Excellent experience. Employees are friendly, coffee is good and made to order with minimum wait. Cafe has a nice comfortable, clean layout. Tables available outside. They always have non- fat milk for my Latte .. Love it! Stop by and enjoy the morning... They open nice and early too, so you can get that cup of coffee before work.

I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars! Kudos to servers who went out of their way to make sure the coffee was perfect, by remaking the coffee until it tasted just perfect!Great slow music (played on low volume), good vibes, good wifi connection! Clean place!!

I love this Starbucks Reserve! The design of this building is so nice and the interior is beautiful. I absolutely love every drink I get here. Two of my favorites are the pumpkin spice frap and the shaken iced passion tea. I would totally recommend those drinks to anyone. The pumpkin spice frap tastes just like you are eating a slice of pumpkin pie and the passion tea has a wonderful tang with sweetness and is so refreshing.

Its a beautiful Starbucks. It has a special reserve bar that has some fancy coffee. They have a massive wooden table in the middle that is pretty impressive with nice seating all around the place.But I always get the basic coffee.

I tried the ginger cold brew, it was different, but delicious.

Very kind workers and amazing service! Was stranded with a dead iphone and a nice worker charged it in back and offered water/coffee while I waited. That dude deserves a raise and I wish I had options for tipping. I had gone to 2 other coffee shops for help beforehand to no avail. Bought some good coffee there using my phone once it was charged. I’m so grateful for the help after a stressful hour with a dead phone.

Polished interior, fine touch to little details, very classy, but the atmosphere doesnt seem welcoming unless youre dressed up for business or theater. More money on old familiar items too.

Some employees here didn’t like the fact that I was using my employee benefits to order a drink, so they decided to outright lie to my face and say they don’t have the item I’m ordering. Whether I’m paying for my drink or not they are still getting paid the same.

Its a big Starbucks, not too hard to find parking (dont forget to pay the meter). I didnt do a mobile order but it was still less than 10 minutes to get in and out; it wasnt super crowded even though I went at 8 am on a Friday.

Sweet Starbucks. Wont get great black coffee (tried everything from Clover to siphon), but easy to enjoy decent ☕ and the nice spatious, wood, for out. Lots of seating. WiFi.

Amazing building great location

This place is a giant beautiful coffee shop in DT Redwood City. Right now they have a cardamom latte that is a must try if you like holiday spice drinks.

Elegant, special, clean. The staff are cheerful and friendly. Great location, across from the downtown Museum plaza. Sitting and relaxing, sipping the fragrant liquids and scanning all the activity, this is definitely a special place to hang out.

Though Starbucks Reserve shop has a larger than normal menu, selling specialty blends and cold brew infused with nitrogen (Nitro Cold Brew) from a tap. There is plenty of seating. Our Barista did overfill the coffee cup because we forgot to ask for room for cream.

Lovely, spacious cafe with lots of working space and comfortable furniture. You can get reserve coffee made every way possible! Great boutique feel with the reliability of the Starbucks brand.

Very cool looking Starbucks where you can choose to order your normal Starbucks coffee at regular prices or an upgraded barista version. Food and sweets are also available as in most Starbucks.There are many bathrooms, and theyre clean,which is appreciated.You can choose normal tables, high tables, a wooden long table, moviestyle chairs, or terrace..although it is usually packed.Some of the baristas are extremely nice, I have in mind this one gentleman who is very tall and likes to chat with customers and other employees while serving, creating a nice atmosphere.Come here for a special Starbucks experience:)Starbucks rewards also accepted here!

Service is great, my go to is the oat milk latte and they do a great job.Ive tried there cup at a time or clover its horrible, their coffee quality for these items are subpar at best. Stick to teas and espresso drinks

A Starbucks reserve shop - it has a larger menu and special coffees you can’t get at regular Starbucks. The affogato (espresso and ice cream) was amazing. Comfy setting.

This starbucks is a reserve, 100x comfier than a normal starbucks. They also give you then option of having your coffee served to you in a mug! Feels more personable than a standard sb!

