I just bought a sofa recliner from Fischer Clearance Center at Rapid City after a few selections ! ! ! I have always wanted a comfortable, good-looking and good quality sofa recliner for months and finally found a great deal from the Fischer store. I am so happy with my first sofa recliner purchase and their delivery service. Although I have only tested out for two days, I wanted to leave a review immediately with their great service from the salesperson - Chance Beautiful Bald Eagle ! He provided the best customer service to keep the customer coming back to their store again, and I am definitely coming back for another furniture purchase from Fischer ! In addition, definitely recommending people to go to their stores to find the perfect selection with a great deal for their home !

My wife and I went shopping at Fischers today, looking for a couch. When there, we chatted briefly with Chet, an employee there, who said he realized we wanted to browse on our own. (Refreshing!) After a lot of browsing, we approached him with some questions. He not only answered them in depth but took us next door to Fischers Fine Furnishings to answer the question with models. He also provided some real and much-needed advice about which item would suit us best, given our unique needs and our budget. Sweetest of all, he ran outside and shoveled the snow around our car so we wouldnt have to get our feet wet when we left.In short, I paid $280 for a super comfy, new couch today, even after sitting on several more expensive models. I really appreciated the experience and especially Chets willingness to offer realistic advice. As I said right before leaving, This is my new favorite store.

I have been here a number of times and have been pretty satisfied with the product.The glides on the dressers where of the smoothest I have found and the drawers are too some of the deepest on the market.So often I see a nice dresser just to pull a drawer open and feel like it is even shallow for a sock drawer.Im sure this will be my first stop again when I am looking for new furniture.

We recently purchased from Fischer Clearance Center in Rapid City and had a terrific experience. We were shopping around for several furniture items and I was very specific about what I needed. Our sales associate Kim was continuously helpful and didnt hover, but was completely present and attentive when we did have questions. We took the time to compare prices at several other stores, but ultimately chose to go with Fischers great prices and good service. Well definitely be back!

It took a while, but I was finally able to get what I came there for. The prices are fair, and the manager Keith, was very easy to work with.As my wife and I continue to furnish our new place, Im sure well do more business here.

Great pricing and fair selection. Ask about any deals they might be running. We found something, left and tried to beat it and ended up coming back and getting it here. Delivery fee was lowest of all the places we visited that day.

Twice in one week they told us they had our selection in stock only to find out they didnt. The second time we found out right before it was due to be delivered. When what was available was delivered. It listed a COD charge. The delivery driver had to call in to clarify that nothing was owed.

Went there with my mother to find a few beds for her rental home. The salesmen didn’t speak to us right away like other furniture places do. Well I noticed he really wasn’t that helpful until my mother told him that the beds are for her rental home in NE as she lives in Germany because she’s in the military. Then all of a sudden his attitude changed!! He was VERY helpful after that. Kind of rude if you ask me! She didn’t like the way she was first treated so she went to Ashley Furniture store and the workers there were more friendly and all around more welcoming!

Had a horrible experience at the main store with a sales person. Went over to the clearance store and talked to their manager and another sales employee and they ordered to same thing for us with no issues and gave us free shipping because of our bad experience! The customer service in this section is superb! So glad we didn’t give up on Fischer.

This store always has a large selection of inventory and the prices are very reasonable, but when I shop there I go during the BIG sales when there even lower. I bought my furniture there when I bought my mobile home and I took my dad there this past Friday and we bought all the furniture for his place there too.The same sales person Kim, helped me as well as my dad. I have now problem recommending them to anyone.

We bought our full living room set here for considerably less than at other stores, and its not any worse quality. Its the same set they had at the main store, only last years model. I can live with that for a third of the cost.

Stuff showed up missing drawers and wood was broke they yried to replace it with used floor model and just hit the scraches with a stain pin having them just take it back and refund me all the money guys moving it were nice tho salesman really got a bad attitude with me tho
