bill Pearce HASSLE HONDA and collision center.
Great service and quality workmanship. Everyone was extremely courteous and communicated with me on a regular basis. My car looks just as beautiful as before!! Thanks you!
Kim kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very professional in a busy office. Our CR-V looks great.
Regarding the body shop: The entire team took excellent care of our car while it was in for repairs. The insurance company that was paying for everything was a pain to deal with and Bill Pearce did everything they could to make it easier.I would highly recommend taking your car here for any body work needed.
NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I was forced to use them for a warranty complete repaint. While there I had them repair a small dent also. The FIRST time I picked up the car (7 days after promised) they had painted over rock chips, burned the clear coat while polishing, scratched my window tint on 3 windows, forgot to paint the door handles, forgot to bolt back on the door handles, there was dirt all over in the paint, they missed the body line on the dent repair by 1, and added a couple more dents for good measure. The SECOND time I picked up the car (yet again 8 days after promised) the paint is scratched all over, paint is swirled everywhere, the dent is still not repaired correctly, still painted over rock chips, there is finger prints in the paint under the clear coat, they FORGOT to paint in 3 different areas so you can see the primer, left polishing compound everywhere. The manager, Van, gave me 2 rags to clean up the compound yourself. He also told me about the dent not being repaired correctly that you brought it in that way.I am having to pay Gilson Auto body to repair their crap. Its going to cost over $5000. They are a joke! Its nothing but of inexperienced people playing.
Ive brought my vehicle to BPCC a few times (for major, and minor work), and each time this team impressed me in various areas. They impressed me not only with their work on my vehicle, but also with their customer service. The front office staff of Charlene, Kim, Carmen were on top of things-- I felt welcome, and they provided me with the best quotes, along with a reasonable time table as to when I could expect my vehicle. It feels great when everything works out as youd hope-- thanks BPCC.As a side note, recently, I had BPCC polish off minor skuffs on my vehicle. I drove up to BPCC (without and appointment) and was out in less than 20 minutes. Just great. Special thanks to Charlene, and Brian (who actually did the work) for taking care of me on a moments notice. I appreciate it.-Ender
Tip: Take your business somewhere else. If no choice, take out EVERY belongings out of you car, pay no attention to poor job & customer services, and prepare for a LONG servicing period.
Very friendly and they Take Care of You
My 2017 BMW X1 sustained damage across the whole frontend from a sandstorm in the desert, and was subsequently hit in the drivers side front corner a few months later. I scheduled an estimated 3 week repair while I was out of the country for 5 weeks, and provided both insurance claims approximately one month early so they could get a head start on ordering the parts from BMW. I dropped off the car on September 22, wasnt able to pick it up until 8 weeks later on November 17, and am still trying to get ongoing issues resolved as of November 27, just shy of 10 weeks from when I originally dropped it off.The Good:* Everyone who works here seems to be extremely friendly.* They paid for a rental car the last 10 days of the 8 week repair when I requested one, and subsequently covered $100 of my insurance deductible. The Bad:* A five week delay on what was supposed to be an already long three week repair. Upon calling after getting back in the area I was told me the car would be ready tomorrow multiple days in a row, then next week, then next week again, etc.* My sunroof is currently no longer working, one of the brand new pieces of weather stripping around the new windshield is only partially attached, and the new driver side headlight is now slightly misaligned.* The fabric from the side column airbags (between the windshield and front windows) appears to have been messily glued back in place with clearly visible glue marks and fraying of the fabric along its entire edge. I unfortunately dont have another X1 to compare this against (going to stop by another dealer as soon as I can), but I can only assume this isnt normal.* Consistently failed to call back seven of the eight times Ive either left a message or they said they would call back within the next day (seems to be difficult to get a hold of anyone other than the front desk)* The one call back I did receive was from a mid-level manager, who apologized for the delay and claimed the delay was the fault of their BMW parts shop. He then insisted he would call me the next day after he picked up the new windshield personally (not totally necessary, but he never did call back). Note that this was after the windshield had supposedly been installed twice per information from previous calls --not sure if this is true or if I was just told incorrect information multiple times.* According to the person at the front desk the delay was caused by them ordering the incorrect windshield, headlight, and a few other parts initially (no idea how that many wrong parts get ordered...)* Was told my car would be ready at 5pm on the 17th but that the new grill was on backorder from Germany and wouldnt be in for a few weeks (not their fault). When I arrived they handed me the key, said it was parked outside, and left me to inspect it myself, at which point I noticed the wheel was still damaged and had to go inside to find out why it wasnt replaced. Turns out thats on backorder also, but they forgot to tell me.* Got a hold of the general manager to discuss resolving the ongoing issues above midday Monday, November 27th after having left a message over the weekend. Said he was going to immediately look into the issues, when the backordered grill and wheel would be coming in, and get back to me. Called today Wednesday, November 29th to follow up as I hadnt heard back yet and theyre still waiting to hear back from BMW about the parts. Will update again once this is all resolved.
The service is enthusiasm, but the repair car is not serious enough. My car is repaired three times and will not be completely repaired at one time.
If I could leave no stars I would.Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a repair through them. I really am not one to ever leave a bad review but I think that everyone should stay clear of this place. I had a little damage done to the front of my 2005 Porsche Cayenne and was sent here from Bill Pearce Motors. Being that Bill Pearce is a Porsche Dealer I wouldnt expect the events that occurred to have even taken place. I always enjoy excellent service but I honestly dont even mind average service, this was beyond poor service. If I had the option, not even a dollar of my money would have gone to pay for this because I was told that the repair would take about four days or they would be calling me to let me know otherwise. After 5 days past I never received a phone call for an update of my car. On Friday morning I called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I knew that they would be closing friday evening for the weekend and I had plans and expected my vehicle to be finished so I called again and was told that my vehicle might be ready by monday. Frustrated I changed my plans for the weekend waited for a phone call Monday when yet, again nobody called me to update me. Tuesday I called and left voicemails and after several days I was finally in touch with someone who told me that my car would be ready in about two days and that they had fired the person who was not returning any of my calls. So my estimated 4 days turned into 2 weeks without a vehicle to get me to and from work and I was compensated 100$ toward my hefty total which goes right back into their pockets. After receiving my car I felt a sense of relief until a week later my boyfriend noticed my invisible bra was not put back on my car, I then again frustrated called the collision center and was told that it could not be put back on for about 2 months after the paint dried completely and that I would have to make an appointment then and return. I cannot believe I was never even told anything about this as I received my car back. I knew my insurance had paid them for it so i assumed it was on because what do I know about cars, its INVISIBLE. I would have definitely not noticed that and never returned, in my opinion it made me feel like they were trying to steel from me. So here we are two months later and surprisingly receive a voicemail that it is time to make the appointment to put the invisible bra on. They give me the number to call for trim line the place that my insurance has ALREADY paid to set up an appointment and they tell me they are going to have to call me right back after they call the collision center because they dont have any information about my car and that putting an invisible shield on my type of car is very difficult. DO YOU THINK I RECEIVED A CALL BACK, absolutely not. Wow I am furthering my complaint at this point with Porsche, I hope nobody else has to have this kind of an experience especially when they are paying for a service.
Sharlene and the crew there are a class act!!!
Great work and fast...
Excellent service and repair.
Friendly Staff, excellent work
Loved it
