Derek was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was fun resting on the demo bed and watching our pressure points nearly disappear. Awesome! Loved the side lying pillow. We knew our needs were different since that mattress is for our motorhome. We enjoyed this experience, but was a bit disappointed that we must wait 5 weeks for delivery of our mattress.
Was able to order two beds that Ive have always wanted. Not a bad price either. Only issue I have is I will not get beds until August
Cathy was very professional and knowledgeable. She treated us like family and spent a lot of time getting to know us as well as waiting until we were ready. She went above and beyond her job making sure we got the best discounts. I could of went to a closer Sleep Number store but I chose to work with Rapid City because of the wonder service we received.
I was totally satisfied with the in-store experience, but do not understand why it will take more than a month for delivery. . .
The customer service that we received from Cathy from the moment we pulled on the door handle was exceptional. She was very personable and patient. She was also very knowledgeable about all of their products. She showed us the features and option with every combination. Very happy with our experience. Cant wait to get our bed!
It was a great experience at the Rapid City store. Wonderful staff and great customer service. The financing was quick and easy. I had done a lot of research online but you can only go so far with that - testing the different beds allowed me to make up my mind and make my purchase. Well done!

Horrible place, do not buy from this incompetent store. We purchased a bed for over $6k, after over 6 weeks still no bed and just excuses. We got rid of our guest bed then moved master bed to guest room due to family coming for a visit. Now we have no bed and family coming in. We were basically told tough sh!+, and we dont care if you go somewhere else.HOREIBLE PLACE........Update/ReplyI tried your number, just a bunch of options to check on bed order, no customer service option. Typical.... if you cared you would have called your store and then called me. Why is it my responsibility to fix your error!!!!!!!!!Additional update (to their updated reply)My name is public on here, of you cared you would be contacting me!!!! I am not sure how it is my responsibility to call you to fix your screw up and mistreatment. My call to your toll free number will be for cancellation.We are planning a shopping trip to your competitors, we will see who has better customer service. My money says it wont be Rapid City Sleep Number.

Both Lon and Jen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Lon took his time to explain the models and demo’d multiple beds for me. I left feeling confident about my purchase and am excited that it will arrive within 1 week!

I was very pleased with my shopping experience there. Derek and Cathy were very pleasant and helpful. Ive had a sleep number for 20 years so it was a no brainer to buy another!
Service was very good. Relaxing and easy way to shop for a bed.
Derek was the man! He helped us above and beyond what was necessary. He took the time to talk through everything with us, to help us find the exact right bed and all the accessories that would help us.
