Great selection of mattresses new in plastic. No pressure sales and very helpful. Had what we were looking for and for less than the other places we looked. On top of it all when we were not prepared to secure the mattress he had tie down straps for us at no extra charge. Huge bonus.

I saw a post about these mattresses on Facebook and was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to check it out. I messaged James and made an appointment. He was friendly and professional. He had a great selection of brand new (in the plastic) mattresses and box springs with displays I could lay on to help me choose what I wanted. I ended up buying a king mattress and box spring for a price I was super happy with, and James even delivered it to my house! It came with a warranty. I have gotten to know him and his family since I bought my mattress. They moved to Rapid several months ago and his wife writes devotional books for children! James owns Mattress by Appointment. They are a lovely family and I highly recommend supporting this local business AND saving money for a quality mattress at the same time! Talk about a win win!

WOW! Great prices and great service! Not only did I get an absolute steal, james even delivered the mattress and box spring to my house! Which is about a 30 minute drive. We just purchased two queen mattresses from this gentleman, he was very helpful, reasonable, and hard working. We have yet to try our new mattresses and pillows, so the jury is out still for product. We will review after a bit, but the customer service was stellar, so far so good!

Robert was very nice and willing to share information. I feel like more disclosure should be given to possible customers, like there is no warranty if you are unhappy. The same as cash option is a plus, but unless you get approved for 1500 or more, options are limited