Great staff, clean, modern interior. Outside seating only March 2021. Chalkboard in the back near where you order for specials. Reserve bar near the front. Hand sanitizer just inside the front door. The ristretto pull americano is my drink of choice right now. I like it a little hotter than they serve. Wish I could note that in app when ordering. Dont forget your doggo, they do a mean puppachino.

It is the best Reserve Starbucks...May be the only one in Bay Area. Came down during the holidays with Xmas lights wonder.

Went there on a cold and rainy afternoon for a cup of Seattle special reserve drink. I had a Hazelnut Bianco Lattee and it was one of the best lattes I had. It tasted smooth and felt fresh. I highly recommend it. This is a resfreher from day to day Starbucks.

The service is incredibly slow if you have not ordered in advance via the app. I watched literally 30 orders get prepared before mine after I ordered at the in store register. I get that they want to encourage the use of the Starbucks app but in store customer service cant be ignored!

Great atmosphere and wide selection of reserve coffees.

Although staff at times get a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of customers, its a lovely spot for a hot beverage and snack of your choice. Service is generally good, and the space and ambience are incredibly inviting. Im giving this place a 5-star review in the hopes that theyll do a better job emptying garbage bins before they overflow, going forward.

Normally Im a coffee drinker, but I recently tried the reserve hot chocolate and it was amazing. Its more of a dark chocolate...not too sweet and just rich enough to make it incredibly satisfying.

Excellent clover brewed Mona Kau Tall coffee with hits of chocolate and almond, I was very pleased with the smoothness and taste! This Reserve is unfortunately more dilapidated than the others Ive been to; it gets A LOT of foot traffic and the coffee boards are thoroughly worn from what looks like abrasion contact with people (huddled up next to them waiting in line). The place could use a little bit of a makeover I think, but the Reserve taste experience was definitely there so I applaud the Baristas for getting it right!

Ive never been to a Starbucks Reserve so it was an awesome experience. Would have rated 5 stars but they were out of ice cream (@ 1pm) so I couldnt try the one thing I went there to try. 😭

This location has the best coffee in the area, especially the Reserve section. But please announce customer names louder!!! Dont just silently put orders on the counter. This is so frustrating and causes chaos every morning when people are trying to catch their Caltrain

INCREDIBLE- this Starbucks is a “Starbucks Reserve”, one of only a few in the entire Bay Area. There is one in Cupertino and San Francisco. Open for 2 years, I’d never heard of this concept or the place. The layout is different, very open-chill. There’s a bar with coffees brewed in a variety of different ways, with blends that aren’t sold in different stores. There’s an actual bar that you can sit at and a few leafy plants on the wall to add to the atmosphere.

This a beautiful Starbucks, if you have not visited a Reserve store yet, you are in for a treat as it is spacious and beautiful store. Staff is okay, not unfriendly but not the happiest kind nor very cheerful, either, just a matter of fact and fast with taking the order and fulfilling without much else added to the service experience. I visited several times and never had a bad ir great experience service wise, just good. Parking is a bit difficult but one can always find a space a couple of blocks away at the library. There are many seats and tables but the long communal table has the worse design of all in terms of functionality as the long and beautiful wood table is solid on all sides so you cannot get close enough to use it as a regular table. You can see people holding their food on their lap and often dropping the bags of food on the floor! Beautiful table for the eyes but very uncomfortable. As always, the food tastes great and good music is always playing! Worth a visit for sure!

The interior of the shop is quite open, and it has plenty of tables and seats for anyone who needs it; there are also plenty of outlets for your phone/laptop charging. I like how they placed their entire menu on the back wall, and I think that makes the flow of the line much more smoother. However, when I was there and if there was a line it wasnt very long at all. And I got to say, this is one of bigger Starbucks I have been to.

Its a spacious Starbuck Reserve location. I dont think baristas here are the fastest nor the nicest, but the location and the ambience really compensate. No complains about the beverages, although I dont think their Dark Chocolate Moka is anything special. Unfortunately, a few of the patrons are not the most respectful, clean and mentally stable/sober and this can definitely ruin the experience, like it did to me last time.

After waiting 15 minutes for an iced green tea, I asked the barista about it, he said he would get it right out. 10 minutes later I was given the wrong drink, a matcha latte, which I can’t drink because I’m lactose intolerant. Extremely bad service, the barista was chatting with coworkers and a customer while several people waited for their drinks.

