Save your money and go to Starbucks. We ordered 1 large hot chocolate, 1 large pumpkin spice latte, and 1 large hot tea. Total came out to $15.. that is pricey for only 3 drinks which 1 drink is only hot water + a tea bag. The pumpkin spice latte tasted horrible and we had to throw it away. The hot tea was piping hot so we asked the employee for another cup to shield it (Starbucks and Peets coffee does this), but she refused and only gave us one of those thin cardboard sliders. Still was very hot. We will not be coming back.
My order was fresh and correct. Nice customer service, well done.
Ordered takeout. The salad was great! Fresh ingredients and all. The rating is based on price. Over $15 with discount. So normally $18+. Yeah I cant advocate that for a salad.Update: Owner responded and recommended ordering thru Coupa app. I verified it is much cheaper. For that price, which is pretty standard in area, it is a quality salad.
Food was really good. The wait its a little longer than I expected.
Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Hope this place sticks around. Please give them feedback about their coffee; they only had dark roast and the latte was only ok. Please give them feedback about their crepes. I had a bad crepe experience and it was expensive ($17). They did refund me.Regarding crepes: you get a buckwheat crepe (which they don’t inform you of.) It’s folded into a giant square and not buttered and was slightly dry. Cheese is not melted; it’s chunks. They need to get their staff exposed to how high quality crepes taste and are made. (Don’t bring anyone French here... yet.)
Coffee was fine. We had a latte and a mocha. Both were pretty average taste. The bagel sandwiches were mediocre. Dry and pretty flavorless. Definitely not worth $10 each.
Nice, you can order online and pick it up if your on the go
Has Redwood City finally “arrived”? I think so now that it has not only Philz Coffee but also Coupa Cafe. This recently opened Coupa has plenty of power outlets, wifi and good food. Plus tables that don’t need paper jams to keep them from wobbling. Sign says beer and wine coming soon. Coffee and teas are pricey but probably still comparable to Starbucks. Only negative is the background noise level. Per my iPhone decibel meter app, Im getting 83.4 Avg/Leq (dB) at lunch time
You cant go wrong at Coupa Cafe. I absolutely love the Cafe Caracas, a soft yet super flavourful bean that is served as a latte. Great breakfast and lunch place too.
Been here twice now, the lady (owner / manager) behind the counter is extremely pleasant and friendly. Coffee is excellent and service is friendly, cant go wrong here.
Great food and staff, but expensive.
Yummy avacado toast!
Convenient location on the way to the County Administration.
As a Venezuelan..... horrible. Absolutely terrible food. I was really hoping to satiate my nostalgia; however, when I went there I found myself with nothing but disappointment.I was the only person in the café ordering food and I ordered a pabellón plate, tequeños, and empanaditas. They initially got my order wrong for the pabellón. They gave me an arepa instead of a plate. If it wasnt because I was sharing the plate with my significant other, I wouldve left it as is. However, I proceeded to open the boxes to the other food and my tequeños were the most poorly cooked Ive ever eaten in my life. They were soft and soggy (which if youve ever eaten one, they should be crunchy with the cheese melted inside) and the cheese inside was still frozen and cold. The empanaditas were also soft, as if they just chucked them into the microwave and to top it all off it had hair inside. Empanadas and tequeños should be fried or oven baked... this was far from it.I took the food all back and showed them the food. The nice guy at the front explained that he made a mistake with the arepa but that he would let the cooks know of the issues with the other parts of the order. He also proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay the difference for the arepa versus the plate. Under other circumstances I wouldve, especially if the rest of my order was cooked properly, but that under these circumstances I would not. When they gave me the other food again, the tequeños looked the exact same, if not worse, the empanadas were still pretty terrible, soft, and tasteless, and the pabellón tasted like old meat.Needless to say... NEVER AGAIN. Waste of $36 dollars.
David and staff are awesome! Great customer service. Remembered my name over the phone as I was placing my order. Ive only been there a couple of times. Great food. Delicious coffee and pastries!!! My favorite spot for coffee and food. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
I like this place. Delicious crepes and good coffee. Good service. Thanks.
Oh how far things have fallen. This establishment used to have a vast menu of Venezuelan food options like cachapa and empanadas and reina pepiadas. Now that they have expanded the menu is much more limited and the quality of the food has gone down. We had arepas a week ago and the quality was significantly worse than they used to be, not to mention the menu options were very very limited.
