You have to wait forever here. Youll be the only one in there, order your coffee, then all of a sudden 10 people will walk in and get them all made ahead of yours, because they ordered on line. So even though Im there first, I get put last. They have a ton of people working there. Why dont they assign one person for walk ins. Doesnt seem like rocket science to me.

Convenient location and hard working staff. I wish that the management would include cleaning the tables outside as one of the daily tasks. The tables are very nice to use but often quite dirty even first thing in the morning.

Very poorly managed store. Queue is a total mess. Pick-ups aren’t called out. Coffee tastes like machine hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Bleurgh!

Outrageously slow. Been waiting 15m for my drink now. I’m sure it’ll taste great. But this isn’t OK at all.Edit: 20m total standing waiting for the drink to come out after ordering. Something is wrong with this system.

Friendliest store on the peninsula. Occasionally no seating inside available during morning rush before 10am.

Ordered online and waited 20 additional minutes past the estimated time given by the app. My app said the order was ready now when they had not even started making my drinks. There were at least 6 people who had been waiting longer than me when I got my order there was evidently a complete lack of organization and regard for theirs customers experience.

Fast service, drinks are well made, super nice staff! Its rare for a Starbucks to have a real neighborhood feel but this one does. Doesnt feel corporate, more like your neighbor owns the spot.

Unfortunately this is the worst Starbucks location I have been to. The staff are very young, and often prioritize socialization over customer service. You will often find 3-4 staff members off to the side socializing while 1-2 staff members complete all the orders at a slow pace. They often play their own inappropriate music over the sound system as well.Definitely would recommend skipping this Starbucks and heading to the next closest location.

Friendliest, best service I have received at SBux, I am here 1-3 times per week.

5 staff behind the counter, seems to be some training going on. 2 people in line. After a 4 min wait we ordered when a 3rd person joined the line. Seems a crow had just left. The condiment counter was a mess with spills. No one was asked to clean it up. This is Sunday at noon.

Took 3 hours to get my order of two drinks and a scone, staff were super rude about this.

What would I do without my Starbucks store on Woodside? I would die for sure. Everyone working there from manager to the barristas are so friendly, so nice and always take that extra step to make sure youre satisfied with your order and service. They see you often enough and theyll have your coffee ready before youre ready to pay. And if for some reason youre not happy with your drink theyll make you another one in a heartbeat.

The staff here are very friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. The parking can be challenging at peak times.

Nice people there. Sometimes is busy. The only issue is the parking lot that is limited and shared with other businesses that are on the side.

App orders are promptly filled. Busy place, sometimes hard to get baristas attention to pick up my order. Fast remakes for any unwanted drink. Staff is friendly and have a great variety of personalities, so its a fit for all. Good spot!

Hey, somethings wrong here. Its 8:15 on Saturday night and the doors are locked and the fellas are inside cleaning up fast like they cant wait to get out of there. According to Google Maps I should have another 15 mins to get my coffee. 😟

Newer Starbucks. No drive thru but found parking in the back. Drink was great as usual. Nice staff. Was clean and comfortable.

Parking lot is very small, gets crowded easily. Doesnt help that there are stupid people who dont know how to drive or park.

Nice place, friendly staff. The entrance is on the right side of the building from El Camino, and a little trickier to find than most Starbucks. There is no parking lot, only about four car spaces on the street.

Been here few times. Always takes too long when it’s not even busy ( 5-10 people inside ). Usually you spend 15 minutes for order which usually takes 3 to 5 minutes anywhere busier than this place. So if you are rushing not a good idea to hit this Place.

Worst customer Service! This Starbucks used to be amazing! Now they are so unprofessional & rude. Marvin was barista & because he did not see my order sitting there, he told me to get on my phone & check my order & make sure I ordered at correct Starbucks...mind you my drink was right behind him! The whole place was staring at me like I’m the one in the wrong when it was him. Never again will I come here because either they mess up my orders lately or are too busy talking to each other to care about their customers & making them wait longer than needed, on top of rudeness!

The baristas in the morning of Friday January 25th were very rude. They messed up my order which I paid for and she was giving attitude in front of other people which ruined my morning because I was in a great mood before entering. I wish I knew the name of the lady but unfortunately I can t remember.

Slow, every time, no matter if there is a line of people or no line at all. This Starbucks operates at a snails pace compared to most other ones I have been to. Everyone is friendly but there needs to be some more intensity at this location.