My go-to place when I need a work break for a to go cup, meet up with a friend, or just hang out with a co-worker. The store always has great energy!

They have their own coffee brand called reserved! It is very very good..much better then the regular Starbucks coffee. Worth a visit.

This store is not different from any other store that Ive been. The store has the same atmosphere, dirty bathrooms, emotion absent employees, over crowded, over priced coffees, less to be desired food. Typical Starbucks. Nothing to report that everybody else knows.

I was back in the area for a business trip and stopped back in for a brief visit. I was having a difficult morning for other reasons and then I had misplaced my card at the counter, but they were out of some teas and the service just wasnt as good as it was the last time I was in. The vibe just seemed off. Hopefully Ill be in the area again sometime, but this visit just wasnt as good as the last. Still a great location, just hopeful for a better connection next time!****Love this location. It was a perfect ambiance while doing business work on this trip and I love the decor, the excellent customer service to everyone. Their baristas acted like waiters/waitresses by coming around regularly to ask everyone if they were okay, offering free drinks, and just being a great vibe. Thanks so much for the great culture and the relaxed environment to get work done. Totally felt safe and enjoyed my time here. Thank you for this blessing on my business trip!

This particular Starbucks is especially nice. Because its a reserve store they dont post the usual menu, but anything youd get at a Starbucks is available. If you order food to eat there they give it to you on nice bamboo plates.Theres also lots so seating and have always found a place to sit though Ive been to this location many times.

My favorite local Starbucks. Interesting selection of premium coffees and preparation methods, and unlike the trend at most Starbucks recently, there are several comfortable seating opinions and they dont chase you out until near closing time, which is too early on weeknights.

This is the high end Starbucks. Good coffee if you go for their reserve brands. Great atmosphere and really good service.

By far the swankiest Starbucks Ive ever been in. A huge space with lots of seating and cool decorum. My order was ready faster than any other Starbucks Ive ever been to and the staff was very friendly. 5/7

I love the newly remodel, but there are problems here. I have been to this location 3 times and 2 of the 3 times they lost or forgot my order. You can stand there as long as you want, but no one asks what youre waiting on. Additionally the cold brew here is more expensive than other locations (they give it to you in an unnecessary *fancier* cup.) I definitely feel there is a disconnect at this location. I recommend a different location, but its definitely a spectacle.

The salon theme is different, & the place is more spacious and lively than most bucks.

I Had to remember where Iwas, im not going to say all the people who are there to make you feel welcome to spend your money in their establishment was welcoming compared to how they treated the patriants who look like them but what do you expect out there

Its interior and location are beautiful and very lively but other than that the staff is very rude. They dont acknowledge you and throw the straws at you. It seems to be one of the few places who has issues with mobile orders.

I love this place, its my second time in a row here and i must say it is the perfect place to hang out, enjoy and relax after a work out. Its not crowded, people are friendly and the employees are wouderful, great customer service!!!!! I highly recommend it....i definitely will keep coming back!!!!!!!!! 👌😘

Nicer than your average Starbucks. It has a reserve bar, nice seating, and is centrally located in downtown Redwood City.

Nice place, friendly the drinks come out timidly, its packed but i like that have chairs outside too.

One of the nicest starbucks Ive ever been to. Nice outside, nice inside, I cant fault it. Why am I not giving 5 stars - well, because I always want to save that for greatness, umm, perhaps if they had some nice leather chairs or coaches (like Friends!) or gave me free brownies!

I really like that this Starbucks location is very large and spacious with large windows. The atmosphere is great but there are not enough power outlets . If you visit during the busy time chances are you wont get a spot with an outlet near you.

Nice interior but not nearly enough power outlets. Cant believe they didnt design for this when doing the custom design of this place. Also the ordering line system is pretty confusing.

Great place to work. Large with plenty of seating. Only down side is it can get loud during a rush but that doesnt last too long.

Friendly, but the quality of drinks has declined. My drinks have been watery and not as good as in the past. I know they will remake any drink but it gets irritating when it happens frequently and you have to spend time waiting in line again while they ignore you . I like my drink me right the first time.
