I have a 2003 F-350 4x4 that has 40 tires and the original gears were customized with 4:56 gears. The previous owner had pieced it together and had I tried rebuilding this myself, i wouldnt have caught the error and it would have just cost me more time and twice as much. I did some asking and Tony at Action came up and there was no question he was the shop to take it. Everyone wants a good honest mechanic but Tony is in a class of his own. You wont find a better shop that can put out the quality of work that is performed here. Clean neat and organized, that should speak for itself. My truck has never driven so smooth.
The best in the biz! By appointment only! Worth beyond measure!
I was totally in a bind and this guy was my last hope. He was awesome. Didnt have exactly what I needed, but worked with me on something else. In the end, my customer was happy, all thanks to Action Axle saving my hide.
Tony was very informative and helpful. Met my expectations, and came in on his day off so I could pick up my truck.
Barely one star appropriate! the owner is absolutely, obnoxiously rude. Before saying anything else he decides to complain on what an inconvenience it was to have our vehicle at his shop. Though after receiving a payment of Almost $1300 he decided to change his tune. Would never recommend nor would I take any of my vehicles back to his shop. Worst customer service ever. Hope the $1300 was worth never receiving our business again.
We had suspension redone on a 91 Jeep Wrangler. After offroading for about 2 weeks straight we havent had any issues. The work was well done. Customer service was beyond anything I could expect. The suspension needed to be done quickly since it was mid buck hunting season. Our expectations were exceeded!
Fantastic place to have your suspension and brake work done! Ive entrusted them for the last 17 years with all of my vehicles.
Tried and true, red white and blue, down home country style customer service!
A fun and honest mechanic