This place is in my building so I probably go to it more than any other coffee shop, but honestly, its only okay. Some drinks are good, but others are way too sweet with no other flavor notes. The boba has been hard and chewy both times Ive tried it so Im going to stop getting it. I did have a Cobb salad here that was really good. People are nice and its a brightly lit space that is pleasant to work in.
Great food. Great service. Great environment. Love coming here to work and chat.
Great place affordable their coffee is awesome food awesome at list for me always enjoy this place...
High quality coffee drinks. They serve Venezuelan style spiced chocolate. Food is very good. My favorite is the Tuna Nicoise
Great coffee
They didnt have an item so David was so helpful with his substitution recommendations. I wanted the flatbread from the appetizer section and they were out. He suggested the hummus. And he also suggested the Caprese Panini as it was similar to the flat bread. I decided to order both so my friend had choices. Both were hits! She had ate the panini and actually liked the panini better than the flatbread. And the hummus was devoured by my coworkers. Nothing but praise from everyone. Food was delicious. And their lemonade drink was amazing. Highly recommend
This beautiful cafe is located inside of a large apartment complex. Sitting outside was unfortunately ruined by the acrid smell of dog urine everywhere. The coffee was surprisingly subpar with either a poorly pulled shot for the cappuccino I had ordered or the beans being completely awful. The staff were friendly and courteous. There’s great potential for this place and I hope it improves!
Fresh coffee always
Nice people, but service was very slow despite four behind the counter and a nearly empty seating area. Maybe a trainee issue, not sure. Spicy maya mocha was just warm, not hot. And a bit pricey for the location suggesting a premium product, but its just not up to that level, and certainly not as good as the one in Palo Alto!
My to go to place for my morning coffee. Great service and they are quick to prepare your orders and it is always satisfying whatever I order.
Make sure to order the Mediterranean panini and the french toast!
Its just ok. The prices are premium but food/coffee quality are not. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I feel theres plenty of other options nearby which are a better value.
Our favorite coffee stop when we walk around downtown rwc. I personally love the flamingo chai here!
Expensive but the food was great! Coffee was also great.
First and last time. No flavor in the sandwiches. We ordered a cookie Oreos frappe and it tastes like water.
Big fan of Coupa Cafes Ramona location and their new RWC location doesnt disappoint. Regular drip coffee is absolutely delicious: bold, yet smooth; other espresso and chai drinks are great. Food is a little pricey for a cafe but its put towards quality and authentic Venezuelan and American dishes.Happy to have this local establishment in RWC
Really friendly staff, good service and good food.
Excited there is a Coupa in Redwood City. Service was great, coffees were great and breakfast was also good!
I love coupa cafe and was so happy that one opened up In my town. The coffee and the chocolate chip cookies are all we go for!

A nice new branch of the old favorite.
Dennys rule, if youre more expensive than Dennys you better be better! Fail
Coffee was alright, not great for my taste and the price. Nice and bright setting.
Best mocha ever
One of those places not too good
Best coffee. A bit pricey though.
Its noon and food display is practically empty.
First time great service food excellent
Very friendly staff. nice acoustic music.
Delicious but somewhat pricey.

Excellent crepes!
ExcellentMochas
Very clean and very attentive staff
Today I was in the place for the second time, I am new in California and I walk every day exploring the area and visiting different places to eat, I can say that in the two months that I have been here, this has been my only bad experience, I do not have a car, I walk in the sun for 20 minutes or 25 or so and obviously want to eat and rest.I tell you, the food and the people who attended me are very friendly, they make you feel welcome, but suddenly a person arrived who I suppose is the manager or owner, I dont know, he began to organize the tables and divide them (due to social distancing) But so all those changes insistently that I couldnt even eat my food well, thinking that he wanted to move my table, so I decided to leave (obviously it was not my plan, I wanted to rest after the walk in the sun) I only go because I the man is bothering me, because I stop to see the desserts he has to buy for my girls, because I couldnt! When he realized that I had left he said he already left and went to move my table, I was still by his side. I was right and he wanted me to leave !!!! I left immediately and didnt buy anything of desserts...
